The floating population of ethnic minorities is the key to national work in Chengdu,the city national success mainly depends on the work of Minority Floating Population.Chengdu as a multi-ethnic and multicultural city,this paper will select Yi floating population as the research object,Including the life employment situation,cultural rights,and the city of Chengdu ethnic work policy,system construction,the problem of grassroots community ethnic work,restricting factors.The paper puts forward the targeted and practical countermeasures and suggestions,and expectations of the government and social organizations to provide a reference for decision-making,to promote the development of Chengdu ethnic work.

The integrated curriculum is an important direction of the medical medical education reform under new situation and challenges of medical development.Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine has implemented the integrated curriculum reform in recent years.The endocrine system course is one of important intergrated courses and integrates relevant contents of multiple disciplines of basic medicine,diagnostics and medical imaging.Various teaching methods are adopted,such as classroom lecture,discussion,problembased learning,experimental lesson and clinical clerkship,etc.The teaching practice is carried on in several aspects:course arrangement,teaching methods,course website construction,teaching team construction and so on.

With the rapid development of Internet science and technology, the self-media industry is rising gradually. As an important way of information dissemination, more and more self-media platforms are established and the main body of information communication becomes more complex. The self-media not only brings convenience to people’s life but also brings some negative effects. The self-media has more remarkable characteristics in information dissemination. The birth of self-media makes the network appear more suspicious information that cannot be effectively verified. Internet rumors fly all over the sky, which has caused certain influence on the stability of the society. The prevention and control measures of online rumors from the perspective of self-media are studied in this paper for creating a healthier network environment. Firstly, the concepts of self-media and Internet rumors are briefly summarized. Then, the main characteristics of Internet rumors from the perspective of self-media are analyzed. Finally, the prevention and control measures of online rumors, including strengthening supervision, improving the quality of self-media, and strengthening public identification of rumors, are proposed.

In order to investigate the application performances of the solar greenhouses with new types of backwall(greenhouse W_(2),and greenhouse W_(3))and the ordinary clay brick backwall greenhouse(greenhouse W_(1)),and provide a theoretical basis for the construction of solar greenhouse in Yangling Demonstration Zone,Shaanxi,China,two greenhouses with different new types of backwall were designed.The backwall of one of them was built with lightweight aggregate concrete block(greenhouse W_(2))and that of the other one was assembled with a row of sand-filled cement pipes(greenhouse W_(3)).The tested greenhouses were constructed in Yangling Demonstration Zone.Based on the data collected on typical sunny and cloudy days,the indoor temperature,inside wall temperature,and the heat flow of the greenhouses with new types of backwall were compared with those detected in the ordinary clay brick backwall solar greenhouse,and the tested results were numerically simulated.According to the comparison of the physiological indicators of tomatoes planted in the greenhouses and the construction costs,the greenhouse type with the best practicability was found.The results indicated that:The average air temperature in greenhouses W_(1),W_(2),and W_(3)and outside was 15.1℃,15.9℃,17.3℃,and−0.4℃ on the night of a sunny day,and the air temperature in W_(3)was the highest.The average air temperature in greenhouses W_(1),W_(2),and W_(3)and outside were 9.5℃,13.3℃,11.0℃,and−5.5℃ on the night of a cloudy day,the air temperature in W_(2)was the highest.In the depth of 0-330 mm from the interface of the backwalls,the walls were obviously affected by the solar radiation,and the temperature changed greatly.The wall temperature on the sunny days exhibited an ascending order of W_(1),W_(2),W_(3),while on the cloudy days was in the ascending order of W_(1),W_(3),W_(2).The wall of W_(3)absorbed the most heat during the daytime and released the most heat at night on the sunny day,while W_(2)exhibited the second most heat absorption during the daytime,howev

In the video-based surveillance application, moving shadows can affect the correct localization and detection of moving objects. This paper aims to present a method for shadow detection and suppression used for moving visual object detection. The major novelty of the shadow suppression is the integration of several features including photometric invariant color feature, motion edge feature, and spatial feature etc. By modifying process for false shadow detected, the averaging detection rate of moving object reaches above 90% in the test of Hall-Monitor sequence.

This study aimed to monitor the level of air pollutants in the ambient air of Tarlac City. Samples were collected from different parts of the city to evaluate what area of the city (categorized as to: Station 1-highly active interchange, Station 2-bus interchange, Station 3-city center hub, and station 4- school community) has the highest level of pollution. The results were compared and interpreted based on the standard procedures specified under Republic Act 8749 otherwise known as the Philippine Clean Air Act of 1999. Total suspended particulates at stations 1 (over by 547.77 μg/Ncm), 2 (over by 41.01 μg/Ncm), and 3 (over by 150.51 μg/Ncm) exceeded the maximum allowable limit as described in the DENR standard. This may pose an unhealthy environment particularly to people with respiratory ailments such as asthma and allergies. Among the four stations, Station 1exhibited the highest levels in terms of TSP, NO2 and CO.

Based on the research on the basic status quo of the construction of public employment and entrepreneurship service system in Daqing, this paper analyzes the problems existing in Daqing’s establishment of a national public employment and entrepreneurship service demonstration city, and gives countermeasures and suggestions from three levels: optimizing the public employment and entrepreneurship service system, innovating the public employment and entrepreneurship service mode, and improving the entrepreneurship driven employment support system.

在机器学习中,随机性是集成学习成功的一个关键因素,可通过旋转特征空间将随机性注入到基于树的集成学习模型中。随机地旋转特征空间是一种常见的做法,因此,需要大量的树来保证集成模型的性能。该方法在理论上是可行的,但它需要大量的计算资源,因此,本文提出了基于多峰遗传算法的旋转森林(MGARF)算法。该方法是一种基于树的分类集成学习算法,利用树的特性通过特征旋转注入随机性,利用多峰优化方法选择一个更多样化、更准确的基学习机子集。通过在23个UCI分类数据集上与原始随机森林和随机旋转集成方法进行比较,评估了所提出的MGARF算法的分类精度。实验结果表明,MGARF方法的性能优于其他方法,而且MGARF模型中的基学习机的数量更少。

A novel ultra-broadband polarization splitter based on a dual-core photonic crystal fiber(DC-PCF)is designed.The full-vector finite element method and coupled-mode theory are employed to investigate the characteristics of the polarization splitter.According to the numerical results,a graphene-filled layer not only broadens the working bandwidth but also reduces the size of the polarization splitter.Furthermore,the fluorine-doped region and the germanium-doped region can broaden the bandwidth.Also,the 4.78 mm long polarization splitter can achieve an extinction ratio of-98.6 d B at a wavelength of 1550 nm.When extinction ratio is less than-20 d B,the range of the wavelength is 1027 nm-1723 nm with a bandwidth of 696 nm.Overall,the polarization splitter can be applied to all-optical network communication systems in the infrared and near-infrared wavelength range.
