The management mode, economic benefits and technology integration of large-scale pig breeding are superior to those of traditional pig breeding by scattered peasant households, and it has a significant agglomeration effect. However, the waste from large-scale pig farms are discharged in a concentrated manner, which aggravates environmental pollution and increases treatment difficulty, and improper disposal can lead to serious environmental problems. The main pollutants in the waste from large-scale pig farms are high-concentration organic pollutants, nitrogen and phosphorus. Meanwhile, they are also the main nutrients needed for the growth of plants, animals and microorganisms. By a series of key techniques, the waste from large-scale pig farms can be recycled as fertilizer, feed and energy.

In Desire Under the Elms, Eugene O＇Neill not only adopts some elements from Greek tragedies, but brings more different ideas for readers, such as supernaturalism, and the degeneration of the tragic heroes or the peasant like language and sets more comic elements. Under his powerful pen, a marvelous drama is displayed before the audience, which combines the traditional elements and modem creations perfectly. This paper aims to explore the important elements in the play and compare those with what are used in Desire Under the Elms so as to draw the conclusion that Eugene O＇Neill not only uses the traditional written skills but also improves the development and inheritance of Greek tragedies.

Tess of the D ＇Urbervilles is one of the most famous novels of Thomas Hardy. Tess--the heroine brings us deep inspiration and profound reflection. And the author Thomas Hardy describes the impacts of the industrial civilization on a village panoramically, then Tess as an individual miniature, further shows the people struggle in the plight of the struggle in the material. Tess is difficult to be recognized by the society, which makes her realize the hypocrisy of bourgeois society and the distortion of ethics. Briefly in this paper, the author tries to find out the causes of the tragedy of Tess by analyzing the characteristics of Tess and the male characters in Tess＇ life and make people have a better understanding of the literary work.

Little Women is a novel published in1868 and written by American author Louisa May Alcott. The story concerns the lives and loves of four sisters growing up during the American Civil War. It was based on Alcott＇s own experiences as a child in Concord, Massachusetts with her three sisters, Anna, May, and Elizabeth. It is a story about love, faith, fortitude, and devotion. And this paper aims at analyzing the four sisters＇ different characters and destinies and tries to give readers a new understanding about this novel.

Jerome David Salinger is a famous American novelist. His famous novel The Catcher in the Rye, vividly shows us imagination of a teenage after the Second World War. In this novel, the writer put contradiction between American teenager material life and the lack of spiritual life after the World War II, reflected on the protagonist Holden. In the novel, Amanda Louise Holden hated the adult hypocritical world and he wanted to escape from the reality, but his weakness decided that he finally ended in failure and the collapse of the spirit. Holden is a victim of the era and the tragedy of the times. This paper tries to make a detailed and deep analysis on the tragedy of Holden in the novel

In the light of the problem of weak reflection signals shielded by strong reflections from the concrete surface,the detection and the recognition of hidden micro-cracks in the shield tunnel lining were studied using the orthogonal matching pursuit and the Hilbert transform(OMHT method).First,according to the matching pursuit algorithm and the strong reflection-forming mechanism,and based on the sparse representation theory,a sparse dictionary,adapted to the characteristics of the strong reflection signal,was selected,and a matching decomposition of each signal was performed so that the weak target signal submerged in the strong reflection was displayed more ***,the Hilbert transform was used to extract multiple parameters,such as the instantaneous amplitude,the instantaneous frequency,and the instantaneous phase,from the processed signal,and the ground penetrating radar(GPR)image was comprehensively analyzed and determined from multiple *** results show that the OMHT method can accurately weaken the effect of the strong impedance interface and effectively enhance the weak reflected signal energy of hidden micro-crack in the shield tunnel *** resolution of the processed GPR image is greatly improved,and the reflected signal of the hidden micro-crack is easily visible,which proves the validity and accuracy of the analysis method.

This paper is to study the conditions of teachers’occupational stress and anxiety by using cross-media teaching method,and reveals the inﬂuence relationship between *** this end,a questionnaire survey of 228 teachers using cross-media teaching method from 3 schools in Guangdong Province(China)was *** conclu-sions are as follows:Teachers who use cross-media teaching method have high levels of occupational stress and anxiety,lack of leadership and administrative support,overloaded work,state anxiety and trait anxiety are all at a high *** general characteristics differences,gender does not constitute a factor causing occupational stress and anxiety of the teachers using cross-media *** the increase in the use of cross-media teach-ing,teachers feel gradually increase of occupational stress and trait anxiety in more work tasks,and occupational stress and state anxiety shows ups and downs due to lack of school policy *** the relationship between occupational stress and anxiety,occupational stress and sub-variables without leadership and administrative sup-port,overloaded work,relationships with colleagues,and relationships with parents are all positively correlates with anxiety and have signiﬁcant positive ***,whether the inﬂuence of occupational stress sub-vari-able on anxiety,or the state anxiety and trait anxiety of the anxiety sub-variables,overloaded work and lack of leadership and administrative support have always been the key factors that cause ***,if the school or the relevant organization provides appropriate support and assistance to cross-media teaching,or appropri-ately reduce heavy tasks of teachers in cross-media teaching,so as to relieve occupational press and anxiety of the teachers,create good teaching quality,and promote the development of teaching technology.

A memristor that can emulate biological synapses is a promising basic-processing unit in neural-network computation. Here we propose a new-conceptual memristor based on a memoristive interface composed of two types of non-memristive materials, successfully realizing continuously tunable resistance controlled by both voltage （current） and applied time of a single pulse with a swift response comparable with synapses. The brain-like memorizing capability of the memristor is demonstrated. The memoristive mechanism in the interface is thought to be dominated by a Schottky barrier tuned by the capture/release of the carriers in interface traps with dispersive energy.
