Half-metallic ferromagnetism,mechanical as well as thermoelectric p.op.rties for rare earth-based.sp.nels MgHo_(2)Z_(4)(Z=S,Se)were investigated.using d.nsity functional theory(d.T).Structural op.imization was d.ne with p.rd.w-Burke-Ehrenzorf(p.E)sol-generalized.grad.ent ap.roximation(GGA)to calculate the lattice constant of both sp.nels comp.rable to exp.rimental *** ad.ition,Born stability criteria and.negative formation energy show that our stud.ed.sp.nels are also structurally and.d.namically stable in the cubic *** ferromagnetic(FM)state stability,we also calculated.the energy d.fferences among FM,antiferromagnetic(AFM),and.non-magnetic(NM)***,Curie temp.ratures of ferromagnetic p.ases were also *** used.Trans-Blaha imp.oved.BeckeJohnson(TB-mBJ)p.tential functional for electronics as well as magnetic characteristics,which lead.to the consistent exp.anation of half-metallic ferromagnetism,rep.esenting the whole band.occup.ncy in material with exact d.tail of d.nsity of states(d.S).The stable FM state was examined.in sp.nels d.e to the exchange sp.itting of Ho cation consisting of p.d.hybrid.zations comp.tible with the result achieved.for electronics band.structure and.***,sp.n magnetic moment was exp.ained.in terms of anion,cation,and.sharing charge on stud.ed.*** ad.ition,the calculated.thermoelectric p.op.rties clearly show that op.ration range of these systems may be utilized.by future exp.rimental works for id.ntifying the p.tential ap.lications of these systems.

Comp.tational calculations using d.nsity functional theory(d.T) were p.rformed.for the first time using the full p.tential linearized.augmented.p.ane wave p.us local orbital method.Fp.LAp. + LO) to d.termine the structural, elastic, electronic and.magnetic p.op.rties of europ.um-based.cubic p.rovskites EuYO_(3)(Y=Cr, Mn, Fe). The exchange correlation p.tentials of GGA along with some analytical method. were ad.p.ed.for the comp.tation of structural and.elastic p.op.rties. Moreover, the GGA + U formalism was also ad.ed.for obtaining more p.ecise electronic and.magnetic p.op.rties, p.rticularly to ad.ress the Eu-4f and.Y-3d.orientations in the sp.n-p.larized.d.uble cell symmetry. The observed.lattice p.rameters of these comp.und. are consistent with exp.riment. The observed.bulk mod.li p.ed.ct that EuCrO_(3) is hard.r and.less comp.essible than EuMnO_(3) and.EuFeO_(3). The calculated.tolerance factors of these comp.und. are within the cubic symmetry range. Our comp.ted.critical rad.us of EuCrO_(3) shows that EuCrO_(3) has a larger migration energy. Based.on their elastic p.op.rties, these comp.und. are d.ctile in nature. We also comp.ted.the thermal p.op.rties of these comp.und.. The band.structures and.d.nsity of states show that these comp.und. are metallic in character. The lowest ground.state energy and.magnetic moments of these comp.und. exp.se their ferromagnetic nature. The metallic nature and.strong ferromagnetism of these comp.und. make them p.omising ap.licants for ap.lication in sp.ntronic.

Numerous researchers have examined.the co-current flow of oil-water and.aqueous solutions containing p.lymers and.surfactants in thin gap. for oil *** some have focused.on charges and.forces at the interfaces of oil-surfactant solutions d.ring *** stud. of flow structures,interface behavior,and.relative p.rmeabilities of oil and.aqueous p.ases of surfactant flow through thin gap. has been less *** the first time,this research aims to comp.ehensively investigate the flow of oil-water and.oil-surfactant solutions through a thin gap.Hele-Shaw cell)with a p.rticular focus on the imp.ct of sod.um d.d.cyl sulfate(Sd.).The exp.riments reveal that Sd. forms an emulsion near the oil-water interface,cap.uring oil d.op.ets and.enabling their flow along with the Sd. *** stud.es confirm this,showing that when Sd. contacts oil,it creates channels through the oil p.ase,lead.ng to the accumulation and.d.vision of oil into small round.shap.d.d.op.ets,resulting in an oil-in-water *** ad.ition of Sd. to the injecting water significantly enhances relative p.rmeabilities,lead.ng to a remarkable 90%increase in oil recovery from the *** research suggests that the op.imal Sd. concentration range for maximum oil recovery is between 1.5 and.2 wt%,as it achieves the minimum interfacial tension between oil and.water.
