Literature study on traditional Chinese medicine syndromes after renal transplantation

BACKGROUND Kidney transplantation is the most effective means to treat patients with renal failure,but its postoperative problems such as rejection reactions,immunosuppressant poisoning,chronic transplant kidney nephropathy,*** have not been effectively *** study searched for literature on traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndromes after kidney transplantation in China,conducted statistical analysis of the results,and sought to identify the underlying *** To understand the TCM syndromes after renal transplantation and associated rules and provide a theoretical basis for further clinical *** The literature pertaining to TCM syndromes in renal transplantation,published in the China National Knowledge Infrastructure,Wanfang database,and WIP database from 1970 to 2021,was meticulously searched and comprehensively and statistically *** Following the established inclusion and exclusion criteria,13 studies were selected for ***-renal transplantation,no significant discrepancy was noted among the groups based on the location of TCM ***,when categorized according to TCM pathogenic factors,the groups with spleen and kidney yang deficiency,as well as liver and kidney yin deficiency,exhibited a statistically significant difference in the *** Currently,the research on TCM syndromes pertaining to renal transplantation is in its nascent *** is imperative to conduct a multicentric,large-scale survey of TCM syndromes subsequent to renal transplantation in the ensuing years.

Fracture healing with osteopathy in traditional mongolian medicine

OBJECTIVE: To explore the concept and norm of fracture healing with osteopathy in traditional mongolian medicine (TMM). METHODS: Based on the correspondence between man and the universe (including psychosomatic integration) in fracture healing with osteopathy in TMM, we used modern physio-psychological and biomechanical principles and methods to probe the integrated, dynamic and functional characteristics of fracture healing. RESULTS: Based on the integration of limbs and the body, unification of the body and function and harmony of man and nature (including psychoso-matic integration), fracture healing with osteopathy in TMM comprises the concept of natural functional healing of fractures, and follows the norm of considering physiological healing and psychological function as well as limb healing and motor function. CONCLUSION: Fracture healing with osteopathy in TMM is characterized by a lack of trauma without future complications. This therapy makes the concept of fracture healing develop in the direction of humanity, behaviorism and integration.

BACKGROUND Sulongga-4(SL-4)is a herbal formula used in traditional mongolian medical clinics for the treatment of peptic ulcers and gastroenteritis,even though its pharmacological mechanism has not been well *** To evaluate the protective effect and identify the mechanisms of action of SL-4 on gastroduodenal ulcer induced by pyloric ligation(PL)in *** PL was performed to induce gastric and duodenal ulcers in rats,which were then treated with oral SL-4(1.3,2.6,or 3.9 g/kg per day)for 15 ***-induced gastroduodenal *** effects were characterized by pathological and histological evaluations and inflammatory indicators were analyzed by enzyme-linked immunosorbent *** analyses were conducted to identify gene expression profiles of gastroduodenal tissue in PL rats with or without SL-4 *** candidate target genes were selected and verified by quantitative reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction(qRT-PCR).RESULTS SL-4 decreased histopathological features in the PL-induced ulcerated ***-4 significantly (P < 0.05) decreased expression of tumor necrosis factor-α,interleukin (IL)-1β, IL-6, endotoxin, platelet-activating factor, and increasedprostaglandin E2 and epidermal growth factor in ulcer tissue. Microarray analysiswas used to identify a panel of candidate target genes for SL-4 acting on PLinducedulceration. Genes included some complement and coagulation cascadeand retinol metabolism pathways that are closely associated with inflammatoryresponses and gastric mucosal protective mechanisms. qRT-PCR showed thataltered expression of the selected genes, such as CYP2b2, UGT2b1, A2m, andMASP1 was consistent with the microarray ***-4 exerts protective effects against PL-induced gastroduodenal ulcers viareducing inflammatory cytokines and elevating expression of gastric acidinhibitory factors. OBJECTIVE:To explore the concept of classification and reduction manipulation of fractures in Chinese traditional mongolian ***:Based on the linear classification of fractures in Chinese traditional mongolian osteopathy and the practice of reduction manipulation,a dynamic classification and reduction manipulation concept of fractures was established with the use of modern biomechanical principles and ***:We classified the linear classification and reduction manipulation of fractures in Chinese traditional mongolian osteopathy based on the achievement of fracture line and used the cause of the formation of the fracture line for our dynamic classification and reduction manipulation of fractures ***:The etiology of the formation of fracture lines can be used to decrease diagnostic error,increase therapeutic effects of manipulation,and further provide a new concept and method for the development of the reduction concept of fractures.

[Objectives] To investigate the basic source of the traditional mongolian and Tibetan herb Caomaoxing. [Methods] The basic source of materia medica of mongolian and Tibetan herb Caomaoxing was investigated through the collection of ancient books and modern literature about mongolian and Tibetan medicine,combined with the current situation of clinical application. [Results] Through careful collection of literature and data,Caomaoxing recorded in mongolian and Tibetan Meteria Medica is the red xylem heartwood of Caragana jubata( Pall.)Poir. [Conclusions] Through investigation of the basic source of Caomaoxing recorded in mongolian and Tibetan Meteria Medica,this study is expected to provide literature reference for further research and development of Caomaoxing.
