Due to their excellent physical and chemical properties,boron nitride nanosheets(BNNSs)have shown great application potential in many fields.However,the difficulty in scalable preparation of large-size BNNSs is still the current factor that limits this.Herein,a simple yet efficient microwave-assisted chemical exfoliation strategy is proposed to realize scalable preparation of BNNSs by using perchloric acid as the edge modifier and intercalation agent of h-BN.The as-obtained BNNSs behave a thin-layered structure(average thickness of 3.9 nm)with a high yield of~16%.Noteworthy,the size of BNNSs is maintained to the greatest extent so as to realize the preparation of BNNSs with ultra-large size(up to 7.1μm),which is the largest so far obtained for the top-down exfoliated BNNSs.Benefiting from the large size,it can significantly improve the thermal diffusion coefficient and the thermal conductivity of polyvinyl alcohol by 51 and 62 times respectively,both showing a higher value than the one previously reported.This demonstrates that the prepared BNNSs have great promise in enhancing the thermal conductivity of polymer materials.

The rapid development of new-generation information technology has triggered the evolution of education and teaching towards digitalization,accelerating the digital transformation of higher education and bringing an important opportunity for the high-quality development of higher education.Firstly,we give an overview of the digital development of higher education and discuss how information technology is reshaping the teaching and learning of higher education.Secondly,we explain the consensus on the digital development of higher education,and focus on summarizing the digital achievements of higher education in China and analyzing the successful experience through the introduction of the digital development trend of higher education in the world.Finally,we point out the current problems and challenges and make a preliminary discussion.Digital empowerment has arrived,and in the era of digitization,the transformation and development of higher education will lead to systemic changes in universities.This is an inevitable stage in the process of higher education development.Digital transformation will drive higher education to be more competitive,inclusive,and accessible,enabling universities to unleash their digital vitality in various service functions and contribute to the construction of a digital China.

The development of Internet technology has brought convenience to the development of education and teaching,and has also changed the traditional methods and means of education and teaching. The construction of an integrated network teaching platform based on Internet technology brings new opportunities for the development of higher education. Taking the construction of the integrated network teaching platform of Northwest A&F University as an example,the current situation and existing problems in the construction of the integrated network teaching platform of the Northwest A&F University are explained. By proposing the promotion strategies for the application of the integrated network teaching platform,the construction of the integrated network teaching platform is improved,thereby facilitating the online and offline mixed teaching and further promoting the improvement of teaching level and teaching effect.

OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the available evidence from randomized controlled trials(RCTs)of moxibustion alone for lumbar disc herniation(LDH)treatment.METHODS:A systematic search of 10 databases(until August 30,2021)was used to identify studies that reported the response rate,visual analogue scale(VAS)score,Japanese Orthopedic Association(JOA)score,and Oswestry Disability Index(ODI)score.Study selection and data extraction were independently performed by two reviewers.Cochrane criteria for risk of bias were used to assess the methodological quality of the trials.The Grading of Recommendations Assessment,Development,and Evaluation Methodology(GRADE)were also used to test the quality of the result evidence.RESULTS:Nineteen RCTs,including 1888 patients,met the inclusion criteria.Five studies showed no difference between moxibustion and acupuncture on response rate[risk ratio(RR)=1.07,95%CI(0.98,1.16),P=0.11].Meanwhile,six studies suggested that there is no significant difference between moxibustion and acupuncture on VAS score[mean difference(MD)=-0.43,95%CI(-0.91,0.05),P=0.08].Eight studies implied that there is no significant difference between moxibustion and acupuncture on JOA score[MD=0.84,95%CI(-1.27,2.96),P=0.44].Two studies indicated that moxibustion may have equivalent effects for treating LDH in the VAS score in comparison with drug therapy[MD=-1.16,95%CI(-2.63,0.31),P=0.12].The evidence level of results was determined to be very low to low.CONCLUSIONS:Based on the existing evidence,moxibustion may not be suitable for treating LDH alone,but it may be applied as an adjuvant treatment.Furthermore,well-designed RCTs with high quality and larger samples are still needed to evaluate the efficacy and safety of moxibustion alone for LDH treatment.

With the advance in urbanization,environmental problems become increasingly prominent,and environmental crisis has become a global issue. In this context,the ecological civilization has been put on the agenda. Taking Ningshan County in Shaanxi Province as an example,through questionnaire,this paper interviewed and studied environmental behavior of local urban residents. It carried out analysis on the environmental knowledge,environmental awareness,community environmental norms,environmental laws and regulations,and environmental behavior. In conclusion,with changes in environmental behavior,urban residents of Ningshan County should further strengthen their environmental awareness,and government should further improve the environmental improvement policies,make reasonable planning of communities,so as to promote improvement in the overall environmental awareness and changes in environment behavior.

Feasibility analysis of a single-sensor-based approach for source identification of hazardous chemical releases

Source identification is critical for emergency responses to hazardous chemical releases,especially sudden releases of toxic gases.The timely arrangement of multiple sensors at the scene of a sudden accident is difficult.To overcome this limitation,a two-step source identification method based on a single sensor was developed.In the first step,the measured concentration was transmitted to the computing platform.First,a preliminary estimation of the release source was calculated from recently detected concentrations.Then,the preliminary result was used to predict the concentrations and to assess whether more measurements were needed.This data processing was conducted by the computing platform.In the second step,a new objective monitoring point was transmitted to the detector for the measurement of additional concentrations.These two steps were conducted repeatedly until the estimation adequately represented the release source.The fixed and mobile single sensor results were analyzed,and a comparison to multi-sensor results was also conducted.The results show that single-sensor source identification is attainable with a sufficient number of observations,and the number of valid concentration observations is required to be no less than the number of unknown parameters.To best estimate the release source,the movement strategy of the single sensor was based on the possible release source and the hazard partition of the gas plume.It is highly recommended that the single-sensor source identification method be used in unexpected incidents due to its flexibility and timely response.

Qualitative Identification and Semi-Quantitative Comparison of Sucrose in Maca (<i>Lepidium meyenii</i>) by Infrared Spectrum Analysis

Objective: In order to establish a method for qualitative identification and semi-quantitative comparison of sucrose in Macas by infrared spectral analysis. Methods: Six Maca samples with three color types and from two producing areas in Yunnan province (China) were collected. Fourier trans-form infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) of raw Maca, ethyl acetate extracts (EtOAc-E), alcohol extracts (EtOH-E) and extracted residues were recorded selectively. Comparative analysis and analysis-through-separation strategies were used to explore the FTIR analytical method for sucrose in Maca. Results: Sucrose was proved to be a component in the Lijiang purple Maca (LPM) sample by comparative analysis of FTIR and second derivative in-frared spectroscopy (SDIR) with sucrose as a reference substance. Relative higher content of sucrose might be responsible for the distinctive absorption character of FTIR from LPM. With the aid of comparative analysis and analysis-through-separation strategies, conclusions could be drawn that all of the six Maca samples in this research contained some sucrose more or less. Furthermore, relative content of sucrose in the LM was higher than those in HM in general. Conclusion: An infrared spectrum analysis method for qualitative identification and semi-quantitative comparison of sucrose in different Maca samples was developed. Compared with other analytical methods, the developed method shows unparalleled charm for its inherent merits of convenient, fast, low cost, visual, efficient et al.

Local agricultural colleges and universities undertake the important task of training rural revitalization talents suitable for regional characteristics.Only by mastering students'satisfaction with teaching management can we find the problems existing in teaching management.Taking Tianjin Agricultural University as an example,this paper analyzes the undergraduates'satisfaction with teaching management by questionnaire and SPSS24.0.The results show that undergraduates can actively and actively participate in undergraduate teaching management,but their satisfaction is not high.There are significant differences in teaching evaluation management satisfaction among students of different majors and grades.It is suggested to improve the level of teaching management from the aspects of guiding and cultivating a new concept of management and education,establishing and perfecting a scientific and rigorous teaching management system,strengthening the information-based construction of teaching management and strengthening personnel training.

A New Method for Correcting Vehicle License Plate Tilt

In the course of vehicle license plate （VLP） automatic recognition, tilt correction is a very crucial process. According to Karhunen-Loeve （K-L） transformation, the coordinates of characters in the image are arranged into a two-dimensional covariance matrix, on the basis of which the centered process is carried out. Then, the eigenvector and the rotation angle α are computed in turn. The whole image is rotated by -α. Thus, image horizontal tilt correction is performed. In the vertical tilt correction process, three correction methods, which are K-L transformation method, the line fitting method based on K -means clustering （LFMBKC）, and the line fitting based on least squares （LFMBLS）, are put forward to compute the vertical tilt angle θ. After shear transformation （ST） is imposed on the rotated image, the final correction image is obtained. The experimental results verify that this proposed method can be easily implemented, and can quickly and accurately get the tilt angle. It provides a new effective way for the VLP image tilt correction as well.

In order to deal with partical occlusion, a semantic interaction based moving human tracking approach is put forward. Firstly human is modeled as moving blobs which are described as blob descriptions. Then moving blobs are updated and verified by projecting these descriptions. The approach exploits improved fast gauss transform and chooses source and target samples to reduce compute cost. Multi-moving human can be tracked simply and part occlusion can be done well.
