As a cross-cutting field between ocean development and multi-robot system(MRs),the underwater multi-robot system(UMRs)has gained increasing attention from researchers and engineers in recent *** this paper,we present a comprehensive survey of cooperation issues,one of the key components of UMRs,from the perspective of the emergence of new *** specifically,we categorize the cooperation in terms of task-space,motion-space,measurement-space,as well as their ***,we analyze the architecture of UMRs from three aspects,i.e.,the performance of the individual underwater robot,the new functions of underwater robots,and the technical approaches of *** conclude,we have discussed related promising directions for future *** survey provides valuable insight into the reasonable utilization of UMRs to attain diverse underwater tasks in complex ocean application scenarios.

Magnetic rotation and antimagnetic rotation are exotic rotational phenomena observed in weakly deformed or near-spherical nuclei, which are respectively interpreted in terms of the shears mechanism and two shearslike mechanism. since their observations, magnetic rotation and antimagnetic rotation phenomena have been mainly investigated in the framework of tilted axis cranking based on the pairing plus quadrupole model. For the last decades, the covariant density functional theory and its extension have been proved to be successful in describing series of nuclear ground-states and excited states properties, including the binding energies, radii, single-particle spectra, resonance states, halo phenomena, magnetic moments, magnetic rotation, low-lying excitations, shape phase transitions, collective rotation and vibrations, etc. this review will mainly focus on the tilted axis cranking covariant density functional theory and its application for the magnetic rotation and antimagnetic rotation phenomena.

to investigate the clinical outcomes of the treatment of osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures(OVCFs)by using mineralized collagen(MC)modified polymethylmethacrylate(PMMA)bone cement.52 cases(52 vertebras)who sustained OVCF treated with MC modified PMMA bone cement from July 2014 to December 2015 were reviewed *** the cases(52 patients,52 vertebras)included 8 males and 44 females with an average age of 74.83(ranging from 57-to 90-years old).the visual analogue scale(VAs),vertebral body height,Cobb angle,Ct values preand post-operation as well as incidence of complications were used to be *** the patients underwent the surgery were successfully followed-up with an average period of 13.54 months(ranging from 6 to 23 months).the patients can ambulate at the second day after the *** VAs scores 2 days after the operation and during the last follow-up were significantly decreased compared with that before the operation(Pthe average vertebral height and local Cobb angle had significant recovery(Pthe Ct value of the treated vertebra significantly increased compared with that before the operation(Pth good osteogenic activity and degradation properties can effectively improve the mechanical properties and biocompatibility of the PMMA bone cement,thus obtain better clinical results.

Background the CKLF-like MARVEL transmembrane domain-containing family （CMtM） is a novel family of proteins linking chemokines and tM4sF. Different members exhibit diverse biological functions. In this study, the effect of intracellular CMtM2 on regulating human immunodeficiency virus type-1 （HIV-1） transcription was *** the effects of CMtM2 on regulating full-length HIV-1 provirus and the HIV-1 long terminal repeat （LtR）-directed transcription were assessed by luciferase assay. transcription factor assays, using the luciferase reporter plasmids of AP-1, CRE, and NF-κB were conducted to explore the signaling pathway（s） that may be regulated by CMtM2. the potential relationship between CMtM2 and the transcription factor AP-1 was further analyzed by Western blotting analyses to investigate the effect of CMtM2 on PMA-induced ERK1/2 *** the results from the current study revealed that CMtM2 acts as a negative regulator of HIV-1 ***2 exerted a suppressive action on both full-length HIV-1 provirus and HIV-1 LtR-directed *** factor assays showed that CMtM2 selectively inhibited basal AP-1 and CREB activity. Co-expression of HIV-1 tat, a potent AP-1 and CREB activator, can not reverse CMtM2-mediated AP-1 and CREB inhibition, suggesting a potent and specific effect of CMtM2 on negatively regulating these two signaling *** Intracellular CMtM2 can negatively regulate HIV-1 transcription, at least in part, by targeting the AP-1 and CREB pathways. Exploring the mechanisms further may lead to new ways to control HIV-1 replication.

Innate immunity represents one of the main host responses to viral infection.1,2,3 stING(stimulator of interferon genes),a crucial immune adapter functioning in host cells,mediates cGAs(Cyclic GMP-AMP synthase)sensing of exogenous and endogenous DNA fragments and generates innate immune responses.4 Whether stING activation was involved in infection and replication of enterovirus remains largely *** the present study,we discovered that human enterovirus A71(EV-A71)infection triggered stING activation in a cGAs dependent ***-A71 infection caused mitochondrial damage and the discharge of mitochondrial DNA into the cytosol of infected ***,during EV-A71 infection,cGAs-stING activation was ***-A71 ^(pro)teins were screened and the viral ^(pro)tease 2A^(pro) had the greatest capacity to inhibit cGAs-stING *** identified tRAF3 as an important factor during stING activation and as a target of 2A^(pro).supplement of tRAF3 rescued cGAs-stING activation suppression by 2A^(pro).tRAF3 supported stING activation mediated tBK1 ***,we found that 2A^(pro) ^(pro)tease activity was essential for inhibiting stING ***,EV-D68 and CV-A16 infection also triggered stING *** viral ^(pro)tease 2A^(pro) from EV-D68 and CV-A16 also had the ability to inhibit stING *** stING activation prior to EV-A71 infection generated cellular resistance to EV-A71 replication,blocking EV-A71-mediated stING suppression represents a new anti-viral target.

Anomalies in decays induced by b→clv（l=e,μ,τ） transitions may imply lepton flavor universality violations,which raises questions on such phenomena in the D decays induced by c→（s,d）*** measurements of the pure leptonic and semi-leptonic D decays agree with the standard model（sM） predictions,and such agreements can be used to constrain the new physics（NP） *** this work,we extend sM by assuming general effective Hamiltonians describing the c→（s,d）lvtransitions including the full set of the four-fermion *** the latest experimental data,we perform a least χfit of the Wilson coefficient corresponding to each *** results indicate that the Wilson coefficients of tensor and scalar operators in the muon sector are in the order of O(10) while others are in the order of O(10).the lepton flavor universality could be violated by interactions with the scalar *** also determine that the pure leptonic decays are significantly sensitive to scalar *** effects of NP on the semi-leptonic decays with electron final state are negligible;however,for the decays with the muon final state,the effects of scalar and tensor operators will appear in the forward-backward asymmetries and the muon helicity asymmetries of D→P+*** future measurements of these decays in the BE sⅢ and Belle Ⅱ experiments will facilitate the evaluation of NP effects.

With the rising of modern data science,data-driven turbulence modeling with the aid of machine learning algorithms is becoming a new promising *** approaches are able to achieve better Reynolds stress prediction,with much lower modeling error(∈_(M)),than traditional Reynolds-averaged Navier-stokes(RANs)models,but they still suffer from numerical error and stability issues when the mean velocity fields are estimated by solving RANs equations with the predicted Reynolds *** fact illustrates that the error of solving the RANs equations(∈_(P))is also very important for a RANs *** the present work,the error∈_(P)is studied separately by using the Reynolds stresses obtained from direct numerical simulation(DNs)/highly resolved large-eddy simulation to minimize the modeling error∈_(M),and the sources of∈_(P)are derived *** the implementations with known Reynolds stresses solely,we suggest to run an auxiliary RANs simulation to make a first guess onν_(t)^(*)and s_(ij)^(0).With around 10 iterations,the error of the streamwise velocity component could be reduced by about one-order of magnitude in flow over periodic *** present work is not to develop a new RANs model,but to clarify the facts that obtaining mean field with known Reynolds stresses is nontrivial and that the nonlinear part of the Reynolds stresses is very important in flow problems with *** proposed approach to reduce∈_(P)may be very useful for the a posteriori applications of the data-driven turbulence models.

tje global dynamical correlation energies for 575 even even nuclei with proton numbers ranging from Z = 8 to Z = 108 calculated with the covariant density functional theory using the PC-PK1 parametrization are presented. the dynamical correlation energies include the rotational correction energies obtained with the cranking approximation and the quadrupole vibrational correction energies. the systematic behavior of the present correlation energies is in good agreement with that obtained from the projected generator coordinate method using the sLy4 skyrme force although our values are systematically smaller. After including the dynamical correlation energies, the root- mean-square deviation predicted by the PC-PK1 for the 575 even-even nuclei masses is reduced from 2.58 MeV to 1.24 MeV.
