Anti-pD1 antibody and not anti-LAG-3 antibody improves the antitumor effect of photodynamic therapy for treating metastatic breast cancer

photodynamic therapy(pDT)has limited effects in treating metastatic breast *** checkpoints can deplete the function of immune cells;however,the expression of immune checkpoints after pDT is *** study investigates whether the limited e±cacy of pDT is due to upregulated immune checkpoints and tries to combine the pDT and immune checkpoint inhibitor to observe the e±cacy.A metastatic breast cancer model was treated by pDT mediated by hematoporphyrin derivatives(HpD-pDT).The anti-tumor effect of HpD-pDT was observed,as well as CD4þT,CD8þT and calreticulin(CrT)by immunohistochemistry and *** checkpoints on T cells were analyzed byflow cytometry after *** combining pDT with immune checkpoint inhibitors,the antitumor effect and immune effect were *** HpD-pDT at 100 mW/cm2 and 40,60 and 80 J/cm2,primary tumors were suppressed and CD4þT,CD8þT and CrT were elevated;however,distant tumors couldn't be inhibited and survival could not be *** checkpoints on T cells,especially pD1 and LAG-3 after HpD-pDT,were upregulated,which may explain the reason for the limited HpD-pDT *** pDT combined with anti-pD1 antibody,but not with anti-LAG-3 antibody,both the primary and distant tumors were signi-cantly inhibited and the survival time was prolonged,additionally,CD4þT,CD8þT,IFN-þCD4þT and TNF-þCD4þT cells were signi-cantly increased compared with ***-pDT could not combat metastatic breast ***1 and LAG-3 were upregulated after ***-pD1 antibody,but not anti-LAG-3 antibody,could augment the antitumor effect of HpD-pDT for treating metastatic breast cancer.

Nuclearity and Finite-representability in the System of Completely Integral Mapping Spaces

In this paper,we investigate local properties in the system of completely integral mapping *** introduce notions of injectivity,local reflexivity,exactness,nuclearity,finite-represent ability and WEp in the system of completely integral mapping *** we obtain that any finite-dimensional operator space is injective in the system of completely integral mapping *** we prove that C is the unique nuclear operator space and the unique exact operator space in this *** also show that C is the unique operator space which is finitely representable in{T_(n)}n∈Nin this *** corollaries,Kirchberg’s conjecture and QWEp conjecture in the system of completely integral mapping spaces are false.

Automatic diagnosis of diabetic retinopathy using vision transformer based on wide-field optical coherence tomography angiography

Diabetic retinopathy(Dr)is one of the major causes of visual impairment in adults with *** coherence tomography angiography(OCTA)is nowadays widely used as the golden criterion for diagnosing ***,wide-field OCTA(WF-OCTA)provided more abundant information including that of the peripheral retinal degenerative changes and it can contribute in accurately diagnosing *** need for an automatic Dr diagnostic system based on WF-OCTA pictures attracts more and more attention due to the large diabetic population and the prevalence of retinopathy *** this study,automatic diagnosis of Dr using vision transformer was performed using WF-OCTA images(12 mm×12 mm single-scan)centered on the fovea as the ***-OCTA images were automatically classified into four classes:No Dr,mild nonproliferative diabetic retinopathy(NpDr),moderate to severe NpDr,and proliferative diabetic retinopathy(pDr).The proposed method for detecting Dr on the test set achieves accuracy of 99.55%,sensitivity of 99.49%,and specificity of 99.57%.The accuracy of the method for Dr staging reaches up to 99.20%,which has been proven to be higher than that attained by classical convolutional neural network *** show that the automatic diagnosis of Dr based on vision transformer and WF-OCTA pictures is more effective for detecting and staging Dr.

Visual near-infrared imaging equipment has broad applications in various fields such as venipuncture,facial injections,and safety verification due to its noncontact,compact,and portable ***,most studies utilize near-infrared single-wavelength for image acquisition of ***,many substances in the skin,including water,protein,and melanin can create significant background noise,which hinders accurate *** this paper,we developed a dual-wavelength imaging system with phase-locked denoising technology to acquire vein *** signals in the effective region are compared by using the absorption valley and peak of hemoglobin at 700nm and 940nm,*** phase-locked denoising algorithm is applied to decrease the noise and interference of complex surroundings from the *** imaging results of the vein are successfully extracted in complex noise *** is demonstrated that the denoising effect on hand veins imaging can be improved with 57.3%by using our dual-wavelength phase-locked denoising ***,this work proposes a novel approach for venous imaging with dual-wavelengths and phase-locked denoising algorithm to extract venous imaging results in complex noisy environment better.

In this article,by studying the Bernstein degrees and Goldie rank polynomials,we es-tablish a comparison between the irreducible representations of G=GL_(n)(C)possessing the minimal Gelfand-Kirillov dimension and those induced from finite-dimensional representations of the maximal parabolic subgroup of G of type(n-1,1).We give the transition matrix between the two bases for the corresponding coherent families.

The influence of a mechanical structure's volume increment on the volume power density (VpD) of triboelectric nanogenerators (TENGs) is often neglected when considering surface charge density and surface power density. This paper aims to address this gap by introducing a standardized VpD metric for a more comprehensive evaluation of TENG performance. The study specifically focuses on 2 frequency-up mechanisms, namely, the integration of planetary gears (pG-TENG) and the implementation of a double-cantilever structure (DC-TENG), to investigate their impact on VpD. The study reveals that the pG-TENG achieves the highest volume average power density, measuring at 0.92 W/m^(3). This value surpasses the DC-TENG by 1.26 times and the counterpart TENG by a magnitude of 69.9 times. Additionally, the pG-TENG demonstrates superior average power output. These findings introduce a new approach for enhancing TENGs by incorporating frequency-up mechanisms, and highlight the importance of VpD as a key performance metric for evaluating TENGs.

reducing Subspaces of Toeplitz Operators Induced by a Class of Non-analytic Monomials over the Unit Ball

In this paper,we describe the minimal reducing subspaces of Toeplitz operators induced by non-analytic monomials on the weighted Bergman spaces and Dirichlet spaces over the unit ball B_(2).It is proved that each minimal reducing subspace M is finite dimensional,and if dim M≥3,then M is induced by a ***,the structure of commutant algebra v(T_(w)N_(z)N):={M^(*)_(w)NM_(z)N,M^(*)_(z)NM_(w)N}′is determined by N and the two dimensional minimal reducing subspaces of(T_(w)N_(z)*** also give some interesting examples.

price prediction of power transformer materials based on CEEMD and GrU

The rapid growth of the Chinese economy has fueled the expansion of power *** transformers are key equipment in power grid projects,and their price changes have a significant impact on cost ***,the prices of power transformer materials manifest as nonsmooth and nonlinear ***,estimating the acquisition costs of power grid projects is difficult,hindering the normal operation of power engineering *** more accurately predict the price of power transformer materials,this study proposes a method based on complementary ensemble empirical mode decomposition(CEEMD)and gated recurrent unit(GrU)***,the CEEMD decomposed the price series into multiple intrinsic mode functions(IMFs).Multiple IMFs were clustered to obtain several aggregated sequences based on the sample entropy of each ***,an empirical wavelet transform(EWT)was applied to the aggregation sequence with a large sample entropy,and the multiple subsequences obtained from the decomposition were predicted by the GrU *** GrU model was used to directly predict the aggregation sequences with a small sample *** this study,we used authentic historical pricing data for power transformer materials to validate the proposed *** empirical findings demonstrated the efficacy of our method across both datasets,with mean absolute percentage errors(MApEs)of less than 1%and 3%.This approach holds a significant reference value for future research in the field of power transformer material price prediction.
