Holocene precipitation and temperature variations in the East Asian monsoonal margin from pollen data from Hulun Lake in northeastern Inner Mongolia,China

Pollen-assemblage data from a sediment co.e from Hulun Lake in northeastern Inner Mongolia describe the changes in the vegetation and climate of the East Asian monsoon margin during the *** steppe dominated the lake basin from ca.11,000 to 8000 cal yr BP,suggesting a warm and dry *** and birch forests expanded 8000 to 6400 cal yr BP,implying a remarkable increase in the monsoon precipitation. From 6400 to 4400 cal yr BP,the climate became co.ler and *** dominated the interval from 4400 to 3350 cal yr BP,marking extremely dry *** reco.ered 3350-2050 cal yr BP, denoting an amelioration of climatic *** temperature and precipitation decreased 2050 to 1000 cal yr BP as indicated by decreased Artemisia and the development of pine *** the last 1000 yr,human activities might have had a significant influence on the environment of the lake *** suggest that the East Asian summer monsoon did not beco.e intensified until 8000 cal yr BP due to the existence of remnant ice sheets in the Northern *** in the monsoon precipitation on millennial to centennial scales would be related to ocean-atmosphere interactions in the tropical Pacific.

Exhumation and Preservation of the Yangchuling Porphyry W-Mo Deposit in the Jiangnan Tungsten Ore Belt,South China:Insights from(U-Th)/He and Fission Track Dating

Quantitative palaeoclimatic reco.struction with the weighted averaging partial least squares method was applied to the pollen profile from Hulun Lake in northeastern Inner *** data provide a detailed history of variations in precipitation and temperature over the northeastern margin of the East Asian summer monsoon during the Holocene.A warm and dry climate prevailed over the lake region until c.8000 *** the period c.8000-4400 ***,precipitation increased markedly and temperature gradually *** interval between c.4400 and 3350 *** was marked by extremely dry and relatively co.d *** reco.ered from c.3350 to 1000 ***,with temperatures rising c.3350-2050 *** and dropping c.2050-1000 cal. *** the last 500 years,the climate of the lake region displayed a general trend of warming and wetting. While Holocene temperature variations in the mid-high latitude monsoonal margin were co.trolled by changes in summer solar radiation in the Northern Hemisphere,they co.ld also be related to the strength of the East Asian summer *** lack of precipitation during the early Holocene co.ld be attributed to the weakened summer monsoon resulting from the existence of remnant ice sheets in the Northern *** in the monsoonal precipitation during the middle to late Holocene would have been associated with the ocean-atmosphere interacting processes occurring in the western tropical Pacific.

The Yangchuling porphyry W-Mo deposit(YPWD),located in the Jiangnan porphyryskarn tungsten ore belt,is one of the most important and large-scale porphyry W-Mo deposits in South *** previous zirco. U-Pb and molybdenite Re-Os data suggest that Yangchuling WMo ore bodies formed almost simultaneously with granodiorite and monzogranitic porphyry at~150–144 Ma,their post emplacement history remains poorly understood,making their preservation status at depth *** this paper,new zirco. and apatite(U-Th)/He and apatite fission track(ZHe,AHe and AFT,respectively)data of one hornfels and five intrusive rocks from a 1000-meter borehole are ***,together with new inverse thermal history models and previous geochronological data,help elucidate the post-diagenetic exhumation history and preservation status of the Yangchuling porphyry W-Mo *** general,ZHe and AHe ages decrease gradually from the near surface downwards and have relatively little intra-sample variation,ranging from 133 to 73Ma and 67 to 25 Ma,*** four granodiorites yield similar AFT ages that range from 63 to 55 Ma with mean track lengths varying from 12.2±0.7 to 12.6±0.5μ*** history modelling indicates that the Yangchuling ore district experienced slow,monotonic co.ling since the ***-depth relationships are interpreted as reco.ding~3.7±0.8 km of Cretaceous-recent exhumation in response to regional extension throughout South China thought to have been driven by subduction retreat of the paleo-Pacific *** of estimated net exhumation and previous metallogenic depth of~4–5 km suggests that W-Mo ore bodies co.ld still exist at depths of up to~1.3±0.8 km relative to Earth surface in the YPWD *** of the YPWD is attributed to the limited amount of regional denudation during the Late Cretaceous and Cenozoic.

在日本漆器及漆器加工在绳纹文化时期(约开始于6300B.P.,即约5300B.C.)开始普及。漆树(Toxico.endron vernicifluum)被认为是史前从中国作为植物引入,一直在日本种植生长,但是一直没有这方面的考古证据,直至2004年这种漆树与本土的(Toxico.endron)树种的木材结构的被明确区分开为止。新的鉴别结果表明从绳纹时代早期开始(***)普遍种植于本州中部到北部。这说明从绳纹文化早期开始(Toxico.endron vernicifluum)一般种植于居住地周围,且被史前居民看作是周围环境中非常重要的一种自然资源。在绳纹文化时期大漆不仅仅被用作涂料,也用作粘结或模型材料。漆树不仅仅用于采集大漆,也用于底地的建筑。例如东京的 Shimo-yakebe 遗址的考古发掘表明,一百多棵漆树和栗树(Castaneacrenata)用于河边成排的木桩。Shimo-yakebe遗址的居民首先从种植于居住地周围的Toxico.endron vernicifluum树上采集大漆,然后砍伐漆树,将木头用于底地的建筑。同样Toxico.endron vernicifluum树在绳纹文化时期在底地建筑上的应用在本州中部和北部地区普遍被发现,可见绳纹文化时期的居民已清楚地认识到在饱水情况下Toxico.endron vernicifluum木材具有良好的耐久性。在10到20年前绳纹文化时期的居民传统上被看作是简单的采集狩猎者。Toxico.endron vernicifluum树在绳纹文化时期的利用表明这个时期该植物资源被引进、种植、管理、并多方利用,进而明确地证实史前先民并不是过着原始简单的生活。

The structure and chemical durability of non-alkali aluminoborosilicate glasses with various co.tents of ZnO were *** the replacement of MgO by ZnO increases from 0 to 3.2mol%,the average number of bridge oxygen per tetrahedron (BO/T) as a measure of network co.nectivity increases from 2.84 to 3.04,and the chemical durability *** weight loss ratio (WLR) of glass etched in 10vol% HF (20 ℃,20 min) solution decreased from 4.809 to 4.509,and in 5wt% NaOH (95 ℃,6 h) solution decreased from 1.201 to *** replacement of MgO by ZnO further increased to 6.4mol%,the value of BO/T decreased to 3.04 instead,and thus the chemical durability *** WLR of HF-acid and NaOH-alkali co.rosion increased to 6.683 and 1.994,*** chemical durability shows strongly dependent on the network co.nectivity and exhibits mixed intermediate effects during the replacement of MgO by ZnO.

Carbonate cements are the most abundant authigenic mineral and impact on physical properties greatly in sandstone *** this paper,Pinghu Formation of Xihu Sag was taken as a ***,distribution and formation of carbonate cements were investigated via optical microsco.y,cathodoluminescence(CL),electron probe and in-situ carbon-oxygen *** results showed that carbonate cements varied in types and ***/dolomite mainly present as poikilotopic cements,while ferrocalcite/ferrodolomite/ankerite generally present as pore-filling *** isotope(δ^(13)C)values of carbonate cements were ranging from–7.77‰to–2.67‰,with an average of–4.52‰,while oxygen isotope(δ^(18)O)values were ranging from–18.94‰to–12.04‰,with an average of–14.86‰.Theδ^(13)C/δ^(18)O indicated that the paleo-fluid of carbonate cement was mainly *** carbon mainly came from organic matter within mature source rocks,and inorganic carbon came from dissolution of carbonate debris and early carbonate ***δ^(13)C/δ^(18)O values manifest that carbonate cements with different types formed in different periods,which make different co.tributions to the reservoir ***/dolomite formed during eodiagenesis(70–90℃)and early mesodiagenesis stage(90–120℃),and were favorable to reservoir owing to their co.pacted resistance and selective ***/ferrodolomite/ankerite formed during middle-late mesodiagenetic stage(above 120℃),and were unfavorable to reservoir due to cementing the residual intergranular ***,in order to evaluate the reservoir characteristics,it is of significantly important to distinguish different types of carbonate cements and explore their origins.

In this research,molecular structure models were developed respectively for Shenhua co.l vitrinite co.centrates(SDV)and inertinite co.centrates(SDI),on the basis of information on co.stitutional unit of Shenhau co.l and elemental analysis results obtained from^(13)C-NMR analysis characterization,FTIR analysis characterization,X-ray diffraction XRD and XPS analysis *** can be observed from characterization data and molecular structure models that the structure of SDV and SDI is dominated by aromatic hydrocarbon,with aromaticity of SDI higher than that of SDV;SDV mainly co.sists of small molecule basic structure unit,while SDI is largely made from macromolecular structure *** on bond-level parameters of the molecular model,the research found through the autoclave experiment that vitrinite liquefaction process goes under thermodynamics co.trol and inertinite liquefaction process under dynamics *** research developed an efficient directional direct co.l liquefaction technology based on the maceral characteristics of Shenhua co.l,which can effectively improve oil yield and lower gas yield.

文章详细分析了内蒙古呼伦湖HL06岩芯沉积的孢粉组合,基于AMS^(14)C年代标尺,恢复了全新世湖区植被演变过程;并根据我国北方和蒙古表土孢粉数据和气象资料,建立了孢粉-气候参数转换函数,定量重建了呼伦湖区降水和气温的变化历史。结果表明,11000～8000aB.P.,湖区植被以蒿、藜占优,为干草原景观,气候暖干;8000～6400aB.P.,湖区禾本植物扩张,山地桦林发育,降水显著增加,气温逐渐降低;6400～4400aB.P.,湖区旱生草本植物增加,降水减少,气温继续下降;4400～3350aB.P.,耐旱藜科植物大量生长,湖区荒漠化,气候极端干旱;3350～2050aB.P.,湖区草原植被有所恢复,降水略有增加,气温有所回升;2050～1000aB.P.,湖区蒿属植物减少,山地松林发育,气温降至全新世最低;最近1000年,藜科、禾本科等伴人植物大量出现,反映出人类活动对湖区自然环境的影响。全新世呼伦湖区气温变化在轨道尺度上受控于北半球太阳辐射量的变化,而在亚轨道尺度上可能与东亚夏季风强度有关。距今8000年前湖区降水较弱可能因为早全新世北半球高纬残存冰盖抑制了东亚季风雨带的北上,季风降水的千年-百年尺度波动与热带西太平洋海气相互作用密切相关。

Bulk-rock elements,isotopes,and zirco. U–Pb ages are reported for magmatic rocks in the Dongzi–Changhanboluo Pb–Zn ore district in Chifeng,Inner Mongolia,*** U–Pb dating identified four stages of magmatism:Late Silurian gabbroic diorite(*420 Ma),Middle Permian monzonite(*274 Ma),Late Jurassic quartz porphyry and ignimbrite,breccia tuff(153–158 Ma)and Early Cretaceous andesitic porphyrite(*127 Ma).Integrating field observations,geochronology,and element and isotope geochemistry indicated a co.plex petrogenetic history of the magmatic *** gabbroic diorite may have been sourced from EM1-type *** source of the monzonite may have been mantle metasomatized by melt from the subducting *** Jurassic volcaniclastic rocks formed in a medium-pressure,high-temperature environment,possibly in the background of crustal thickening in a synco.lisional stage and an early postco.lisional *** this process,shaly sedimentary rocks were brought into the deep crust and heated,followed by the rapid isostatic uplift of the crust,which caused partial melting of the sedimentary *** monzonite porphyry and quartz porphyry formed by partial melting of mantle metasomatized by subducted sediments,but the quartz porphyry experienced high-degree differentiation and *** andesitic porphyrite has characteristics similar to those of Permian monzonite,indicating that its source area was also the zone of mantle metasomatized by subducted *** late Silurian and Permian magmatic rocks in this area most likely formed against a co.tinental arc background related to the subduction of the paleo-Asian Ocean Plate beneath the North China *** Late Jurassic magmatic rocks suggest that the northern margin of the North China Craton may have been in a postco.lisional setting during the Late Jurassic,with no obvious crustal *** Cretaceous andesitic porphyrite may have formed against the background of lithospheric extension and ***
