Hippo-YAP/TAZ signaling in breast cancer:Reciprocal regulation of microRNAs and implications in precision medicine

Protective effect of co-enzyme Q10 on testicular tissue and sperm parameters in adult male rats treated with Sunset Yellow FCF

Objective:To determine the protective effect of co-enzyme Q10(CoQ10)on testicular tissue and sperm parameters in male rats treated with SunsetYellow ***:Sixty male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into 6 groups of the control,CoQ10(10 mg/kg/day),low dose of Sunset Yellow(2.5 mg/kg),high dose of Sunset Yellow(70 mg/kg),low dose of Sunset Yellow(2.5 mg/kg)plus CoQ10,and high dose of Sunset Yellow(70 mg/kg)plus *** drugs were administered via daily oral gavages for 6 *** the end of the experiment,sperm analysis,stereological and histological assessments of the testis were carried ***:The normal morphology(by 41.1%)and progressive spermatozoa(by 74.8%),testicle volume(by 33.4%),lumen volume(by 38.3%),interstitial tissue volume(by 44.7%),seminiferous tubule volume(by 40.7%),and number of spermatogonia(by 53.9%)and Leydig cells(by 70.7%)reduced in the rats that received high doses of Sunset Yellow in comparison to the control ***,all these alterations were recovered by CoQ10 treatment in the CoQ10 plus high dose of Sunset Yellow ***,low doses of Sunset Yellow did not affect different parameters of the testis and ***:CoQ10 could,to some extent,prevent structural changes of the testis induced by the high dose of SunsetYellow.

Transcultural adaptation of Odia version of health-related kidney disease and quality of life-36 instrument

目的重症监护疼痛观察工具(Critical-care Pain Observation Tool, CPOT)是评估ICU危重症和/或意识水平下降患者疼痛最准确的方法之一。本研究旨在翻译印尼语版CPOT,并验证其效度和信度。方法研究包括初始翻译.综合翻译结果、回译、专家委员会验证.印尼语版工具验证5个步骤。2022年9月- -12月在印度尼西亚4所医院ICU中,对52例患者在翻身前、翻身过程中和翻身后15min进行疼痛评估。使用疼痛程度温度计(Faces Pain Thermometer, FPT)作为金标准来评估CPOT的校标效度。采用内容效度和校标效度评估量表的效度;采用Cronbach's a系数和评分者之间- -致性评估工具的信度。结果患者翻身过程中CPOT评分高于翻身前和翻身后。印尼语版CPOT条目水平内容效度指数为0.75~1.00,量表内容效度指数为0.93。患者CPOT与FPT评分呈正相关(0.877-0.983 ,P<0.01)。CPOT的Cronbach's a系数为0.82,评分者之间测量结果一致性水平均较高(k值范围0.739-0.834 ,P<0.01)。结论印尼语版CPOT用于评估危重症和/或意识水平降低患者的疼痛是有效和可靠的。

This study aimed to evaluate the correlation between nursing informatics(NI)competency and information literacy skills for evidencebased practice(EBP)among intensive care *** cross-sectional study was conducted on 184 nurses working in intensive care units(ICUs).The study data were collected through demographic information,nursing Informatics Competency Assessment Tool(NICAT),and information literacy skills for EBP *** intensive care nurses received competent and low-moderate levels for the total scores of NI competency and information literacy skills,*** received a moderate score for the use of different information resources but a low score for information searching skills,different search features,and knowledge about search operators,and only 31.5%of the nurses selected the most appropriate *** competency and related subscales had a significant direct bidirectional correlation with information literacy skills for EBP and its subscales(P<0.05).Nurses require a high level of NI competency and information literacy for EBP to obtain up-to-date information and provide better care and *** planners and policymakers should develop interventions to enhance NI competency and information literacy skills among nurses and motivate them to use EBP in clinical settings.

目的翻译围产期护理缺失量表,并对其进行信度和效度检验,为国内开展围产期护理缺失的量性研究提供可靠的测评工具。方法采用美国矫形外科医师学会循证医学委员会推荐的跨文化调试量表指南对英文版围产期护理缺失量表进行翻译、回译-文化调适及内容验证,形成中文版围产期护理缺失量表,并通过横断面研究验证其信效度。于2023年2月至4月采用便利抽样法,选取西南地区14所不同级别医院491名助产士进行问卷调查。采用项目分析检验中文版量表条目的鉴别度,采用探索性和验证性因子分析评价量表的结构效度,采用内容效度指数和Cronbach'sa系数评价内容效度和信度。结果围产期护理缺失.量表包括A、B两部分。中文版围产期护理缺失量表A部分的项目-总量表相关系数为0.641 -0.866, B部分为0.644~0.819(P<0.01)。A部分和B部分的量表水平内容效度指数均为0.95,条目水平内容效度指数为0.86~1.00。探索性因子分析分别提取了A部分(必要性护理、基本护理和产后护理)和B部分(沟通、人力资源和物质资源)各3个因子,占总方差的70.186%和71.984%。量表A、B部分的Cronbach's a系数分别为0.968、0.940。结论中文版围产期护理缺失量表具有良好的信度和效度,可作为国内评价围产期护理缺失情况和相关原因的工具。未来需要进行更大样本量的研究,以验证该工具在中国本土的适用性。

Effects of comprehensive nursing with cognitive behavioral therapy in orthodontic osteodilated arch treatment

BACKGROUND This work explored the effects of cognitive behavior therapy(CBT)-based comprehensive nursing intervention(CNI)mode in arch expansion to treat patients with orthodontic osteodilated arch(OOA).AIM To explore the application effect of CBT-based CNI model in orthodontic expansion arch *** Using convenient sampling method,81 patients with OOA were selected and rolled into a control group(Ctrl group,40 cases)and an observation group(Obs group,41 cases).During the treatment,patients in the Ctrl group received routine nursing intervention mode,and the those in the Obs group received CBT mode on the basis of *** and after intervention,the incidence of oral mucositis,the mastery rate of correct arch expansion method,self-rating anxiety scale score,soft scale index,and plaque index were compared for patients in different *** addition,satisfaction and complications were comparatively *** Incidence of oral mucositis in the Obs group was lower(14.6%vs 38.5%),and the mastery rate of correct arch expansion method was obviously higher(90.2%vs 55.0%)was obviously higher(all P<0.05).Meanwhile,the soft scale index and plaque index in the Obs group were much lower(P<0.05).The compliance(90.24%)and satisfaction(95.12%)in the Obs group were greatly higher(P<0.05).CONCLUSION The CBT-based CNI mode greatly improved the mastery rate of correct arch expansion method during arch expansion in treating patients with OOA and enhanced the therapeutic effect of arch expansion and the oral health of patients,improving the patient compliance.
