The efficiency of ultrabroad-band wavelength conversion using orthogonal-pump four-wave mixing in a semiconductor optical amplifier is measured for the wavelength shifts from 1500 to 1640 nm. The variation of conversion efficiency is < 0.9 dB over the wavelength range from 1530 to 1560 nm (C-band), and < 4.5 dB over the wavelength range from 1560 to 1610 nm (L-band). The maximum conversion efficiency is about -8.7 dB.

We present a parallel numerical method of simulating the interaction of atoms with a strong laser field by solving the time-depending Schr?dinger equation(TDSE) in spherical coordinates. This method is realized by combining constructing block diagonal matrices through using the real space product formula(RSPF) with splitting out diagonal sub-matrices for short iterative Lanczos(SIL) propagator. The numerical implementation of the solver guarantees efficient parallel computing for the simulation of real physical problems such as high harmonic generation(HHG) in these interaction systems.

As an important neurotransmitter,the detection of dopamine(DA)is of great significance for the diagnosis and treatment of neurological *** this study,WO_(3)-SnO_(2)nanoflake arrays were synthesized on fluorine-doped tin oxide(FTO)by hydrothermal synthesis and pulse electrodeposition,revealing significant surface-enhanced Raman scattering(SERS)activity with an enhancement factor(EF)reaching 4.79×10^(7).The obvious EF was mainly ascribed to the charge transfer between WO_(3)-SnO_(2)and methylene blue(MB)based on chemical mechanism(CM)and the molecular resonance *** the competitive adsorption of DA and absorbed MB,we prepared a SERS and electrochemical(EC)dual-mode detection platform of DA based on the WO_(3)-SnO_(2)nanoflake *** linear range(LR)was 5.00-1.75×10^(3)nmol/L,and the detection limits(LODs)were as low as 1.50 and 0.80 nmol/L by SERS and EC ***,the developed detection platform can shield the interference of many neurotransmitters similar to DA,showing good selectivity and excellent *** general,the SERS-EC dual-mode detection platform can be well applied to the detection of DA in cell lysate,demonstrating great potential in diagnosis of neurodegenerative diseases.

The intrinsic chirp of high-order harmonic generation is an important factor limiting the production of ultrashort attosecond *** on numerically solving the time-dependent Schrodinger equation,the generation process of highorder harmonic from the He atom under the action of orthogonal two-color combined pulse of fundamental frequency and higher intensity second harmonic fields is *** this paper,we propose to achieve quasi-chirp-free isolated attosecond pulses by superimposing a higher second-harmonic field on the orthogonal direction of the fundamental frequency *** is found that the high-energy part of its harmonic emission exhibits small chirp characteristics,which can be used to synthesize isolated attosecond *** the analysis of the wave packets evolution and the classical motion trajectories of the electron,it is demonstrated that the quasi-chirp-free harmonic can be attributed to the simultaneous return of electrons ionized at different times to the parent *** influence of the relative phase of the two pulses on the harmonics is further analyzed,and it is observed that this phenomenon is sensitive to the relative phase,but it can still generate isolated attosecond pulses within a certain phase.

We theoretically investigate the photoelectron emission from an atom irradiated by an amplitude modulated sinusoidally phase-modulated pulse through solving the time-dependent Schr¨odinger equation in the momentum space. By controlling the phase amplitude of the pulse in the frequency domain, it can be found that the photoelectron spectra appear as explicit interference phenomena, which originated from the interference between the directly ionized electron and the ionization of the pre-excited atom from different subpulses.

By means of ab initio HF and DFT B3LYP methods, the structure of Gaq3 (q = 8-hydroxyquinoline) was optimized. The frontier molecular orbital characteristics and energy levels of Gaq3 have been analyzed systematically in order to study the electronic transition mechanism in Gaq3. Three derivatives of Gaq3 and their polymers were designed and the possibilities that they were employed as luminescent materials were discussed. The regularities and characteristic of energy bands of Gaq3 and its derivatives were also investigated. The results show that the electronic π-π* transitions in Gaq3 are localized on the quinolate ligands. The emission of Gaq3 is due to the electron transitions from a phenoxide donor to a pyridyl acceptor. Two possible electron transfer pathways are presented, one by carbon atoms, and the other via metal cation Ga3+. The derivatives of Gaq3 may possess high luminescence efficiency.

We simultaneously investigate variations of a low order harmonic and photoelectron emission with an incident laser intensity by solving the time-dependent Schr6dinger equation in a momentum space. It can be found that, the intensity of low order harmonic and photoelectron are gradually enhanced with the increase of the laser intensity, when the laser frequency is not in resonance with the transition frequency between the laser-induced high excited states and the ground state. If the resonance occurs, the intensity of the lower order harmonic is reduced and the interference can be observed in the lower order photoelectron spectra.

A quasi-classical trajectory （QCT） method is employed to investigate the scalar properties and vector correlations of H＋LiF→HF＋Li and D＋LiF→DF＋Li reactions. The collision energy （Ecol = 4-25 kcal//mol） and vibrational excitation effects （v = 0-4） are studied by using the Aguado-Paniagua2-potential energy surface （AP2-PES） [J. Chem. Phys. 107（1997） 10085]. The reaction probability, cross section and rate constant are calculated, which demonstrate obvious energy and vibrational excitation dependences in the probability, cross section, and a high-temperature region of the rate constant. In addition, two product angular distributions P（Or） and P（φr） are calculated to facilitate a deeper insight into vector correlations. The H＋LiF→HF＋Li and D＋LiF→DF＋Li reactions reveal strong isotopic effects. Moreover, these scalar and vector results of both the reactions show sensitive behaviors to the changes of vibrational levels and the collision energy.

The tunneling ionization rates of vibrationally excited N2 molecules at the ground electronic state are calculated using molecular orbital Ammosov–Delone–Krainov theory considering R-dependence. The results show that molecular alignment significantly affects the ionization rate, as the rate is mainly determined by the electron density distribution of the highest occupied molecular orbital. The present work indicates that the ratios of alignment-dependent rates of different vibrational levels to that of the vibrational ground level increase for the aligned N2 at the angle θ = 0？, and suggests that the alignment-dependent tunneling ionization rates can be used as a diagnostics for the influence of vibrational excitation on the strong field ionization of molecules.

The linear optical properties of potassium dihydrogen phosphate（KDP） with oxygen vacancy are investigated with first-principles density functional theory calculations. We use Heyd–Scuseria–Ernzerhof（HSE06） functional to calculate the linear optical properties because of its accuracy in the band gap calculation. Compared with the perfect KDP, we found that due to the defect states located at the band gap, the defective KDP with oxygen vacancy has new optical adsorption within the energy region from 4.8 eV to 7.0 eV（the corresponding wavelength region is from 258 nm to 177 nm）. As a result, the oxygen vacancy can decrease the damage threshold of KDP crystal. It may give a direction to the KDP production for laser system.
