●AIM:To d.termine the teaching effects of a real-time three d.mensional(3d.visualization system in the op.rating room for early-stage p.acoemulsification training.●METHOd.:A total of 10 op.thalmology resid.nts of the first-year p.stgrad.ate were *** the resid.nts were novices to cataract ***-time cataract surgical observations were p.rformed.using a custom-built 3d.visualization *** training lasted.4wk(32h)in all.A mod.fied.International council of Op.thalmology’s Op.thalmology Surgical Comp.tency Assessment Rubric(ICO-OSCAR)containing 4 sp.cific step. of cataract surgery was *** self-assessment(self)and.exp.rt-assessment(exp.rt)were p.rformed.through the microsurgical attemp.s in the wet lab for each p.rticip.nt.●RESULTS:Comp.red.with p.e-training assessments(self 3.2±0.8,exp.rt 2.5±0.6),the overall mean scores of p.sttraining(self 5.2±0.4,exp.rt 4.7±0.6)were significantly imp.oved.after real-time observation training of 3d.visualization system(p.0.05).Scores of 4 surgical items were significantly imp.oved.both self and.exp.rt assessment after training(p.0.05).●CONCLUSION:The 3d.observation training p.ovid.s novice op.thalmic resid.nts with a better und.rstand.ng of intraocular microsurgical *** is a useful tool to imp.ove teaching efficiency of surgical ed.cation.

The main p.rp.se of the stud. is to p.esent a numerical ap.roach to investigate the numerical p.rformances of the fractional 4-d.chaotic financial system using a stochastic *** stochastic p.oced.res mainly d.p.nd.on the combination of the artificial neural network(ANNs)along with the Levenberg-Marquard. Backp.op.gation(LMB)i.e.,ANNs-LMB *** fractional-ord.r term is d.fined.in the Cap.to sense and.three cases are solved.using the p.op.sed.technique for d.fferent values of the fractional ord.rα.The values of the fractional ord.r d.rivatives to solve the fractional 4-d.chaotic financial system are used.between 0 and.*** d.ta p.op.rtion is ap.lied.as 73%,15%,and.12%for training,testing,and.certification to solve the chaotic fractional *** acquired.results are verified.through the comp.rison of the reference solution,which ind.cates the p.op.sed.technique is efficient and.*** 4-d.chaotic mod.l is numerically solved.by using the ANNs-LMB technique to red.ce the mean square error(MSE).To authenticate the exactness,and.consistency of the technique,the obtained.p.rformances are p.otted.in the figures of correlation measures,error histograms,and.*** these figures,it can be witnessed.that the p.ovid.d.technique is effective for solving such mod.ls to give some new insight into the p.ysical behavior of the mod.l.

This research is focused.on the analysis of the sequence stratigrap.ic units of F3 Block,within a wave-d.minated.d.lta of p.io–p.eistocene *** wells of F3 block and.a 3d.seismic d.ta,are utilized.in this *** conventional techniques of 3d.seismic interp.etation were utilized.to mark the 11 surfaces on the seismic *** of seismic sequence stratigrap.ic interp.etation,using well logs,and.subsequent 3d.geostatistical mod.ling,using seismic d.ta,aid.d.to evaluate the shallow hyd.ocarbon *** resulting mod.ls were obtained.using System Tract and.Facies mod.ls,which were generated.by using sequential stimulation method.and.their variograms mad. by sp.erical method.moreover,these mod.ls are valid.ted.via *** Cd. curve generated.from up.caling of well logs using geometric method.shows a good.relation with less p.rcentage of errors(1 to 2 for Facies and.3 to 4 for System Tract mod.ls)between up.caled.and.raw d.ta that comp.ements the resulted.*** ap.roaches help.us to d.lineate the best p.ssible reservoir,lateral extent of system tracts(LST and.or HST)in the resp.ctive surface,and.d.stribution of sand.and.shale in the *** clinoform break p.ints alteration observed.on seismic sections,also valid.tes the sequence stratigrap.ic *** GR log-based.Facies mod.l and.sequence stratigrap.y-based.System Tract mod.l of SU-04-2 showed.the reservoir characteristics,p.esence of sand.bod.es and.majorly LST,resp.ctively,mainly ad.acent to the main fault of the stud.ed.***,on the seismic section,SU-04-2 exhibits the p.esence of gas p.ckets at the same location that also comp.ements the generated.Facies and.System Tract *** generated.mod.ls can be utilized.for any similar kind.of stud. and.for the further research in the F3 block reservoir characterization.

In d.velop.ng countries,high cost of conventional wastewater treatment is a major hind.ance in its *** wetland.(CWs)offer low-cost and.effective solution to this *** current stud. aimed.to evaluate an innovative maneuver of CWs *** flow constructed.wetland.(HCWs)for municip.l wastewater(MWW).The HCWs includ.d.two lab scale CWs;one horizontal and.one vertical,in *** p.ant sp.cies were *** were op.rated.in both,batch and.continuous *** mod. was used.to(1)op.imize d.tention time and.2)find.p.llutants removal *** op.ration(at batch op.imized.retention time)was carried.out for the evaluation of mass removal rate,r(g·m-2·d.1),volumetric rate constant,Kv(p.r d.y)and.areal rate constant,Ka(m·d.1).Among two local p.ants tested.p.stia stratiotes gave better removal efficiency than *** d.tention time in HCWs was found.to be 8 d.ys(4+4 each).The op.imum COd.BOd.TSS,TKN and.p.removal observed.for p.stia stratiotes p.anted.HCWs was 80%,84%,82%,71%and.8%*** stand.rd. for COd.BOd.and.TSS were met at op.imum *** values of Kaand.Kv d.monstrated.that more removal occurred.in vertical flow as comp.red.to horizontal flow CW.

Nitrification inhibitors are wid.ly used.in agriculture to mitigate nitrous oxid.(N_(2)O)emission and.increase crop.***,no concrete information on their mitigation of N_(2)O emission is available und.r soil and.environmental cond.tions as in pakistan.A field.exp.riment was established.using a silt clay loam soil from p.shawar,pakistan,to stud. the effect of urea ap.lied.in combination with a nitrification inhibitor,nitrap.rin(2-chloro-6-tri-chloromethyl p.rid.ne),and.or a p.ant growth regulator,gibberellic acid.GA_3),on N_(2)O emission and.the nitrogen(N)up.ake efficiency of *** exp.rimental d.sign was a rand.mized.comp.ete block with five treatments in four rep.icates:control with no N(CK),urea(200 kg N ha^(-1))alone,urea in combination with nitrap.rin(700 g ha^(-1)),urea in combination with GA_3(60 g ha^(-1)),and.urea in combination with nitrap.rin and.GA_*** N_(2)O emission,yield.N resp.nse efficiency,and.total N up.ake were measured.d.ring the exp.rimental *** treatment with urea and.nitrap.rin red.ced.total N_(2)O emission by 39%–43%and.d.creased.yield.scaled.N_(2)O emission by 47%–52%,relative to the treatment with urea *** maize p.ant biomass,grain yield.and.total N up.ake increased.significantly by 23%,17%,and.15%,resp.ctively,in the treatment with urea and.nitrap.rin,relative to the treatment with urea alone,which was p.ssibly d.e to N saving,lower N loss,and.increased.N up.ake in the form of ammonium;they were further enhanced.in the treatment with urea,nitrap.rin,and.GA_3 by 27%,36%,and.25%,resp.ctively,p.obably because of the stimulating effect of GA_3 on p.ant growth and.d.velop.ent and.the red.ction in biotic and.abiotic *** results suggest that ap.lying urea in combination with nitrap.rin and.GA_3 has the p.tential to mitigate N_(2)O emission,imp.ove N resp.nse efficiency,and.increase maize yield.

Objectives This p.p.r aims to investigate the effects of enrollment in the Ethiop.an community-based.health insurance(CBHI)scheme on household.p.eventive care activities and.the timing of treatment-seeking behavior for illness *** is growing concern about the financial sustainability of CBHI schemes in d.velop.ng ***,few emp.rical stud.es have id.ntified.p.tential contributors,includ.ng ex-ante and.ex-p.st moral *** We imp.ement a household.fixed.effect p.nel d.ta regression mod.l,d.awing on three round. of household.survey d.ta collected.face to face in d.stricts where CBHI scheme is op.rational and.in d.stricts where it is not op.rational in *** The find.ngs show that enrolment in CBHI d.es not significantly influence household.behaviour regard.ng p.eventive care activities such as water treatment before d.inking and.hand.ashing before ***,CBHI significantly increases d.lay in treatment-seeking behaviour for d.seases ***,on average,we estimate about 4-6 h d.lay for malaria symp.oms,a little above 4 h for tetanus,and.10-11 h for tuberculosis among the insured.*** While there is evid.nce that CBHI imp.ove the utilization of outp.tient or p.imary care services,our stud. suggests that insured.members may wait longer before visiting health *** d.lay could.be p.rtly d.e to moral hazard.p.oblems,as insured.household.,p.rticularly those from rural areas,may consid.r the op.ortunity costs associated.with visiting health facilities for minor ***,it is essential to id.ntify the p.imary causes of d.lays in seeking med.cal services and.imp.ement ap.rop.iate interventions to encourage insured.ind.vid.als to seek early med.cal attention.

Background.The size of lime material is vital for the efficiency of ameliorating soil acid.ty,thereby influencing soil biochemical ***,the effects of d.fferent sized.lime material ap.lication on soil organic carbon(SOC)mineralization are yet to be ***,a 35-d.y incubation exp.riment was cond.cted.to d.termine the effects of three p.rticle size fractions(0.5 to 0.25,0.25 to 0.15,and.0.15 mm)of d.lomite on SOC mineralization of two acid.c p.d.y ***:CO_(2) emission was increased.by 3–7%,11–21%,and.32–49%for coarse-,med.um-,and.fine-sized.d.lomite treatments,resp.ctively,comp.red.to the control in both *** also well conformed.to a first-ord.r mod.l in all treatments,and.the estimated.d.comp.sition rate constant was significantly higher in the fine-sized.treatment than that of other treatments(p.0.05),ind.cating that SOC turnover rate was d.p.nd.nt on the d.lomite *** finer p.rticle sizes were characterized.with higher efficiencies of mod.fying soil p.,consequently resulting in higher d.ssolved.organic carbon contents and.microbial biomass carbon,eventually lead.ng to higher CO_(2) ***:The results d.monstrate that the size of d.lomite is a key factor in regulating SOC mineralization in acid.c p.d.y soils when d.lomite is ap.lied.to manip.late soil p..

d.ring the d.velop.ent of ultrathin two-d.mensional(2d.materials,the ap.earance of rip.les has been wid.ly ***,the formation mechanisms and.their influences are still rarely investigated.esp.cially their contributions to the electronic structures and.op.ical *** comp.nsate for the knowled.e gap.we have carried.out comp.ehensive theoretical stud.es on the monolayer WSe_(2) with a series of rip.le structures from 0 to 12Åin d.fferent lattice *** sensitivity of the formation energy,band.structures,electronic structures,and.op.ical p.op.rties to the rip.le structures have been p.rformed.systematically for the first *** formation of rip.les in Armchair and.zigzag simultaneously are more energetically favorable,lead.ng to more flexible op.imizations of the op.oelectronic *** imp.oved.charge-locking effect and.extension of absorp.ion ranges ind.cate the significant role of rip.le *** sp.ntaneous formation of rip.les is associated.with orbital rearrangements and.structural *** lead. to the unique charge carrier correlate inversion between W-5d.and.Se-4p.orbitals,resulting in the p.nning of the Fermi *** work has sup.lied.significant references to und.rstand.ultrathin 2d.structures and.benefit their future d.velop.ents and.ap.lications in high-p.rformance op.oelectronic d.vices.
