BACKGROUND Hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)is a malignant disease with high incidence and mortality *** study focuses on the TP53 target protein to investigate the potential therapeutic effect of tetrahydrocurcumin(THC)on HCC and its mechanism of *** research hypothesis is that THC can inhibit the proliferation,migration,and invasion of HCC cells,and promote their apoptosis by regulating the TP53 target *** To explore the mechanism by which THC inhibits HCC cell proliferation via the TP53 signaling *** Potential targets of THC and HCC were identified from multiple *** core targets were subjected to analyses using Gene Ontology and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes databases,and visualization processing,using the online platform Metascape to identify the key molecules and signaling pathways involved in the action of THC against *** molecular mechanisms of action of THC against TP53 in the inhibition of HCC cells were verified using cell counting kit-8,Transwell,apoptosis,and western blotting *** Molecular docking results showed that THC had a high score for the TP53 target *** vitro experiments indicated that THC effectively inhibited the proliferation and migration of HCC cells,and affected the expression levels of TP53,MDM2,cyclin B,Bax,Bcl-2,caspase-9,and *** THC induces the apoptosis of HCC cells through the TP53 signaling pathway,thereby inhibiting their proliferation and migration.

The anti-aircraft system plays an irreplaceable role in modern combat. An anti-aircraft system consists of various types of functional entities interacting to destroy the hostile aircraft moving in high speed. The connecting structure of combat entities in it is of great importance for supporting the normal process of the system. In this paper, we explore the optimizing strategy of the structure of the anti-aircraft network by establishing extra communication channels between the combat ***, the thought of combat network model(CNM) is borrowed to model the anti-aircraft system as a heterogeneous network. Secondly, the optimization objectives are determined as the survivability and the accuracy of the system. To specify these objectives, the information chain and accuracy chain are constructed based on CNM. The causal strength(CAST) logic and influence network(IN) are introduced to illustrate the establishment of the accuracy chain. Thirdly, the optimization constraints are discussed and set in three aspects: time, connection feasibility and budget. The time constraint network(TCN) is introduced to construct the timing chain and help to detect the timing consistency. Then, the process of the multi-objective optimization of the structure of the anti-aircraft system is ***, a simulation is conducted to prove the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed method. Non-dominated sorting based genetic algorithm-Ⅱ(NSGA2) is used to solve the multiobjective optimization problem and two other algorithms including non-dominated sorting based genetic algorithm-Ⅲ(NSGA3)and strength Pareto evolutionary algorithm-Ⅱ(SPEA2) are employed as comparisons. The deciders and system builders can make the anti-aircraft system improved in the survivability and accuracy in the combat reality.

A new method for image down-scaling using geostatistical interpolation or smoothing based on the Hopfield Neural Network(HNN) and zero semivariance value is *** method utilises the smoothing effect of the semivariogram matching process to produce the smoothened sub-pixel multispectral(MS) image with smaller RMSEs in comparison with the bilinear *** fact,the zero semivariograms increase the spatial correlation between the adjacent sub-pixels of the superresolution *** higher spatial correlation,the resulting super-resolution MS image has smaller RMSEs compared with the original coarse image.

In the late 1990s, the international development banks and the international Monetary Fund (IMF) convened to outline seven international Development Goals (IDGs) to reduce poverty by 2015. These goals incorporated both the economic and social dimensions of poverty. A two thirds reduction of child mortality and a three fourths reduction of maternal mortality from rates in 1990 by 2015 are two of these seven IDGs. There is a need for better combinations of cost effective strategies to reach these challenging goals by the year 2015. This paper discusses the potential usefulness of micronutrient deficiency control programs for this purpose.
