In this paper, a fire-new general integral control, named general convex integral control, is proposed. It is derived by defining a nonlinear function set to form the integral control action and educe a new convex function gain integrator, introducing the partial derivative of Lyapunov function into the integrator and resorting to a general strategy to transform ordinary control into general integral control. By using Lyapunov method along with the LaSalle s invariance principle, the theorem to ensure regionally as well as semi-globally asymptotic stability is established only by some bounded information. Moreover, the lemma to ensure the integrator output to be bounded in the time domain is proposed. The highlight point of this integral control strategy is that the integral control action seems to be infinity, but it factually is finite in the time domain. Therefore, a simple and ingenious method to design the general integral control is founded. Simulation results showed that under the normal and perturbed cases, the optimum response in the whole control domain of interest can all be achieved by a set of control gains, even under the case that the payload is changed abruptly.

Ambient noise is very important in the prediction system of a sonar performance, because it determines the detection ranges always in a passive sonar and usually in an active sonar. In the uncertainty issue for the so-nar performance, it is necessary to know this factor＇s statistical characteristics that are only obtained by data processing from the underwater ambient noise measurements. Broad-band ambient noise signals from 16 hydrophones were amplified and recorded for 2 min every 1 h. The results show that the ambient noise is essentially depth independent. The cross correlation of the ambient noise levels （1, 6 and 12 h average） with a wind speed is presented. It was found that the correlation is excellent on the upper frequency band and the noise levels correlate better with high wind speed than with low wind speed.

With the increment of the number of Gaussian components, the computation cost increases in the Gaussian mixture probability hypothesis density(GM-PHD) filter. Based on the theory of Chen et al, we propose an improved pruning algorithm for the GM-PHD filter, which utilizes not only the Gaussian components’ means and covariance, but their weights as a new criterion to improve the estimate accuracy of the conventional pruning algorithm for tracking very closely proximity targets. Moreover, it solves the end-less while-loop problem without the need of a second merging step. Simulation results show that this improved algorithm is easier to implement and more robust than the formal ones.

The paper deals with the state estimation of the widely used scaled unscented Kalman filter（UKF）. In particular, the stress is laid on the scaling parameters selection principle for the scaled UKF. Several problems caused by recommended constant scaling parameters are highlighted. On the basis of the analyses, an effective scaled UKF is proposed with self-adaptive scaling parameters,which is easy to understand and implement in engineering. Two typical strong nonlinear examples are given and their simulation results show the effectiveness of the proposed principle and algorithm.

Aiming at the problem on cooperative air-defense of surface warship formation, this paper maps the cooperative airdefense system of systems （SoS） for surface warship formation （CASoSSWF） to the biological immune system （BIS） according to the similarity of the defense mechanism and characteristics between the CASoSSWF and the BIS, and then designs the models of components and the architecture for a monitoring agent, a regulating agent, a killer agent, a pre-warning agent and a communicating agent by making use of the theories and methods of the artificial immune system, the multi-agent system （MAS）, the vaccine and the danger theory （DT）. Moreover a new immune multi-agent model using vaccine based on DT （IMMUVBDT） for the cooperative air-defense SoS is advanced. The immune response and immune mechanism of the CASoSSWF are analyzed. The model has a capability of memory, evolution, commendable dynamic environment adaptability and self-learning, and embodies adequately the cooperative air-defense mechanism for the CASoSSWF. Therefore it shows a novel idea for the CASoSSWF which can provide conception models for a surface warship formation operation simulation system.

A theoretical model of a propeller cavitation noise modulation spectrum of ships with skewed propellers is *** to the relationships between the wake velocity and the cavitation noise volume and between the propeller rotational speed and the number of bubbles,a mathematical expression of the cavitation noise modulation spectrum is *** analysis and simulation show that the difference between the blades is the main reason for the existence of a shaft frequency line spectrum in the modulation spectrum and that the main affecting factors of the modulation spectrum intensity of blade frequency in the modulation spectrum are the propeller’s skew angle and *** results presented in this study provide a theoretical basis for the analysis and extraction of modulation spectrum characteristics of the radiated noise and also have a reference value for the low-noise structure design of ship propellers.

The measurements of temperature and moisture content of a wet porous material were accomplished on the micro-seconds scale. The temperature wave was observed when the wet porous material was heated by short-pulsed laser with high power. It firstly revealed that the moisture content of wet porous material rapidly rises twice in one laser irradiation. The influences of laser parameters, the thickness and initial moisture content of the wet porous material on its temperature and moisture content were investigated.

Combination for Conflicting Interval-Valued Belief Structures with CSUI-DST Method

Since the basic probability of an intervalvalued belief structure(IBS) is assigned as interval number, its combination becomes difficult. Especially, when dealing with highly conflicting IBSs, most of the existing combination methods may cause counter-intuitive results,which can bring extra heavy computational burden due to nonlinear optimization model, and lose the good property of associativity and commutativity in Dempster-Shafer theory(DST). To address these problems, a novel conflicting IBSs combination method named CSUI(conflict,similarity, uncertainty, intuitionistic fuzzy sets)-DST method is proposed by introducing a similarity measurement to measure the degree of conflict among IBSs, and an uncertainty measurement to measure the degree of discord, non-specificity and fuzziness of IBSs. Considering these two measures at the same time, the weight of each IBS is determined according to the modified reliability degree. From the perspective of intuitionistic fuzzy sets, we propose the weighted average IBSs combination rule by the addition and number multiplication operators. The effectiveness and rationality of this combination method are validated with two numerical examples and its application in target recognition.

The battlefield situation changes rapidly because underwater targets'are concealment and the sea environment is ***,a great number of situation information greatly increase,which need to be dealt with in the course of scouting underwater *** assessment in sea battlefield with a lot of uncertain information is studied,and a new situation assessment method of scouting underwater targets with fixed-wing patrol aircraft is proposed based on the cloud Bayesian network,which overcomes the deficiency of the single cloud model in reasoning ability and the defect of Bayesian network in knowledge ***,in the method,the cloud model knowledge deal with the input data of Bayesian network reasoning,and the advantages in knowledge representation of cloud theory and reasoning of Bayesian network are applied;also,the fuzziness and stochasticity of cloud theory in knowledge expression,the reasoning ability of Bayesian network,are ***,the situation assessment model of scouting underwater targets with fixed-wing patrol aircraft is ***,the directed acyclic graph of Bayesian network structure is constructed and the assessment index is ***,the cloud model is used to deal with Bayesian network,and the discrete Bayesian network is ***,after CPT of each node and the transformation between certainty degree and probability are accomplished;the final situation level is obtained through a probability synthesis ***,the target type and the operational intention of the other side are deduced to form the battlefield ***,simulations are carried out,and the rationality and validity of the proposed method are testified by simulation *** this method,the battlefield situation can be *** this method has a wider application range,especially for large sample data processing,and it has better practicability.
