Radiat.on causes severe const.aint.on numerous p.t.ological funct.ons of cells, such as cell growt., nuclear genet.c mat.rial exp.ession and cell funct.ons. In t.is st.dy, we p.rformed p.ot.omic p.ofiling of a nuclear fract.on of Jurkat.t.lymp.ocyt. cells under radiat.on along different.t.me course by means of 2DE and MALDI t.F-MS. We found 24 p.ot.in sp.t. whose exp.ession had changed aft.r radiat.on, including relevant.p.ot.ins, genet.c mat.rial p.ot.ins, met.bolism p.ot.ins, molecular chap.ron and nuclear membrane p.ot.ins. Based on t.e above it.is concluded t.at.t.e combinat.on of fluorescence labeled 2D-p.GE and MALDI-t.F MS is more p.ecisely and effect.vely t. elucidat. t.e p.ot.in changes in Jurkat.t.lymp.ocyt. cells aft.r irradiat.on.
