Taking the construction of excellent passenger stations in beijing-tianjin-Ahebei region as the research object,the paper discusses the implementation of the new concept of building up“well-connected fully-integrated,envioment-friendlyy passenger-oriented,economically-eficient,culturally-rich intelligent and convenient”railway passenger stations It then strives to analyze the connotation of an excellent railway passenger station,the construction and management methods,and the innovation of the working mechanism in the new *** offers thoughts and methods for promoting the highquality development in the practice of construction for innovative development of excellent passenger stations.

New-concept Design Innovation of passenger Station construction for Qinghe Railway Station of the beijing-Zhangjiakou HSR

Qinghe Railway Station is the largest passenger station along the beijing-Zhangjiakou HSR and will serve as the originating station of this line during the A 2022 Winter *** is also one of the eight major passenger stations *** the construction of this station,all units involved in the construction have made their effors to learn and understand the new concept of building up a“well-connected,filly-integrated,environment-friendly,passenger-oriented,economically-efficient,culturally-rich,inelligent and convenient”passenger station in the new *** Railway Station of the beijing-Zhangjiakou HSR was completed and opened to traffic by the end of 2019 through exploration of new-concept design innovation for passenger station construction in the new era,which was widely praised by the general *** paper summarizes how the new design concept of passenger station construction is innovated and implemented during the construction of Qinghe Railway Station,thus providing a reference for the future construction of passenger stations.

The Mode of Promoting Industrial Targeted Poverty Alleviation through Land Circulation in Western Mountainous region of China——A Case Study of Luquan Yi and Miao Autonomous County in Yunnan Province

In the industrial targeted poverty alleviation,land circulation is a key process. Based on the national strategy of targeted poverty alleviation,this paper combined the industrial development of targeted poverty alleviation with land circulation. According to the field survey on the current situation of land circulation and promotion of the industrial poverty alleviation in the typical project area of Zhongping Village in Zhongping Town and Jiaowuying Village in Jiulong Town in Luquan Yi and Miao Autonomous County in Yunnan Province,located in the high mountain canyon area of Jinsha River in the upper reaches of the Yangtze River in the west of China. This paper summarized and analyzed the organization and operation mechanism,basic practices and main results of the land circulation and promotion of industrial poverty alleviation model in the typical project area of the county. It also summarized the innovation and successful experience of the model,and then came up with measures to further promote the implementation of the model,so as to provide necessary reference for the implementation of land circulation and industrial targeted poverty alleviation for the poverty-stricken counties in Yunnan Province and similar provinces( cities,regions).
