BACKGROUND Infants'nutrition significantly influences their growth,development,and overall *** the increasing demand for organic infant formula driven by the perception of health benefits and growing awareness of natural feeding options,it is crucial to conduct a comparative analysis of the gastrointestinal tolerability between organic and traditional infant *** To provide a concise and precise analysis of the gastrointestinal tolerability of organic infant formula compared to traditional infant *** to limited direct comparisons,the review synthesizes available literature on each formula type,presenting insights into their potential effects on infants'digestive *** An extensive literature search was conducted,compiling studies on organic and traditional infant formulas,their compositions,and reported effects on gastrointestinal *** searched academic databases such as PubMed and Google Scholar and specialized nutrition,paediatrics,and infant health journals using relevant keywords till October 1,*** Although specific comparative studies are scarce and formula heterogeneity is a significant limitation,this systematic review provides an in-depth understanding of organic infant formulas'composition and potential *** scientific evidence directly comparing gastrointestinal tolerability is limited,organic formulas strive to use carefully selected organic ingredients to imitate breast milk *** benefits include improved lipid profiles,higher methionine content,and decreased antibiotic-resistant bacteria *** the gastrointestinal tolerability of organic and traditional infant formulas is crucial for parents and healthcare providers to make informed *** Despite limitations in direct comparisons,this systematic review provides insights into the composition and potential benefits of organic infant *** emphasizes the need for further research to eluci

BACKGROUND Women with a history of serious psychotic disorders are at increased risk of disease relapse during ***-acting injectable(LAI)antipsychotics have been widely used to improve adherence and prevent relapse in patients with various severe psychotic disorders,but there is a lack of high-quality data from previous research on the safety of LAI antipsychotics during *** To summarize relevant data on maternal,pregnancy,neonatal,and developmental outcomes from published cases of LAI antipsychotic use in *** A literature search was performed through November 11,2023,using three online databases:PubMed/MEDLINE,Scopus,and Web of *** reports or case series that reported information about the outcomes of pregnancy in women who used LAI antipsychotics at any point in pregnancy,with available full texts,were *** statistics,narrative summation,and tabulation of the extracted data were *** A total of 19 publications satisfied the inclusion criteria:3 case series,15 case reports,and 1 conference *** reported the outcomes of LAI antipsychotic use in 74 women and 77 *** use of secondgeneration LAI antipsychotics was reported in the majority(n=47;61.0%)of ***-generation LAI antipsychotics were administered during 30 pregnancies(39.0%).Most of the women(approximately 64%)had either satisfactory control of symptoms or no information about relapse,while approximately 12%of them had developed gestational diabetes mellitus.A minority of cases reported adverse outcomes such as stillbirth,spontaneous abortion,preterm birth,low birth weight,congenital anomalies,and neurological manifestations in ***,there were no reports of negative long-term developmental *** Currently available data seem reassuring,but further well-designed studies are required to properly evaluate the risks and benefits of LAI antipsychotic use during pregnancy.

Poly(disulfide)s have been widely used in flexible wearable electronics,smart materials,and drug *** synthesis of poly(disulfide)s usually utilizes external stimuli or toxic initiators to promote the ***,we indicated that the long-range electronic effect can significantly alter the reactivity of the disulfide ***,we established deprotonation-promoted ring-opening polymerization of thioctic acid(TA)as a highly effective and simple method to synthesize poly(disulfide)s due to the long-range electronic effect and nucleophilic *** external stimuli and initiators,simple mixing of TA and deprotonation reagent,choline bicarbonate,in different ratios at room temperature rapidly produced a series of high molecular weight(up to 772 kDa)ionic liquid crystal poly(disulfide)s elastomers with room temperature self-healing ability,adjustable conductivity(2.39×10^(−2)∼0.28×10^(−2)S m^(−1)),degradability,biocompatibility,antibacterial property,and tissue-like softness(Young’s moduli ranging from 18.2±6.0 to 111.1±36.7 kPa).The experiments and density functional theory calculations also revealed the principle of long-range electronic effect to establish a new synthetic strategy of poly(disulfide)s with superior properties favorable for bioelectronics.

Importance:It remained unclear that the efficacy comparison between low-dose immune tolerance induction(LD-ITI)incorporating immunosuppressants(IS)when severe hemophilia A(SHA)patients had inhibitor-titer≥200 Bethesda Units(BU)/mL(LD-ITI-IS^(200) regimen)and LD-ITI combining with IS when SHA patients had inhibitor-titer≥40 BU/mL(LD-ITI-IS^(40) regimen).Objective:To compare the efficacy of the LD-ITI-IS^(200) regimen with that of the LD-ITI-IS^(40) regimen for SHA patients with high-titer ***:A prospective cohort study on patients receiving LD-ITI-IS^(200) compared to those receiving LD-ITI-IS^(40) from January 2021 to December *** received LD-ITI[FVIII 50 IU/kg every other day].IS(rituximab+prednisone)was added when peak inhibitor tier≥200 BU/mL in the LD-ITI-IS^(200) regimen and≥40 BU/mL in the LD-ITI-IS^(40) *** is defined as a negative inhibitor plus FVIII recovery≥66%of the ***:We enrolled 30 patients on LD-ITI-IS^(200) and 64 patients on LD-ITI-IS^(40),with similar baseline clinical characteristics.A lower IS-use rate was discovered in the LD-ITI-IS^(200) regimen compared to the LD-ITI-IS^(40) regimen(30.0%vs.62.5%).The two regimens(LD-ITI-IS^(200) ***-ITI-IS^(40))had similar success rate(70.0%vs.79.7%),median time to success(9.4 vs.10.6 months),and annualized bleeding rate during ITI(3.7 vs.2.8).The cost to success was lower for LD-ITI-IS^(200) than for LD-ITI-IS^(40)(2107 vs.3256 US Dollar/kg).Among patients with peak inhibitor-titer 40-199 BU/mL,10 non-IS-using(on LD-ITI-IS^(200) regimen)and 28 IS-using(on LD-ITI-IS^(40) regimen)had similar success rates(70.0%vs.78.6%)and time to success(9.0 vs.8.8 months).Interpretation:In LD-ITI,IS are not necessary for inhibitor titer<200 BU/mL.
