以儒学为核心的中国文化教育思想随着儒家学说的西传得到欧洲有识之士的价值认同,欧洲中世纪神学权威在儒学文明的冲击下发生了动摇。儒家“民为邦本”的民本思想、“为政以德”的治国之道、“选贤与能”的用人之方以及“有教无类”的全民教育观等,对欧洲近代文明产生了积极影响。回顾孔子儒学在西方传播的历程和对欧洲启蒙运动及近代文明的影响,可以看到儒家文化教育在多元文化世界中的普世价值,可以增强国人的文化认同与文化自觉,有助于加强优秀文化教育精神传承,丰富当代文化教育内涵。

Developing College Students' Service Consciousness to Serve the Development of Local Economy: Based on Colleges in Guangxi

As a new type of higher education development, applied universities have applied new requirements for school orientation and school goals to the teaching management and teaching of higher education. In order to ensure the quality of teaching, this study uses AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) to construct a teaching evaluation system from the macro, meso and micro levels, analyzes the problems existing in the system construction and evaluation practice, and explores its development direction.

One of the purposes of higher education is to develop qualified personnel to serve the development of local economy. Therefore, college students’ service consciousness should be cultivated so as to achieve this goal. It is the need of the advance of local economy and society, the further development of higher education institutions, especially the quality expanding and the sound personality development for college students. The cultivation of students’ service consciousness should be carried out in the whole process of higher education and more positive changes should be sought in education mode, teaching plan and internship.

A new nickel（II） complex [NiL2]（DMF）4 （HL = 2＇-[4-N,N＇-（dimethylamino- benzylidene）]-3,5-dihydroxybenzoylhydrazide） has been synthesized and its structure was characterized by IR,UV-Vis,1H NMR and elemental analysis. The fluorescence emission mechanism of the complex was discussed by fluorimetric spectra. The single-crystal structure was determined by X-ray diffraction analysis. The crystal belongs to the triclinic system,space group P1 with a = 0.9918（4）,b = 1.1297（4）,c = 1.1331（4） nm,α = 76.860（7）,β = 75.105（6）,γ = 89.022（7）°,V = 1.1936（8） nm^3,Z = 1,μ = 0.472 mm^-1,Dc = 1.319 g/cm^3,F（000） = 502 and Rint = 0.0913. In the title compound,the nickel（II） atom is four-coordinated with two nitrogen atoms from amide and two oxygen atoms from keto group. The complex is centrosymmetric with nickel located at the center.

The title compound C18H18N4OS has been synthesized by the reaction of 3-（2-hydroxy- benzyl）-4-amino-（1H）-1,2,4-triazole-5-thione with 4-isopropylbenzaldehyde in ethanol and characterized by IR, ^1H NMR spectra and elemental analysis. Its structure was determined by X-ray diffraction analysis. The crystal belongs to monoclinic, space group P21/c with a = 11.605（2）, b = 7.401（1）, c = 20.339（2） A, β= 103.05（2）°, V= 1701.8（4） A^3, Z = 4, Mr = 338.42,μ = 0.202 mm^-1, Dc = 1.321 g/cm^3 and F（000） = 712. The structure was solved by direct methods and refined to R = 0.0428 and wR = 0.1069. Due to the intramolecular O-H…N hydrogen bond and π-π stacking interactions between the benzene （C（1）～C（6）） and triazole rings, the two planes are essentially coplanar. Their biological activities have been measured, showing this type of compound has certain antibacterial activity for Staphylococous aureus and Bacillus subtilis. Based on the quantum chemistry calculation at the RHF/6-31G level, the frontier orbitals and electrostatic potential of the title compound were also discussed.

SIMULATED FINE STRUCTURES OF SPIRAL RAINBANDS IN TYPHOON CHANCHU(2006)

In this study, fine structures of spiral rainbands in super Typhoon Chanchu(2006) are examined using an Advanced Research Weather Research and Forecast(WRF-ARW) model simulation with the finest grid size of 2 km.Results show that the simulation reproduces well Typhoon Chanchu's track, intensity and basic structures. According to their locations and features, spiral rainbands are classified into principal, secondary, inner and distant rainbands, and their dynamic and thermodynamic features are investigated. The principal rainbands remain quasi-stationary with respect to Chanchu's center and exhibit a wavenumber-1 feature with their outer edges separated by dry air. The secondary rainbands that occur on the radially inward side of the principal rainbands move around Chanchu's center. The inner rainbands are closest to the center. They propagate both radially outward and azimuthally with time. The distant rainbands are located outside the inner-core region, and have stronger and continuous updrafts compared to the other rainbands. Distant rainbands are inward-sloping with height along the radial direction and have a cold pool in the low layers, whereas the principal and secondary rainbands lean radially outward with height. The inner rainbands do not show tilting with height along the radial direction. However, there are few vertical tilting cells along the azimuthal orientation among the four types of rainbands. The simulated radar reflectivity cores in all rainbands are collocated with the maxima of updrafts and equivalent potential temperatures in the low layer, indicating the important roles of energy supply in the boundary layer in determining the development of the rainband convection.
