Eco.ogical monitoring vehicles are equipped with a range of sensors and monitoring devices designed to gather data on eco.ogical and environmental *** vehicles are crucial in various fields,including environmental science research,eco.ogical and environmental monitoring projects,disaster response,and emergency management.A key method employed in these vehicles for achieving high-precision positioning is LiDAR(lightlaser detection and ranging)-Visual Simultaneous Localization and Mapping(SLAM).However,maintaining highprecision localization in co.plex scenarios,such as degraded environments or when dynamic objects are present,remains a significant *** address this issue,we integrate both semantic and texture information from LiDAR and cameras to enhance the robustness and efficiency of data ***,semantic information simplifies the modeling of scene elements,reducing the reliance on dense point clouds,which can be less ***,visual texture information co.plements LiDAR-Visual localization by providing additional co.textual *** inco.porating semantic and texture details frompaired images and point clouds,we significantly improve the quality of data association,thereby increasing the success rate of *** approach not only enhances the operational capabilities of eco.ogical monitoring vehicles in co.plex environments but also co.tributes to improving the overall efficiency and effectiveness of eco.ogical monitoring and environmental protection efforts.

During the non-breeding season(September–April), Black-tailed Godwits(Limosa limosa) are co.monly seen in co.stal and inland wetlands of the Ganges-Brahmaputra-Meghna Delta in Bangladesh. We hypothesize that the Ganges-Brahmaputra-Meghna Delta, at the overlap between the Central Asian and East Asian–Australasian flyways, may host three subspecies that breed in disjunct areas of temperate and northern Asia: L. l. limosa, L. l. melanuroides, and L. l. bohaii. We used mitochondrial DNA(mt DNA) haplotype network and biometric analysis to determine subspecies in captured individuals, and deployed GPS–GSM transmitters to verify breeding areas of individuals with subspecies assignments. To test for differential habitat preferences, we sampled birds at two eco.ogically distinct habitats known to host the largest co.centrations of non-breeding Black-tailed Godwits in Bangladesh: Nijhum Dweep National Park, a tidal co.stal habitat with brackish water on the south-central co.st, and Tanguar Haor(‘backmarsh'), a seasonal freshwater floodplain in the north. During the non-breeding seasons of 2021–2022 and 2022–2023, we sampled and measured 93 Black-tailed Godwits, 54 of which were equipped with GPS–GSM transmitters. Our mt DNA haplotype network analysis co.firmed the presence of limosa, melanuroides, and bohaii subspecies at the study sites. Thus, indeed, Black-tailed Godwits subspecies, despite having distinct breeding ranges, exhibit(partially) overlapping non-breeding ranges in Asia. The subspecies co.position differed significantly between sites, with limosa and bohaii dominating in Tanguar Haor and melanuroides in Nijhum Dweep. Of the 21 individuals that were tracked to their breeding grounds, 18 migrated to the expected breeding range of their respective subspecies. However, one bird with a limosa haplotype migrated to a known breeding area of bohaii, whereas two birds with melanuroides haplotypes migrated to the supposed breeding range of limosa. Spatial and Temporal Variation of Dissolved Organic Matter and Its Biodegradability in Typical Algal Bay

The biodegradability of dissolved organic matter（DOM） is a crucial factor in assessing the carbon balance and eco.ystem equilibrium of freshwater lakes. It is closely linked to regional hydrological characteristics and biochemical processes. Taking cyanobacterial bloom-dominated bays in Lake Taihu as the research object，co.bined with characterization by ultraviolet absorption，three-dimensional fluorescence spectrosco.y，and bioassay experiments，this study analyzed the temporal and spatial variations of DOM co.centration，structural co.position，and biodegradable dissolved organic carbon（BDOC） during the rainy and bloom season and the dry and post-bloom season. The results showed that during the bloom season，the release of cyanobacterial-derived organic matter led to a significant increase in DOM co.centration in Meiliang Bay and Gonghu Bay，which was mainly co.posed of protein co.ponents，such as tyrosine and tryptophan （>70%） with a lower aromaticity （SUVA254），molecular weight，and humification degree（HIX）. In co.parison，the DOM samples in Zhushan Bay had higher absorbance （SUVA350），SUVA254，HIX，relative molecular mass，and co.tent of humic substances，which was associated with stronger input of terrestrial humic substances during the rainy season. As a result，the average BDOC in Zhushan Bay was lower （31.6%） co.pared to those in the other two bays （38.8%）. With the decline of cyanobacterial bloom and the decrease of terrestrial input in the dry and post-bloom season，in-situ degradation significantly increased SUVA254 and humic-like co.ponents while decreasing protein-like co.ponents in DOM. This resulted in a decrease in average BDOC to 28.1%. Partial least squares analysis further revealed that DOM optical indices co.ld effectively predict BDOC（R2=0.81），with fluorescence peaks T/C and SR indices being the most effective positive predictive factors and SUVA254 being the most effective negative predictive factor. Plants have mechanisms to transport seco.dary metabolites from where they are biosynthesized to the sites where they function,or to sites such as the vacuole for ***,current research has mainly focused on metabolite biosynthesis and regulation,and little is known about their ***,a class diterpenoid with medicinal properties,is biosynthesized in the periderm of Salvia miltiorrhiza ***,we disco.ered that tanshinone can be transported out of peridermal cells and secreted into the soil environment and that the ABC transporter SmABCG1 is involved in the efflux of tanshinoneⅡA and tanshinoneⅠ.The SmABCG1 gene is adjacent to the diterpene biosynthesis gene cluster in the *** *** temporal–spatial expression pattern of SmABCG1 is co.sistent with tanshinone accumulation ***1 is located on the plasma membrane and preferentially accumulates in the peridermal cells of *** *** expression in Xenopus laevis oocytes demonstrated that SmABCG1 can export tanshinoneⅡA and tanshinoneⅠ.CRISPR/Cas9-mediated mutagenesis of SmABCG1 in *** hairy roots resulted in a significant decrease in tanshinone co.tents in both hairy roots and the culture medium,whereas overexpression of this gene resulted in increased tanshinone ***76AH3 transcript levels increased in hairy roots overexpressing SmABCG1 and decreased in knockout lines,suggesting that SmABCG1 may affect the expression of CYP76AH3,indirectly regulating tanshinone ***,tanshinoneⅡA showed cytotoxicity to Arabidopsis *** findings offer new perspectives on plant diterpenoid transport and provide a new genetic tool for metabolic engineering and synthetic biology research.

Integrating Cu+/Cu0 sites on porous nitrogen-doped carbon nanofibers for stable and efficient co. electroreduction to multicarbon products

The Cu+/Cu0sites of co.per-based catalysts are crucial for enhancing the production of multicarbon(C2+)products from electrochemical co.reduction reaction（eco.RR）.However,the unstable Cu+and insufficient Cu+/Cu0active sites lead to their limited selectivity and stability for C2+***,we embedded co.per oxide（CuOx） particles into porous nitrogen-doped carbon nanofibers（CuOx@PCNF）by pyrolysis of the electrospun fiber film co.taining ZIF-8 and Cu2O *** porous nitrogendoped carbon nanofibers protected and dispersed Cu+species,and its micro porous structure enhanced the interaction between CuOxand reactants during *** obtained CuOx@PCNF created more effective and stable Cu+/Cu0active *** showed a high Faradaic efficiency of 62.5% for C2+products in Hcell,which was 2 times higher than that of bare CuOx（～31.1%）.Furthermore,it achieved a maximum Faradaic efficiency of 80.7% for C2+products in flow *** situ characterization and density functional theory（DFT） calculation co.firmed that the N-doped carbon layer protected Cu+from electrochemical reduction and lowered the energy barrier for the dimerization of**** and exposed Cu+/Cu0active sites enhanced the enrichment of*co.and promoted the C-C co.pling reaction on the catalyst surface,which facilitated the formation of C2+products.

Soil salinization is a type of soil degradation phenomenon caused by the gradual accumulation of salt in soil due to natural processes or improper irrigation *** the spatial variations of salinization is the basis for salinized land management and resource *** Yinbei Plain irrigation area of Ningxia as the research area,154 sampling points were set up and soil samples were co.lected at depths from 0-100 cm in six layers to determine the pH value and total salt co.tent of the *** geostatistics and GIS were used to study the spatial variations of soil pH and total salt co.tent in the irrigation *** results show three important aspects of this system.(1)The soil in the study area is alkaline soil with pH values ranging from 8.18 to 10.22,and the pH increases with increasing soil *** pH values of soil at 0-10 cm are significantly higher than at depths of 10-20 cm and 20-80 cm(Pco.fficients of the soil pH value in each layer are less than 10%,which is characterized as weak *** total salt co.tent of soil decreases with increasing soil depth,ranging from 0.24 to 14.95 g kg^(-1).The total salt co.tent of soil in the surface layer at 0-10 cm was significantly higher than in the lower soil layers(Pco.fficient of variation of total salt co.tent showed moderate variability except at depths of 10-20 cm and 80-100 *** layers have variabilities of more than 100%,indicating strong variability.(2)The semi-variance function fitting of pH and total salt showed that the soil pH value in each soil layer depth block base ratio ranged from 28.1%to 61.2%,which indicates a medium spatial co.relation,and the spatial variability was mainly influenced by the joint action of human activities and natural *** total salt block base ratio of each soil layer ranged from 5.5%to 13.3%,which indicates strong spatial *** variation among soil samples is mainly caused by natural str

In this study,an efficient stabilizer material for cadmium(Cd^(2+))treatment was successfully prepared by simply co.milling olivine with *** analyticalmethods including XRD,TEM,SEM and FTIR,co.bined with theoretical calculations(DFT),were used to investigate mechanochemical interfacial reaction between twominerals,and the reaction mechanism of Cd removal,with ion exchange between Cd^(2+)and Mg^(2+)as the main pathway.A fixation capacity of Cd^(2+)as high as 270.61 mg/g,much higher than that of the pristine minerals and even the individual/physical mixture of milled olivine and magnesite,has been obtained at optimized co.ditions,with a neutral pH value of the solution after treatment to allow its direct *** as-proposed Mg-based stabilizer with various advantages such as co.t benefits,green feature etc.,will boosts the utilization efficiency of naturalminerals over the elaborately prepared adsorbents.
