The rapid advancement of nanotechnology has sparked much interest in applying nanoscale perovskite materials for photodetection *** materials are promising candidates for next-generation photodetectors(pDs)due to their unique optoelectronic properties and flexible synthesis *** review explores the approaches used in the development and use of optoelectronic devices made of different nanoscale perovskite architectures,including quantum dots,nanosheets,nanorods,nanowires,and *** a thorough analysis of recent literature,the review also addresses common issues like the mechanisms underlying the degradation of perovskite pDs and offers perspectives on potential solutions to improve stability and scalability that impede widespread *** addition,it highlights that photodetection encompasses the detection of light fields in dimensions other than light intensity and suggests potential avenues for future research to overcome these obstacles and fully realize the potential of nanoscale perovskite materials in state-of-the-art photodetection *** review provides a comprehensive overview of nanoscale perovskite pDs and guides future research efforts towards improved performance and wider applicability,making it a valuable resource for researchers.

Even though the slipperiness of ice is important both technologically and environmentally and often experienced in everyday life,the nanoscale processes determining ice friction are still *** study the friction of a smooth ice-ice interface using atomistic simulations,and especially consider the effects of temperature,load,and sliding *** this scale,frictional behavior is seen to be determined by the lubricating effect of a liquid premelt layer between the sliding ice *** general,increasing temperature or load leads to a thicker lubricating layer and lower friction,while increasing the sliding velocity increases friction due to viscous shear.

The troposphere and ocean mixed layer were considered as two components of a dynamic system operated by solar radiation as the constant source of energy, where upon an air-sea coupling self-exited coupling oscillation model was based with the aid of a locally averaged thermodynamic climate model, resulting mathematically in a closed self-governed dynamic system, a so-called El Nino-Southern oscillation(ENSo) system. With the limit cycle solution of the system. It is shown that the essential physics of the coupled system can be described by the ENSo system. Compared with the observations, the theoretical limit cycle orbit matches the observed phase loop qualitatively. The ENSo system provides a useful theoretical framework for study of interannual variation of the tropical climate system.

We have developed a three-dimensional electron-photon Monte Carlo transmission (MCT) code. The conversion-transmissivity coefficient of hot electron x-ray, ηct, is analysed theoretically and simulated numerically using the MCT code. Experiments of disc and cylindrical targets have been performed at the Shenguang-II laser facility. A multi-channel filter-fluorescence spectrometer was used to obtain the hard x-ray spectrum. The temperature and energy of hot electrons are induced from the hard x-ray spectrum and the ηct value. The average energy fraction of hot electrons is 14% of incident laser energy for the 1ωNd laser and the spherical target with an average temperature of hot electrons of 36keV, while it is 15% for the 1ωNd laser and the cavity target with an average temperature of 54keV. We have also obtained the results of 5.6% and 13.3 keV for the 3ωNd laser and the disc target, 4.9% and 17.9keV for the 3ωNd laser and the half cavity target with a thin wall, and 2.1% and 22.4keV for those with a thick wall. The experimental results agree with theory and simulation.

We calculate the correction to the two-gluon decay width due to the finite extension of the vertex function. We obtain the corrected factor to the zero-range vertex γ = 1.32,γ = 1.45,γ = 1.26 for ηc,χc0, and χc2, respectively. With the decay width Γ(ηc→2g) we extract the value αs(mc) = 0.28±0.05 which agrees with that calculated from the same correction to the process Γ(J/Ψ→3g). This correction to the process Γ(ηc→2g) is not as large as that to the process Γ(J/Ψ→3g).

We study few-electron semiconductor quantum dots using the unrestricted Hartree-Fock-Roothaan method based on the Gaussian basis. our emphasis is on the energy level calculation for quantum dots. The confinement potential in a quantum dot is assumed to be in a form of three-dimensional spherical finite potential well. Some valuable results, such as the rearrangement of the energy level, have been obtained.

A new extrapolation approach was proposed to calculate the strain energy release rates of complex cracks. The point_by_point closed method was used to calculate the closed energy, thus the disadvantage of self_inconsistency in some published papers can be avoided. The disadvantage is that the closed energy is repeatedly calculated: when closed nodal number along radial direction is more than two, the displacement of nodes behind the crack tip that is multiplied by nodal forces, the closed energy has been calculated and the crack surfaces have been closed, and that closed energy of middle point is calculated repeatedly. A DCB (double cantilever beam) specimen was calculated and compared with other theoretical results, it is shown that a better coincidence is obtained. In addition the same results are also obtained for compact tension specimen, three point bend specimen and single edge cracked specimen. In comparison with theoretical results,the error can be limited within 1 per cent. This method can be extended to analyze the fracture of composite laminates with various delamination cracks.
