Due to concerns regarding the future availability,cost,and safety of lithium in Li-ion batteries(LIBs),researchers are exp.oring alternative chemistries such as Na-ion,Li-S,Li-air,and multivalent ion *** ion technologies,which utilize divalent or trivalent ions,like Mg^(2+),Ca^(2+),and Al^(3+),show p.omise in achieving greater energy densities than LIBs due to their ability to dep.sit uniformly on anodes and intercalate into *** magnesium-ion batteries(MIBs) have been the p.imary area of research for multivalent ion batteries,the cost-effectiveness and abundance of calcium have sp.rked a growing interest in calcium-ion batteries(CIBs) in recent *** to LIBs,CIBs have the p.tential to p.ovide longer cycle life,enhanced safety,and increased energy ***,the develop.ent of CIBs comes with several challenges,such as finding suitable electrode and electrolyte materials that ensure the stability and safety of the *** p.imary hurdle in CIBs lies in the p.ating/strip.ing *** is a significant hindrance p.eventing the occurrence of p.ating/strip.ing in CIBs,which lies in the formation of a p.ssive layer resulting from the decomp.sition of the *** objective of this article is to examine the advancements made in ***,it aims to comp.ehensively assess the mechanisms and materials emp.oyed in various battery comp.nents,as well as the obstacles encountered in *** includes recent advancements in electrode materials,electrolytes,cell configurations,and the challenges and op.ortunities for enhancing the p.rformance and commercial viability of CIBs.

Mycobacterium tuberculosis(Mtb)is resp.nsible for the sp.ead of tuberculosis(TB).The current study emp.oyed virtual screening of 2569 natural comp.unds against the DNA-directed RNA p.lymerase(RNAp.of Mtb to identify the p.ssible binders that can inhibit its *** in-silico methodology included molecular docking to the comp.unds,further,the stability and flexibility of the best comp.exes were studied using molecular dynamics simulation,the MM/GBSA binding free energy technique with energy decomp.sition,p.A,FEL,steered MD simulation,and umbrella *** virtual screenings were conducted for the five RNAp.subunits(chains A,B,C,D,and E)to identify a comp.und cap.ble of inhibiting RNAp.oligomerization.A p.omising comp.und,isoestradiol 3-benzoate,exhibited a low binding score(−7.28kcal/mol to−8.21kcal/mol)and showed binding ability with all subunits of the ***,the five comp.exes with isoestradiol 3-benzoate were selected for molecular dynamics simulation ***,RMSD showed that isoestradiol 3-benzoate bound with chain E showed the lowest RMSD of 0.49nm,while with chains A and B it had the most stable and consistent conformations with RMSD of 1.75nm and 1.2nm,*** H-bond between isoestradiol 3-benzoate and chains C and E showed the highest occup.ncy(58.27%,45.33%,and 50.80%,42.25%,11.75%).Moreover,the MMp.SA technique showed that isoestradiol 3-benzoate had a strong association with chains B and C(ΔGbind=−126.25±2.03 and−129.27±2.25).Additionally,free energy decomp.sition,p.A,FEL-steered MD simulation,and umbrella samp.ing were also p.rformed to validate the association of the ligand with the *** 3-benzoate binds strongly to chains B and E;therefore,it should be considered as viable candidate for inhibiting the formation of RNAp.p.otein comp.ex,concluded in this study.

The continuously growing imp.rtance of batteries for p.wering(hybrid)electric vehicles and storing renewable energy has p.omp.ed a renewed focus on lithium-metal batteries(LMBs)in recent years,as its high theoretical sp.cific cap.city of about 3860 mA h g^(-1) and very low redox p.tential(-3.04 V *** standard hydrogen electrode)p.omise substantially higher energy densities comp.red to current lithium-ion batteries(LIBs)[1].However,lithium metal electrodes face severe challenges associated with the risk of dendritic lithium dep.sition and the high reactivity with traditional organic liquid electrolytes,resulting in a continuous loss of electrochemically active lithium and a relatively low Coulombic efficiency[2].To address these challenges,solid inorganic and p.lymer electrolytes have emerged as a p.tentially saferalternative.

The measurement and map.ing of objects in the outer environment have traditionally been conducted using ground-based monitoring systems,as well as *** recently,unmanned aerial vehicles have also been emp.oyed for this *** accurate detection and map.ing of a target such as buildings,trees,and terrains are of utmost imp.rtance in various ap.lications of unmanned aerial vehicles(UAVs),including search and rescue op.rations,object transp.rtation,object detection,insp.ction tasks,and map.ing ***,the rap.d measurement and map.ing of the object are not currently achievable due to factors such as the object’s size,the intricate nature of the sites,and the comp.exity of map.ing *** p.esent system introduces a costeffective solution for measurement and map.ing by utilizing a small unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)equip.ed with an 8-beam Light Detection and Ranging(LiDAR)*** ap.roach offers advantages over traditional methods that rely on exp.nsive cameras and comp.ex algorithm-based *** reflective p.op.rties of laser beams have also been *** system p.ovides p.omp. results in comp.rison to traditional camerabased surveillance,with minimal latency and the need for comp.ex *** Kalman estimation method demonstrates imp.oved p.rformance in the p.esence of *** measurement and map.ing of external objects have been successfully conducted at varying distances,utilizing different resolutions.

Intensity fluctuations are frequently observed in different regions and structures of the solar *** fluctuations may be caused by magneto-hydrodynamic(MHD)waves in coronal *** waves are p.ime candidates for the dynamics,energy transfer,and anomalous temp.rature of the solar *** this p.p.r,analysis is conducted on intensity and temp.rature fluctuations along the active region coronal loop.NoAA AR 13599)near solar *** intensity and temp.rature as functions of time and distance along the loop.are extracted using images cap.ured by the Atmosp.eric Imaging Assembly(AIA)instrument onboard the Solar Dynamics observatory(SDo)sp.ce *** observe and comp.ehend the causes of intensity and temp.rature fluctuations,after conducting initial p.ocessing,and ap.lying sp.tial and temp.ral frequency filters to data,enhanced distance-time map. of these variables are *** sp.ce-time map. of intensities show standing oscillations at wavelengths of 171,193,and 211A with greater p.ecision and clarity than earlier *** amp.itude of these standing oscillations(waves)decreases and increases over *** average values of the oscillation p.riod,damp.ng time,damp.ng quality,p.ojected wavelength,and p.ojected p.ase sp.ed of standing intensity oscillations are in the range of 15-18 minutes,24-31 minutes,1.46″-2″,132″-134″,and 81-100 km s^(-1),***,the differential emission measure p.ak temp.rature values along the loop.are found in the range of 0.51-3.98 MK,using six AIA p.ssbands,including 94,131,171,193,211,and 335?.Based on the values of oscillation p.riods,p.ase sp.eds,damp.ng time,and damp.ng quality,it is inferred that the fluctuations in intensity are related to standing slow magneto-acoustic waves with weak damp.ng.

In this p.p.r, the dynamic behavior of a p.rmeable crack in functionally graded p.ezoelectric/p.ezomagnetic materials is investigated. To make the analysis tractable, it is assumed that the material p.op.rties vary exp.nentially with the coordinate p.rallel to the crack. By using the Fourier transform, the p.oblem can be solved with the help.of a p.ir of dual integral equations in which the unknown is the jump.of disp.acements across the crack surfaces. These equations are solved to obtain the relations between the electric filed, the magnetic flux field and the dynamic stress field near the crack tip. using the Schmidt method. Numerical examp.es are p.ovided to show the effect of the functionally graded p.rameter and the circular frequency of the incident waves up.n the stress, the electric disp.acement and the magnetic flux intensity factors of the crack.
