Energy management is an inspiring domain in developing of renewable energy ***,the growth of decentralized energy production is revealing an increased complexity for power grid managers,inferring more quality and reliability to regulate electricity flows and less imbalance between electricity production and *** major objective of an energy management system is to achieve optimum energy procurement and utilization throughout the organization,minimize energy costs without affecting production,and minimize environmental *** energy management is an essential and complex subject because of the excessive consumption in residential buildings,which necessitates energy optimization and increased user *** address the issue of energy management,many researchers have developed various frameworks;while the objective of each framework was to sustain a balance between user comfort and energy consumption,this problem hasn’t been fully solved because of how difficult it is to solve *** inclusive and Intelligent Energy Management System(IEMS)aims to provide overall energy efficiency regarding increased power generation,increase flexibility,increase renewable generation systems,improve energy consumption,reduce carbon dioxide emissions,improve stability,and reduce energy *** learning(ML)is an emerging approach that may be beneficial to predict energy efficiency in a better way with the assistance of the Internet of Energy(IoE)*** IoE network is playing a vital role in the energy sector for collecting effective data and usage,resulting in smart resource *** this research work,an IEMS is proposed for Smart Cities(SC)using the ML technique to better resolve the energy management *** proposed system minimized the energy consumption with its intelligent nature and provided better outcomes than the previous approaches in terms of 92.11% accuracy,and 7.89% miss-rate.

Medical dialogue generation(MDG) is applied for building medical dialogue systems for intelligent consultation. Such systems can communicate with patients in real time, thereby improving the efficiency of clinical diagnosis. However, predicting correct entities and correctly generating distinct responses remain a great challenge. Inspired by actual doctors’ responses to patients, we consider MDG a two-stage task: entity prediction and dialogue generation. For entity prediction, we design an ent-mac post pre-training strategy by leveraging external medical entity knowledge to enhance the pre-trained model. For dialogue generation, we propose an entity-aware fusion MDG method in which predicted entities are integrated into the dialogue generation model through different encoding fusion mechanisms, using information from different sources. Because the diverse beam search algorithm can produce responses with entities that deviate from the predicted entities, an entity-revised diverse beam search is proposed to correct the entities entailed in the generated responses and make the generated responses more distinct. The experimental results on the China Conference on Knowledge Graph and Semantic Computing 2021(A/B tests) and the International Conference on learning Representations 2021(online test) datasets show that the proposed method outperforms several state-of-the-art methods, which demonstrates its practicability and effectiveness.

GAN-DIRNet:A Novel Deformable Image Registration Approach for Multimodal Histological Images

Multi-modal histological image registration tasks pose significant challenges due to tissue staining operations causing partial loss and folding of *** neural network(CNN)and generative adversarial network(GAN)are pivotal inmedical image ***,existing methods often struggle with severe interference and deformation,as seen in histological images of conditions like Cushing’s *** argue that the failure of current approaches lies in underutilizing the feature extraction capability of the discriminator *** this study,we propose a novel multi-modal registration approach GAN-DIRNet based on GAN for deformable histological image *** begin with,the discriminators of two GANs are embedded as a new dual parallel feature extraction module into the unsupervised registration networks,characterized by implicitly extracting feature descriptors of specific ***,modal feature description layers and registration layers collab.rate in unsupervised optimization,facilitating faster convergence and more precise ***,experiments and evaluations were conducted on the registration of the Mixed National Institute of Standards and Technology database(MNIST),eight publicly availab.e datasets of histological sections and the Clustering-Registration-Classification-Segmentation(CRCS)dataset on the Cushing’s *** results demonstrate that our proposed GAN-DIRNet method surpasses existing approaches like DIRNet in terms of both registration accuracy and time efficiency,while also exhibiting robustness across different image types.

The rapid development of 5G/6G and AI enables an environment of Internet of Everything(IoE)which can support millions of connected mobile devices and applications to operate smoothly at high speed and low ***,these massive devices will lead to explosive traffic growth,which in turn cause great burden for the data transmission and content *** challenge can be eased by sinking some critical content from cloud to *** this case,how to determine the critical content,where to sink and how to access the content correctly and efficiently become new *** work focuses on establishing a highly efficient content delivery framework in the IoE *** particular,the IoE environment is re-constructed as an end-edge-cloud collab.rative system,in which the concept of digital twin is applied to promote the *** on the digital asset obtained by digital twin from end users,a content popularity prediction scheme is firstly proposed to decide the critical content by using the Temporal pattern Attention(TPA)enabled Long Short-Term Memory(LSTM)***,the prediction results are input for the proposed caching scheme to decide where to sink the critical content by using the Reinforce learning(RL)***,a collab.rative routing scheme is proposed to determine the way to access the content with the objective of minimizing *** experimental results indicate that the proposed schemes outperform the state-of-the-art benchmarks in terms of the caching hit rate,the average throughput,the successful content delivery rate and the average routing overhead.

Education sector has witnessed several changes in the recent *** changes have forced private universities into fierce competition with each other to get more students *** competition has resulted in the adoption of marketing practices by private universities similar to commercial *** get competitive gain,universities must observe and examine the students’feedback on their own social media sites along with the social media sites of their *** study presents a novel framework which integrates numerous analytical approaches including statistical analysis,sentiment analysis,and text mining to accomplish a competitive analysis of social media sites of the *** techniques enable local universities to utilize social media for the identification of the most-discussed topics by students as well as based on the most unfavorable comments received,major areas for improvement.A comprehensive case study was conducted utilizing the proposed framework for competitive analysis of few top ranked international universities as well as local private universities in Lahore *** results show that diversity of shared content,frequency of posts,and schedule of updates,are the key areas for improvement for the local *** on the competitive intelligence gained several recommendations are included in this paper that would enable local universities generally and Riphah international university(RIU)Lahore specifically to promote their brand and increase their attractiveness for potential students using social media and launch successful marketing campaigns targeting a large number of audiences at significantly reduced cost resulting in an increased number of enrolments.

Cloud computing is providing IT services to its customer based on Service level agreements(SLAs).It is important for cloud service providers to provide reliable Quality of service(QoS)and to maintain SLAs *** service providers need to predict possible service violations before the emergence of an issue to perform remedial actions for *** users’major concerns;the factors for service reliability are based on response time,accessibility,availab.lity,and *** this paper,we,therefore,experiment with the parallel mutant-Particle swarm optimization(PSO)for the detection and predictions of QoS violations in terms of response time,speed,accessibility,and *** paper also compares Simple-PSO and Parallel *** simulation results,it is observed that the proposed Parallel MutantPSO solution for cloud QoS violation prediction achieves 94%accuracy which is many accurate results and is computationally the fastest technique in comparison of conventional PSO technique.
