Intelligent fault diagnosis is an important method in rotating machinery fault diagnosis and equipment health management. To deal with co.frequency vibration faults, a type of typical fault in rotating machinery, this paper proposes a fault diagnosis method based on the stacked autoenco.er(SAE) and ensembled ResNet-SVM. Furthermore, the time-and frequency-domain features of several co.frequency vibration faults are summarized based on the mechanism analysis and calculated using actual vibration data. To realize and validate the high-precision diagnosis method of rotating equipment with co.frequency faults proposed in this study, the following three criteria are required: First, to improve the effectiveness and robustness of the ensembled model and the sliding window using data augmentation, adding noise, autoenco.er(AE) and SAE methods are analyzed in terms of principle and practical effects. Seco.d, ResNet is used as the feature extractor for the ensembled ResNet-SVM model. Feature extraction is carried out twice, and the extracted co.frequency fault features are more co.prehensive. Finally, the data augmentation method and ensemble ResNet-SVM are co.bined for fault diagnosis and co.pared with other methods. The experimental results show that the accuracy of the proposed method can exceed 99.9%.

The co.struction of a barrier-free environment is an important measure that guarantees the safety,right-of-way,and interests of the disabled,the elderly,and other mobility disadvantaged *** is also an indispensable part of the low-carbon urban transportation and a necessary way to protect the rights of mobility disadvantaged groups in green *** this paper,the researchers co.ducted life log surveys on the travels of 10 wheelchair users residing in Beijing with IoT Inspector,a self-developed,wheelchairmountable intelligent sensing *** users’travel preferences and reasons were then analyzed using the image and textual data from the *** with a mapping workshop,a co.parative analysis was performed on the bumpiness of sidewalk paving *** study found that wheelchair travelers’preferred non-motor lanes over sidewalks;substandard curb ramps,unleveled tree pools,limited access widths,and bumpy pavement were the main problems faced by wheelchair users in sidewalk *** addition,the study explores the inclusive needs and challenges of non-motorized right-of-way for new transportation means at urban planning and traffic management *** on multi-sourced data,this paper discusses the possibility of assessing urban barrier-free environment and representing a narrative of the needs of mobility disadvantaged groups,so as to provide practical experience and technical support to the improvement strategies of adaptive roads.

Epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR)is reportedly overexpressed in most esophageal squamous cell carcinoma(ESCC)patients,but anti-EGFR treatments offer limited survival *** preclinical data showed the promising antitumor activity of afatinib in EGFR-overexpressing *** proof-of-co.cept,phase II trial assessed the efficacy and safety of afatinib in pretreated metastatic ESCC patients(n=41)with EGFR overexpression(NCT03940976).The study met its primary endpoint,with a co.firmed objective response rate(ORR)of 39%in 38 efficacy-evaluable patients and a median overall survival of 7.8 months,with a manageable toxicity *** analysis of pretreatment tumors revealed that neurotrophic receptor tyrosine kinase 2(NTRK2)was negatively associated with afatinib sensitivity and might serve as a predictive biomarker,irrespective of EGFR ***,knocking down or inhibiting NTRK2 sensitized ESCC cells to afatinib *** study provides novel findings on the molecular factors underlying afatinib resistance and indicates that afatinib has the potential to beco.e an important treatment for metastatic ESCC patients.

Purpose: This study verified the effects of transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation (TENS), which can be worn during walking and exercise, in elderly individuals with late-stage knee pain who exercise regularly. Methods: Thirty-two late-stage elderly individuals were evaluated for knee pain during rest, walking, and program exercises, with and without TENS. Gait analysis was performed using an IoT-based gait analysis device to examine the effects of TENS-induced analgesia on gait. Results: TENS significantly reduced knee pain during rest, walking, and programmed exercises, with the greatest analgesic effect observed during walking. The greater the knee pain without TENS, the more significant the analgesic effect of TENS. A co.parison of gait parameters revealed a significant difference only in the gait cycle time, with a trend towards faster walking with TENS;however, the effect was limited. co.clusion: TENS effectively relieves knee pain in late-stage elderly individuals and can be safely applied during exercise. Pain management using TENS provides important insights into the implementation of exercise therapy in this age group.
