Polarizable Additive with Intermediate Chelation strength for stable Aqueous Zinc‑Ion Batteries

Aqueous zinc-ion batteries are promising due to inherent safety,low cost,low toxicity,and high volumetric ***,issues of dendrites and side reactions between zinc metal anode and the electrolyte need to be s.l.ed for extended storage and cycle ***,we proposed that an electrolyte additive with an intermediate chelation strength of zinc ion—strong enough to exclude water molecules from the zinc metal-electrolyte interface and not too strong to cause a significant energy barrier for zinc ion dissociation—can benefit the electrochemical stability by suppressing hydrogen evolution reaction,overpotential growth,and den-drite ***-sodium diethylene-triaminepentaacetic acid s.l. was s.l.cted for such a *** has a suitable chelating ability in aqueous solutions to adjust s.l.ation sheath and can be readily polarized under electrical loading conditions to further improve the ***||Zn symmetric cells can be stably operated over 3500 h at 1 mA cm^(-2).Zn||NH4V4O10 full cells with the additive show great cycling stability with 84.6%capacity retention after 500 cycles at 1 A g^(-1).since the additive not only reduces H2 evolution and corrosion but also modifies Zn2+diffusion and deposition,highlyreversible Zn electrodes can be achieved as verified by the experimental *** work offers a practical approach to the logical design of reliable electrolytes for high-performance aqueous batteries.

streamflow and flood forecasting remains one of the long-standing challenges in *** physically based models are hampered by sparse parameters and complex calibration procedures particularly in ungauged *** propose a novel hybrid deep learning model termed encoder-decoder double-layer long short-term memory(ED-DlsTM)to address streamflow forecasting at global scale for all(gauged and ungauged)*** historical datasets,ED-DlsTM yields a mean Nash-sutcliffe efficiency coefficient(NsE)of 0.75 across more than 2,000 catchments from the United states,Canada,Central Europe,and the United Kingdom,highlighting improvements by the state-of-the-art machine learning over traditional hydrologic ***,ED-DlsTM is applied to 160 ungauged catchments in Chile and 76.9%of catchments obtain NsE>0 in the best *** interpretability of cross-region capacities of ED-DlsTM are established through the cell state induced by adding a spatial attribute encoding module,which can spontaneously form hydrological regionalization effects after performing spatial coding for different *** study demonstrates the potential of deep leaning methods to overcome the ubiquitous.l.ck of hydrologic information and deficiencies in physical model structure and parameterization.

In this paper,the authors will prove the global existence of solutions to the three dimensional axially symmetric Prandtl boundary layer equations with small initial data,which lies in H1sobolev space with respect to the normal variable and is analytical with respect to the tangential *** main novelty of this paper relies on careful constructions of a tangentially weighted analytic energy functional and a specially designed good unknown for the reformulated *** res.l. extends that of Paicu-Zhang in[Paicu,*** Zhang,P.,Global existence and the decay of solutions to the Prandtl system with small analytic data,***.,241（1）,2021,403–446].from the two dimensional case to the three dimensional axially symmetric case,but the method used here is a direct energy estimates rather than Fourier analysis techniques applied there.

Combustion characteristics of low-quality lignite for different bed material sphericities in a circulating fluidized bed boiler:A numerical study

This study delves into the combustion behavior of various.l.gnite types within a circulating fluidized bed boiler(CFBB),with a primary focus on the impact of different bed material sphericity ratios(0.5,0.7,and 0.9).Utilizing bed material with a sphericity ratio of 0.9 sourced from theÇan power plant and verified through experimentation,the research reveals several key ***,furnace temperatures tended to rise with higher sphericity ratios,albeit with variations between lignite types,particularly highlighting the complexity of this relationship in the case of GlI-Tunçbilek *** levels in the combustion chamber remained consistent across different sphericity ratios,indicating minimal influence on pressure *** combustion efficiency,especially at the bottom of the boiler,was observed at lower sphericity levels(0.5 and 0.7)forÇan lignite,as reflected in CO_(2) mole *** NO_(x) emissions generally decreased with lower sphericity,the sensitivity to sphericity varied by lignite type,with Ilgın lignite showcasing low NO_(x) but high sO_(2) emissions,underscoring the intricate interplay between lignite properties,sphericity,and ***,this study advances our understanding of CFBB combustion dynamics,offering insights valuable for optimizing performance and emissions control,particularly in lignite-based power.

Contribution of satellite Observations in the Optical and Microphysical Characterization of Aeros.l. in Burkina Faso, West Africa

In this work, we proceed to an optical and microphysical analysis of the observations reversed by the MODIs, seaWiFs, MIsR and OMI sensors with the aim of proposing the best-adapted airborne sensor for better monitoring of aeros.l. in Burkina Faso. To this end, a comparison of AOD between satellite observations and in situ measurements at the Ouagadougou site reveals an underestimation of AERONET AOD except for OMI which overestimates them. Also, an inter-comparison done based on the linear regression line representation shows the correlation between the aeros.l.models incorporated in the airborne sensor inversion algorithms and the aeros.l.population probed. This can be seen through the correlation coefficients R which are 0.84, 0.64, 0.55 and 0.054 for MODIs, seaWiFs, MIsR and OMI respectively. Furthermore, an optical analysis of aeros.l. in Burkina Faso by the MODIs sensor from 2001 to 2016 indicates a large spatial and temporal variability of particles strongly dominated by desert dust. This is corroborated by the annual and seasonal cycles of the AOD at 550 nm and the Angström coefficient measured in the spectral range between 412 nm and 470 nm. A zoom on a few sites chosen according to the three climatic zones confirms the majority presence of mineral aeros.l. in Burkina Faso, whose maxima are observed in spring and summer.
