Skin color of Chinese women across different regions of China:An analysis based on both individual typology angle and hue angle

Skin color is considered an important beauty standard for women in *** typical tool for skin color measurement,individual typology angle(ITA),was developed based on Caucasian skin *** ITA effectively measures the brightness of facial skin,which is traditionally associated with beauty in Caucasian ***,in Chinese women,whiteness is not the only determinant of skin esthetics,and other elements such as“yellowness”and“redness”are also important ***,the hue angle system was developed based on the skin features of Chinese women,whose skin is typically on the“yellow-red”*** examining the skin color of Chinese women based on both the ITA and hue angle should be carried *** skin colors of 4500 women aged 18–45 years across five different regions of China were measured using both the ITA and hue angle *** relationship of the“red pigment and melanin content”with the“brightness and redness of skin color”was also ***,the different skin types of women across different regions were *** based on the ITA system reveal a saddle-shaped distribution of skin brightness among Chinese women across five different regions,with skin brightness being high in the eastwest regions and low in the north-south *** ITA and hab values are not consistent in individual women,and thus,both need to be considered when evaluating skin ***,no correlation between the skin’s red pigment and melanin content and the skin’s ITA and hab values is *** study provides skin color data based on both the ITA and hue angle *** findings show that skin ITA/hab values cannot simply be explained by the red pigment/melanin content of the *** the distribution of skin types across different regions of China,whitening ingredients causing little to no irritation should be used to formulate whitening cosmetics.

The accessibility and fairness of public service facilities are important manifestations of the convenience and equality of urban public service resource *** the layout of urban public service facilities is an inevitable requirement for promoting the construction of people centered *** paper takes the old urban area of guangzhou as the research area,measures the accessibility of multiple types of public service facilities based on an improved two-step floating catchment method,and combines Palma Ratio and location quotient methods to explore the fairness of urban public service facilities from two dimensions:social equity and spatial equity,with supply and demand relationship analysis as the main *** has shown that:①there is a significant spatial difference in the accessibility of public service facilities in the old urban areas of guangzhou,and the comprehensive accessibility is generally higher in the central and southeastern regions of the old urban areas with fewer residential populations;②from the perspective of social equity,the resource allocation of public service facilities in the old urban areas of guangzhou is in a seriously unfair state(with a fairness index of 2.99),and there are also varying degrees of unfairness within the streets;③from the perspective of spatial equity,the location quotient of public service facilities in the old urban areas of guangzhou shows a pattern of multil center circles decreasing,indicating a significant spatial mismatch between the accessibility supply side of public service facilities and the demand side of the residential *** research conclusion will provide scientific basis for optimizing the allocation of urban public service facilities and ensuring the equalization of public services.

Objective: To investigate the effects of different concentrations of β-glucan on the repair of damaged vaginal mucosa, the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF), and the inflammatory factor-6 (IL-6) in vaginal tissues. Methods: Thirty-six adult female specific pathogen free (SPF)-grade Wistar rats were randomly divided into 3 phase groups with 12 rats each. Vaginal inflammation rat models were established by injecting phenol gel into the vagina of each rat at a dose of 0.1 ml/100g body weight. After modeling, rats were divided into 4 groups based on different concentrations of the test agent. The control group was injected with 0.5 ml of saline, experimental group A was injected with 0.375 ml saline 0.125 ml β-glucan, experimental group B was injected with 0.25 ml saline 0.25 ml β-glucan, and experimental group C was injected with 0.50 ml β-glucan. The injection sites were selected at the 3 o’clock and 9 o’clock positions of the vagina. Rats were sacrificed at 7-, 14-, and 28-days post-injection, and tissue samples were collected from the injection sites and prepared for histological analysis. New blood vessels and fibroblast numbers in the tissues were observed after Hematoxylin-eosin (HE) staining. The expression levels of VEGF and IL-6 in the tissues were measured using quantificational reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (qRT-PCR). Results: Histological examination of vaginal tissue specimens at 7-, 14-, and 28-days post-injection showed that on day 7, there were no significant changes in the experimental groups compared to the control group. However, on days 14 and 28, the experimental groups showed more new blood vessels, macrophages, and fibroblasts with increased activity compared to the control group. The expression levels of VEGF in vaginal tissues were elevated on days 14 and 28 in the experimental groups. Machine learning is currently one of the research hotspots in the field of landslide *** clarify and evaluate the differences in characteristics and prediction effects of different machine learning models,Conghua District,which is the most prone to landslide disasters in guangzhou,was selected for landslide susceptibility *** evaluation factors were selected by using correlation analysis and variance expansion factor *** four machine learning methods namely Logistic Regression(LR),Random Forest(RF),Support Vector Machines(SVM),and Extreme Gradient Boosting(XGB),landslide models were *** analysis and evaluation of the model were conducted through statistical indices and receiver operating characteristic(ROC)*** results showed that LR,RF,SVM,and XGB models have good predictive performance for landslide susceptibility,with the area under curve(AUC)values of 0.752,0.965,0.996,and 0.998,*** model had the highest predictive ability,followed by RF model,SVM model,and LR *** frequency ratio(FR)accuracy of LR,RF,SVM,and XGB models was 0.775,0.842,0.759,and 0.822,*** and XGB models were superior to LR and SVM models,indicating that the integrated algorithm has better predictive ability than a single classification algorithm in regional landslide classification problems.
