Recent evidence showed that microRNA-126(miR-126) has been involved in the development and function of immune cells,which contributed to the pathogenesis of related clinical ***,the potential role of miR-126 in the development and function of CD4T cells remains largely *** we firstly found that the activation and proliferation,as well as the expression of IFN-γ,of CD4T cells from miR-126 knockdown(KD) mice using miRNA-Sponge technique were enhanced significantly in vitro,compared with those in CD4T cells from wild type(WT) *** further monitor the possible effect of miR-126 deficiency on the function of CD4T cells in vivo,we used DSS-induced acute autoimmune colitis mode and found that miR-126 deficiency could elevate the pathology of ***,the proportion of CD4T cells in splenocytes increased significantly in miR-126 KD ***,the expression level of CD69 and CD44 on CD4T cells elevated obviously and CD62 L expression decreased *** note,adoptive cell transfer assay showed that the pathology of colitis was more serious in CFSE-labeled CD4T cells from miR-126 KD mice transferred group,compared with that in CFSE-labeled CD4T cells from WT mice transferred ***,the expression of CD69 and CD44 on CFSE cells increased ***,both the proliferation and IFNg secretion of CFSE cells also increased significantly in CFSE-labeled CD4T cells from miR-126 KD mice transferred *** evidence showed that the expression of insulin receptor substrate 1(IRS-1),as a functional target of miR-126,was elevated in CD4T cells from miR-126 KD mice,accompanied by altered transduction of ERK,AKT and NF-κB *** date revealed a novel role in which miR-126 was an intrinsic regulator in the function of CD4T cells,which provided preliminary basis for further exploring on the role of miR-126 in the development,function of CD4T cells and related clinical diseases.

What Impact on Phenotype for Patients with Karyotype 46, XX DSD SRY Positive at chu Dantec in Senegal: About 5 Cases?

Background: In disorders of sexual differentiation, sexual development may not conform to the chromosomal structure, thus forming different types of abnormalities. Among these abnormalities is syndrome 46, XX DSD where most patients are female phenotype with clitoral hypertrophy that can go to complete masculinization especially in the presence of the SRY gene. Objective: The goal of this work is to demonstrate a relationship between the genotype and the phenotype in five patients karyotype 46, XX with the presence of the SRY gene. Methodology: The study involves five patients referred to the laboratory under suspicion of sexual development anomalies. The diagnosis took place through hormonal and echography examinations, a classic cytogenetic study (Barr chromatin and karyotype) and an amplification of the SRY gene located on the Y chromosome. The resulting PCR products were sent for sequencing. Results: Based on the results of clinical and paraclinical tests carried out it was found clitoral hypertrophy, the presence of clitoris penis for some, presence of normal penis for others. In addition, echography revealed a lack of female internal genitalia (P2, P3), and a presence of testicles (P3, P4, P5). Genetic analysis (chromosomal and molecular) showed a karyotype 46, XX SRY (+) for all patients. New mutations were found c.246 T > A, p.82 Asn82Lys and c.171 G > C, p.57 Gln57His. Conclusion: In our study, we were able to correlate each DSD with karyotype 46, XX to a pathology such as 46, XX DSD testicular, 46, XX DSD with clitoral hypertrophy and ovotestis 46, XX. The next step will undoubtedly be the integration of other molecular techniques (genotyping, FISH, CGH or even the CGH array) to further genetic exploration.

Background and Aims:Hepatic sinusoidal obstruction syndrome(HSOS)is a life-threatening syndrome,and a cause is exposure to pyrrolizidine alkaloid(PA)-containing *** is well-established that retrorsine(RTS),a rep-resentative Pas,insults hepatic sinusoidal endothelial cells and ensues congestion of hepatic ***,little known about the impact of Pas on gut microbiota and intesti-nal barrier and inflammation in ***:Mice were gavaged with or without nonabsorbable antibiotics(ABX),followed by a single dose of *** gut microbiota was examined by 16S rDNA ***:ABX pretreat-ment significantly reversed RTS-induced liver *** altered gut microbiota composition,increasing Gram-nega-tive bacteria and resulting in a sharp elevation of circulating lipopolysaccharides(LPS)in HSOS *** decontamina-tion with ABX alleviated RTS-induced intestine inflamma-tion,protected against disruption of the intestinal epithelial barrier and gut vascular barrier(GVB),and suppressed he-patic LPS-NF-κB pathway activation in RTS-induced ***,the LPS level was positively correlated with MELD score in patients with *** LPS in patients with HSOS confirmed that Gram-negative bacteria were in-volved in the pathogenesis of ***:RTS,a PA,cooperated with gut dysbiosis to cause intestinal inflam-mation and gut barrier compromise that increased transport of gut-derived LPS into the liver through the portal vein,which contributed to the pathology of *** the gut microbiota,protecting the intestinal barrier,and sup-pressing intestinal inflammation with prebiotics or antibiot-ics might be a useful pharmacologic intervention in HSOS.

Introduction: Acute intestinal obstruction is a serious pathology, a surgical emergency for which medical imaging plays an important role in the management. We initiated this work in order to study the contribution of imaging in the diagnosis of acute intestinal obstruction at the Point-G University Hospital. Patients and Methods: This was a prospective, descriptive and analytical study of 96 patients collected at the radiology and medical imaging department of chu Point-G from January 2018 to January 2019. Results: The age of our patients varied from 11 to 86 years, with an average of 36 years old. There was a male predominance of 64.6% against 35.4% for women, i.e., a sex ratio of 1.82. Previous surgery was found in 61.5% of our patients. The pain was present in all patients. An unprepared abdominal X-ray was performed in 89.6% of patients. Hydroaerobic levels were found in 96.5% of patients. Abdominopelvic CT scans were performed on 12 patients, all of whom were diagnosed with occlusion. These positive diagnostic findings were consistent with intraoperative findings in 92% of cases. The causes were dominated by bridges in 46 patients and tumors in 9 patients. Signs of severity on CT were dominated by signs of distress of the upstream bile ducts in 8.3%. Exactly 8% of our patients spontaneously resumed transit, 91% received surgical treatment and 1% died before surgery. The outcome was favorable in 80 patients (83.3%) and poor with death in 16 patients (16.7%). Conclusion: Acute intestinal obstruction remains a serious pathology for which the X-ray of the PSA is often the only radiological examination performed in an emergency. However, abdominopelvic CT seems to us to be widely indicated thanks to its contribution both to the positive diagnosis and to the diagnosis of severity and etiology. However, this imaging technique is widely underused in our practice because of its high cost and lack of availability.

Etiologies and Prognostic Factors of Dyspnea in Infants at the University Hospital Center (chu) of Bouaké (Ivory Coast)

Identify the epidemiological characteristics, etiologies and evolutionary aspects of dyspnea in infants. This was a retrospective study of infants hospitalized for dyspnea from January 1 to December 31, 2020. The parameters studied were sex, age, origin, vaccination status, existence of underlying pathology. Underlying, the diagnosis and the evolutionary modalities. Data analysis and processing were possible using Word, Excel and EPI info version 7 software. We retained 152 infants. The sex ratio was 1.34 and the median age was 4 months. Vaccines according to expanded immunization program (EPI) were up to date in 76.32%. The main antecedents with risk identified were malnutrition, hypotrophy at birth, interventricular communication. The pathologies observed were low acute respiratory diseases in 90.79%, ENT diseases in 04.60% and cardiac diseases in 03.95%. The median length of hospitalization was 4 days. Infants who died accounted for 15.13%. The median age of infants who died was 4 months. The median time to onset of death was 1.63 days. The risk factors for death were age < 6 months (p = 0.003;CI [1.27;9.33]), outdated vaccines (p = 0.012;CI [1.18;5.17]), history with risk (p = 0.031;CI [1.02;4.54]). Dyspnea in infants remains a concern in our service. Reducing mortality involves developing procedures for the management of lower respiratory ailments, continuous staff training and strengthening the technical platform.

Skin Graft in the Surgery department “B” of the chu du Point “G” about 50 Cases

Aim: To analyze the practice of skin grafting in the surgery department “B” of the chu of Point “G” in Bamako. Patients and Methods: This was a retrospective and prospective study carried out between 1980 and 2014, covering all patients who underwent a skin graft and hospitalized. It covered all patients who underwent a skin transplant and were hospitalized in the department during the study period. Result: There were 50 patients including 25 women and 25 men. The mean age was 25.2 ± 19 years. The average duration of lesion evolution was 1 year. The lesions to be grafted were located in the lower limbs in 60%. The average area of substance loss was 13.2 cm2. The indication for skin graft was asked for loss of substance following scar bridles in 40%, ulcerative-necrotic wounds of infectious or traumatic origin (32%), malignant skin tumor (14%). In pathology, there were 5 cases of malignant melanoma and 2 cases of squamous cell carcinoma. Thin skin grafting was the most used technique (62%). The postoperative follow-ups were simple in 94%. There were 3 cases of graft necrosis. The average length of hospital stay was 28 days. The esthetic result was judged satisfactory in 84% of the cases (n = 42), average in 14% of the cases (n = 7) and unsatisfactory in 2% of the cases (n = 1). The sensitivity was good in 36 patients (72%), average in 12 patients (24%) and poor in 2 patients (4%). Conclusion: They mainly affect young people. The reduction of accidents on the public highway, good management of burn injuries, wounds and good hygiene of the population will considerably reduce the rate of its affections.

Numerous new taxa and classifications of Dothideomycetes have been published following the last monograph of families of Dothideomycetes in 2013.A recent publication by Honsanan et *** 2020 expanded information of families in Dothideo-mycetidae and Pleosporomycetidae with modern *** this paper,we provide a refined updated document on orders and families incertae sedis of *** family is provided with an updated description,notes,including figures to represent the morphology,a list of accepted genera,and economic and ecological *** also provide phylogenetic trees for each *** this study,31 orders which consist 50 families are assigned as orders incertae sedis in Dothideomycetes,and 41 families are treated as families incertae sedis due to lack of molecular or morphological *** new order,Catinellales,and four new families,Catinellaceae,Morenoinaceae Neobuelliellaceae and Thyrinulaceae are *** genera(Neobuelliella,Pseudomicrothyrium,Flagellostrigula,Swinscowia,Macroconstrictolumina,Pseudobogoriella,and Schummia)are *** new species(Acrospermum urticae,Bogoriella complexoluminata,Dothiorella ostryae,Dyfrolomyces distoseptatus,Macroconstrictolumina megalateralis,Patellaria microspora,and Pseu-domicrothyrium thailandicum)are introduced base on morphology and phylogeny,together with two new records/reports and five new collections from different *** new combinations are also provided in this paper.
