Mucormycosis is a life-threatening fungal infection which often occurs in patients with underlying disease, and often resulting in a fatal outcome due to the difficulty of early diagno.is and its resistance to antimycotics. Tuberculosis （TB） of lymph no.e combined with pulmonary muconnycosis is rare. In this article, we reported a case of TB of mediastinal lymph no.e combined with pulmonary mucormycosis that was presented as obstructive pneumonia combined with lymphoma.

Yolk-shell architectures have attracted extensive attention owing to their unique structure and infusive applications. MoS2 is regarded as one of the most promising catalytic materials for hydrogen evolution by the splitting of water. In this work, a simple self-template solvothermal approach is developed for the synthesis of no.el MoS2 yolk-shell microspheres with a hierarchical porous structure by reacting MoO2 microspheres with L-cysteine. A dissolution- recrystallization formation mechanism is proposed for the MoS2 yolk-shell microspheres. Owing to structural superiority, the new material architecture exhibits improved photoelectrochemical properties, including efficient hydrogen evolution reaction catalytic activities, a high photocurrent density, a small overpotential, and a low charge-transfer resistance.

We present a new and practical approach for preparing submicro-textured silver and aluminum （Ag/Al） double-structured layers at low substrate temperatures. The surface texturing of silver and aluminum double-structured layers was performed by increasing the deposition temperature of the Al layers to 270℃. The highly submicro-textured silver and aluminum double-structured layers were prepared by thermal evaporation on quartz glasses and their surface microstructure, light scattering properties, and thermal stability were investigated. Results showed that the highly submicro-textured Ag/Al composite films prepared at low substrate temperatures used as back reflectors no. only can enhance the light scattering and have good thermal stability, but also have good adhesion properties. In addition, their fabrication is low cost and readily carried out.

Quantum correlation, measured by measurement-induced disturbance （MID）, between two two-level atoms is investi- gated in detail in Tavis-Cummings model with dipole--dipole interaction （DDI）. We find that MID can be determined only by the dipole-dipole interaction between the two atoms when the cavity and atoms are at resonance. Moreover, DDI will have different effects on MID for two different kinds of initial states.

This review will discuss recent progress in understanding the many roles of transporters in the whole-plant physiological processes that maintain iron （Fe） homeostasis. These processes include uptake from the soil via roots, control of transport from roots to above-ground parts of the plant, unloading of Fe from the xylem in above-ground parts, loading of Fe into mitochondria and plastids, transport of Fe to reproductive parts of the plant, and Fe mobilization during seed germination. In addition, we will discuss the mechanisms that plants use to cope with an apparently unintended conse- quence of Fe acquisition： the uptake of toxic heavy metals via Fe transporters. Rapid progress has been made in under- standing the transport processes involved in each of these areas in the last 5 years and this review will focus on this recent progress. We will also highlight the key questions regarding transport steps that remain to be elucidated.

AIM： TO assess the hepatic microvascular parameters in patients with liver cirrhosis by perfusion computed tomography （CT）. METHODS： Perfusion CT was performed in 29 patients without liver disease （control subjects） and 39 patients with liver cirrhosis, including 22 patients with compensated cirrhosis and 17 patients with decompensated cirrhosis, proved by clinical and laboratory parameters. CT cine-scans were obtained over 50 s beginning with the injection of 50 mL of contrast agent. Hepatic microvascular parameters, mean transit time （MTT） and permeability surface area product （PS） were obtained with the Perfusion 3 software （General Electric, ADW 4.2）. RESULTS： The overall differences of MTT and PS between control subjects, patients with compensated cirrhosis and those with decompensated cirrhosis were statistically significant （P = 0.010 and P = 0.002, respectively）. MTT values were 15.613 ± 4.1746 s, 12.592 ± 4.7518 s, and 11.721 ± 4.5681 s for the three groups, respectively, while PS were 18.945 ± 7.2347 mL/min per 100 mL, 22.767 ± 8.3936 mL/min per 100 mL, and 28.735 ± 13.0654 mL/min per 100 mL. MTT in decompensated cirrhotic patients were significantly decreased compared to controls （P = 0.017）, whereas PS values were remarkably increased （P = 0.001）.CONCLUSION： The hepatic microvascular changes in patients with liver cirrhosis can be quantitatively assessed by perfusion CT. Hepatic microvascular parameters （MTr and PS）, as measured by perfusion CT, were significantly altered in decompensated cirrhosis.
