With the increasing complexity of power system structures and the increasing penetration of renewable energy,the number of possible power system operation modes increases *** is difficult to make manual power flow adjustments to establish an initial convergent power flow that is suitable for operation mode *** present,problems of low efficiency and long time consumption are encountered in the formulation of operation modes,resulting in a very limited number of generated operation *** this paper,we propose an intelligent power flow adjustment and generation model based on a deep network and reinforcement ***,a discriminator is trained to judge the power flow convergence,and the output of this discriminator is used to construct a value ***,the reinforcement learning method is adopted to learn a strategy for power flow convergence ***,a large number of convergent power flow samples are generated using the learned adjustment *** with the traditional flow adjustment method,the proposed method has significant advantages that the learning of the power flow adjustment strategy does not depend on the parameters of the power system ***,this strategy can be automatically learned without manual intervention,which allows a large number of different operation modes to be efficiently *** verification results of a case study show that the proposed method can independently learn a power flow adjustment strategy and generate various convergent power flows.

Small interfering RNA(siRNA)-based gene silencing has been considered as a potential therapy modality against inflammatory ***,the effective delivery of siRNA to desired destination still remains challenging due to poor stability,high molecular weight and negative ***,ionizable lipid nanoparticle(LNP)has been extensively used as vector for effective delivery of ***,we report a mannose-modified LNP(M-MC_(3) LNP@TNFα)loading tumor necrosis factorα(TNFα)siRNA for targeting liver macrophages,achieving effectively inhibit acute liver *** M-MC_(3) LNP@TNFαnot only increases the internalization of LNP by macrophages,but also enhances the gene silencing efficiency of TNFαin ***,the M-MC_(3) LNP@TNFαexhibits higher accumulation in liver of healthy mice than that of MC_(3) LNP@TNFα(un-modified LNP)owing to the targeting effect of *** expected,the M-MC_(3) LNP@TNFαsignificantly suppresses the expression of TNFαand ameliorates liver damage in acute liver injury *** a LNP targeting siRNA delivery holds great potential for the treatment of diseases associated with liver in the future.

AIM:To describe the prevalence and demographic characteristics of corneal blindness in an urban and rural region of ningxia,located in the northwest part of ***:A stratified,randomized sampling procedure was employed in the study,including urban and rural area of all age *** acuity,anterior segment and ocular fundus were *** factor of corneal disease,including age,gender,education status,ethnic group,location and occupation,were identified according to uniform customized *** eye was defined to be corneal blindness if the visual acuity wascorneal ***:Three thousand individuals(1290 from urban area and 1710 from rural area)participated in the investigation,with a response rate of 80.380%.The prevalence of corneal blindness was 0.023%in both eyes and 0.733%in at least one *** blindness in at least one eye with varied causes was present in 106participants(3.533%)and in bilateral eyes in 34participants(1.133%).The corneal diseases accounted for 20.754%of blindness in at least one eye and 20.588%of bilateral *** prevalence of corneal disease was higher in older and Han ethnic group,especially those who occupied in agriculture and outdoor *** with corneal blindness were more likely to be older and lower *** population were more likely to suffer from bilateral corneal blindness than the urban population in≥59-year group(χ2=6.716,P=0.019).Infectious,trauma and immune corneal disease were the three leading causes of corneal *** cornealdisease was more likely leading to blindness in one ***,infectious and immune corneal diseases make more contribution to the bilateral corneal ***:corneal blindness is a significant burden of in ningxia population,encompassing a variety of corneal infections and trauma;the majority of those were *** promotion strategies and good hygienic conditions have to be developed.

Light olefin production by catalytic co-cracking of Fischer–Tropsch distillate with methanol and the reaction kinetics investigation

Catalytic co-cracking of Fischer–Tropsch(FT) light distillate and methanol combines highly endothermic olefin cracking reaction with exothermic methanol conversion over ZSM-5 catalyst to produce light olefins through a nearly thermoneutral process. The kinetic behavior of co-cracking reactions was investigated by different feed conditions: methanol feed only, olefin feed only and co-feed of methanol with olefins or F–T distillate. The results showed that methanol converted to C2–C6 olefins in first-order parallel reaction at low space time, methylation and oligomerization–cracking prevailed for the co-feed of methanol and C2–C5 olefins, while for C6–C8 olefins,monomolecular cracking was the dominant reaction whether fed alone or co-fed with methanol. For FT distillate and methanol co-feed, alkanes were almost un-reactive, C3–C5 olefins were obtained as main products, accounting for 71 wt% for all products. A comprehensive co-cracking reaction scheme was proposed and the model parameters were estimated by the nonlinear least square method. It was verified by experimental data that the kinetic model was reliable to predict major product distribution for co-cracking of FT distillate with methanol and could be used for further reactor development and process design.

Study on the 1.3 GHz low loss shape superconducting cavities at IHEP

As part of the international research program on the superconducting cavity for the International Linear collider （ILC） R＆D on the 1.3 GHz low loss superconducting cavities has been carried out at the Institute of High Energy Physics （IHEP） since 2005. A design of 1.3 GHz low loss cavity shape was proposed and six single-cell cavities of different niobium material were successfully fabricated with standard technology. In this study our priority was on large grain （LG） cavities. The two LG cavities were treated with complete procedures of surface treatments based on chemical polishing （CP） without electro polishing （EP） at IHEP. The two LG cavities and a fine grain cavity were sent to KEK for vertical testing. All the three cavities reached accelerating gradients higher than 35 MV/m and the maximum gradient of 40.27 MV/m was achieved in the LG cavity. This paper presents the process of the vertical RF tests and the comparison of the LG and fine grain cavities＇s performance.

In this paper,the evolutions of microstructure and mechanical properties of Cu-l.9Be-0.3Ni-0.15co alloy were *** alloys in the condition of the solution treated（soft state） and 37% cold rolled（hard state） were aged at 320 ℃for different time,*** mechanical properties,electrical conductivity and microstructure of the alloy aged for different time were ***,the precipitation kinetics of Cu-1.9Be-0.3Ni-0.15co alloys was investigated.X-ray diffraction and transmission electron microscopy results reveal that both continuous precipitation and discontinuous precipitation existed in the hard-state Cu-l.9Be-0.3Ni-0.15co alloy during the whole aging process;the sequence of continuous precipitation is *** →γ″→γ′→γ.Furthermore,the precipitation transformation mechanism of softstate alloy is homogeneous nucleation,while hard-state alloy shows the heterogeneous nucleation（interface nucleation）with the nucleation rate of both states decaying rapidly to zero during aging at 320 ℃.

目的:蒸汽吹灰是锅炉运行中常见的破坏水冷壁渣层的方法。本文通过建立三维吹灰模型,模拟不同压力下吹灰过程中蒸汽射流和渣层破坏的动态变化过程,研究在渣层破坏过程中应力波的传播变化,得出条件合适的吹灰参数。创新点:1.通过内聚力单元法和耦合欧拉-拉格朗日法建立吹灰流程的三维数值模型,详细揭示渣层破坏的动力学过程,并对蒸汽射流的扩散和应力波在渣层中的传播进行全过程分析;2.通过建立三维数值模拟,研究吹灰蒸汽压力对渣层破坏、管壁应力和蒸汽消耗的影响,并通过模拟结果探讨合适的吹灰参数。方法:1.对渣层模型采用内聚力单元法进行建模;2.对蒸汽射流和渣层的流固耦合现象采用ABAQUS中的耦合欧拉-拉格朗日法进行分析。结论:1.越高的吹灰压力会导致渣层被破坏得越快并最终完全脱离水冷壁;综合考虑渣层破坏效率、水冷壁管应力和蒸汽消耗的影响,1.2MPa是最合适和经济的吹灰压力参数。2.蒸汽射流带来的切向应力是引起渣层破坏的主要因素,射流对渣层的直接冲击是切向应力的来源,并且是渣层破坏的次要因素。

Effect of Doping on Microstructure and Technical Usage Property of Tantalum Wire

Effect of different dopants and various dopants quantity at different annealing temperatures on microstructure of tantalum wire, bending of tantalum wire after sintering and bending after pressing into tantalum powder and sintering were investigated through observation of microstructure and testing of bending of tantalum wire after sintering and bending after pressing into tantalum powder and sintering. The results show that the recrystallization temperature of tantalum wire increases and the grain of microstructure can be reduced with the increase of dopants quantity. At the same time, the effect of dopant Ce on reduction of the grain is more obvious than that of dopant Ge. The bending time of tantalum wire after sintering increases with the increase of dopant Ge or Ce quantity. Under the same condition, the bending time of tantalum wire after pressing into tantalum powder and sintering worsens with the increase of oxygen content in tantalum powder. The bending time of tantalum wire doped with Ge and Ce after pressing into tantalum powder and sintering is better than that of tantalum wire doped with Ge, while that of tantalum wire doped with Ge is better than that of pure one when oxygen content in tantalum powder is not too high.

Niobium is widely used in SRF （Superconducting Radio Frequency） cavities due to its excellent superconductivity and workability. With the continuous development of technology, higher demands of material are raised. One of the key issues is that RRR （Residual Resistance Ratio） of the Nb material should be more than 300, which requires that the Nb ingot have even higher RRR. This article introduces the development and the experimental results of high purity niobium in OTIC in ningxia （ningxia Orient Tantalum Industry co. ltd.）, and the test results of the single cell TESLA （Tera Electron volt energy Superconducting Linear Accelerator） shaped cavity manufactured by Peking University using Nb material from OTIC.
