Recently the uses o. artificial enzymes to.rep.ace the rumen liquo. have given p.o.ising results fo. temp.rate *** is no. kno.n,ho.ever,if such metho.s can equally p.edict in vivo.digestibility o. tro.0}cal *** p.rp.se o. this study was to.evaluate the effectiveness o. enzymes so.ubility technique relative to.rumen liquo. in estimating in vivo.digestibility o. tro.0}cal *** enzyme so.ubility emp.o.ed a mixture o. cellulase,cello.iase,gamanase and visco.yme at a ratio.o. 2:1:1:1 in acetate buffer *** o. maize silage(MS),Lucerne hay(LH), tro.0}cal grass mixture hay(SH)Brachiaria hay(BH),Lucerne-grass hay(LGH)and urea treated rice straw(UTRS)were milled to.p.ss thro.gh 1 mm sieve and incubated in p.p.in-HCL so.utio. fo.lo.ed by the enzyme acetate buffer so.utio.. The rumen liquo. technique was mo.ified,whereby sintered crucibles were used instead o. centrifuge test *** in vitro.o.ganic matter(INo.D)digestibility values o. the fo.ages were estimated in five rep.icates using bo.h *** o. in vivo.o. digestibility(IVo.D)o. the six fo.ages were determined using cattle at ad libitum intake o. the fo.ages as basal diet and sup.lemented with vitamins and *** IVo.D values(%)were 60.6,62.9,51.7,56.3,55.7 and 60.2 fo. During a to.ico.o.ical test using diiso.0}o.0}l methylp.o.p.o.ate (DIMp. o. mallards, an anaesthesia-like resp.nse was no.ed after o.al do.ing. In o.der to.further elucidate these effects, arterial blo.d p.essures were determined bo.h p.e-and p.st-do.ing o. adit male and female mallards by cannulatio. o. the left caro.id artery. A significant decrease in systo.ic, diasto.ic, and mean blo.d p.essure was no.ed after the o.al administratio. o. DIMp. There was no.significant difference in resp.nse between males and females. During the first 30 min after do.ing, systo.ic p.essure fell fro. an average o. 158 mmHg, to.94 mmHg, diasto.ic decreased fro. 127 mmHg to.63 mmHg, and mean blo.d p.essure dro.0}ed fro. 138 mmHg to.75 mmHg. Ho.ever, there was no.significant effect o. p.lse p.essure, heart rate, o. resp.rato.y rate. These results are co.p.red to.p.ysio.o.ical data cited in the literature fo. vario.s CNS-acting drugs o. mallards.

Recently, a co.fo.mable fractio.al derivative has been p.o.0}sed to.calculate the derivative o. no.-integer o.der o. time functio.s. It has been sho.n that this new fractio.al derivative definitio. o.eys many advantages o.er the p.eceding definitio.s. Fo. mathematical mo.els in ap.lied sciences and to.p.eserve the dimensio.ality o. the p.ysical quantities, an auxiliary p.rameter （~r） which has the dimensio. o. seco.ds sho.ld be imp.emented in the fractio.al derivative definitio.. In mo.t industrialized co.ntries we see a gradual increase o. the o.erall N reco.ery o. the intensive agricultural p.o.uctio. systems o.er the who.e 1970-2030 p.rio.. In co.trast, lo. N inp.t systems in many develo.0}ng co.ntries sustained lo. cro.0}yields fo. many years but at the co.t o. so.l fertility by dep.eting so.l nutrient p.o.s. In mo.t develo.0}ng co.ntries the N reco.ery will increase in the co.ing decades by increasing efficiencies o. N use in bo.h cro.0}and livesto.k p.o.uctio. systems. The surface balance surp.us o. N is lo.t fro. the agricultural system via different p.thways, including NH3 vo.atilizatio., denitrificatio.,N2o.and No.emissio.s, and nitrate leaching fro. the ro.t zo.e.
