Energy mechanism of bolt supporting effect to fissured rock under static and dynamic loads in deep coal mines

The stability control of fissured rock is difficult,especially under static and dynamic loads in deep coal *** this paper,the dynamic mechanical properties,strain rate evolution and energy dissipation of fissured and anchored rocks were respectively obtained by SHPB *** was found that bolt can provide supporting efficiency-improving effect for fissured rock against dynamic disturbance,and this effect increased quadratically with decrease in anchoring ***,the energy dissipation mechanism of anchored rock was obtained by slipping ***,bolt energy-absorbing mechanism by instantaneous tensile-shear deformation was expressed based on material mechanics,which was the larger the anchoring angle,the smaller the energy absorption,and the less the contribution to supporting efficiency *** this basis,the functional relationship between energy dissipation of anchored rock and energy absorption of bolt was *** the coal-gangue separation system of Longgu coal mine as an example,the optimal anchoring angle can be determined as 57.5°–67.5°.Field monitoring showed fissured rock with the optimal anchoring angle,can not only effectively control the deformation,but also fully exert the energy-absorbing and efficiency-improving effect of bolt *** study provides guidance to the stability control and supporting design for deep engineering under the same or similar conditions.

Ferroptosis inhibitors reduce celastrol toxicity and preserve its insulin sensitizing effects in insulin resistant HepG2 cells

Evaluating effectiveness and safety of combined percutaneous transhepatic gallbladder drainage and laparoscopic cholecystectomy in acute cholecystitis patients:Meta-analysis

BACKGROUND Acute cholecystitis(AC)is a common disease in general *** cholecystectomy(LC)is widely recognized as the"gold standard"surgical procedure for treating *** low-risk patients without complications,LC is the recommended treatment plan,but there is still controversy regarding the treatment strategy for moderate AC patients,which relies more on the surgeon's experience and the medical platform of the visiting *** transhepatic gallbladder puncture drainage(PTGBD)can effectively alleviate gallbladder inflammation,reduce gallbladder wall edema and adhesion around the gallbladder,and create a"time window"for elective *** To compare the clinical efficacy and safety of LC or PTGBD combined with LC for treating AC patients,providing a theoretical basis for choosing reasonable surgical methods for AC *** In this study,we conducted a clinical investigation regarding the combined use of PTGBD tubes for the treatment of gastric cancer patients with *** performed searches in the following databases:PubMed,Web of Science,EMBASE,cochrane Library,China National Knowledge Infrastructure,and Wanfang *** search encompassed literature published from the inception of these databases to the ***,relevant data were extracted,and a meta-analysis was conducted using RevMan 5.3 *** A comprehensive analysis was conducted,encompassing 24 studies involving a total of 2564 *** patients were categorized into two groups:1371 in the LC group and 1193 in the PTGBD+LC *** outcomes of the meta-analysis revealed noteworthy disparities between the PTGBD+LC group and the LC group in multiple dimensions:(1)Operative time:Mean difference(MD)=17.51,95%CI:9.53-25.49,Pconversion to open surgery rate:Odds ratio(OR)=2.95,95%CI:1.90-4.58,P<0.01;(3)Intraoperative bleeding loss:MD=32.27,95%CI:23.03-41.50,P<0.01;(4)Postoperative hospital stay:MD=1.44,95%CI:0.14-2.73,P=0.03;(5)Overall posto

Impact of Different Rates of Nitrogen Supplementation on Soil PhysicochemicalProperties and Microbial Diversity in Goji Berry

Goji berry(Lycium barbarum L.)is substantially dependent on nitrogen fertilizer application,which can signiﬁ-cantly enhance fruit yield and Goji berry industrial development in ningxia,*** study aimed to analyze the functions of differential nitrogen application rates including low(N1),medium(N2),and high(N3)levels in soil microbial community structure(bacterial and fungal)at 2 diverse soil depths(0-20,20-40 cm)through high-throughput sequencing technology by targeting 16S RNA gene and ITS1&ITS2 *** the observed physicochemical parameters exhibited signiﬁcant improvement(pcommunities’metagenome displayed more similarities than differences among all *** top bacterial and fungal phyla and genera suggested no obvious(p>0.05)differences among three group treatments(N1,N2,and N3).Furthermore,the functional enrichment analysis demonstrated signiﬁcant(pcommunities,while various saprotrophic functional roles for fungal ***,moderately reducing the use of N-supplemented fertilizers is conducive to increasing soil nitrogen utilization rate,which can contribute to sustainable agriculture practices through improved soil quality,and microbial community structure and functions.

The development trend of Fischer–Tropsch(F–T)technology is to develop high value-added *** separation of linearα-olefns with low cost is an efective ***,the lack of thermodynamic data and the huge energy consumption are the two main problems restricting the development of the separation *** thermodynamic data of the key components(1-dodecene and n-dodecane)in the F–T product were *** Wilson binary interaction parameters of the key components were ***,one traditional distillation column sequence and two dividing wall column(DWC)sequences were designed to separate the F–T heavy oil to obtain narrow fractions with diferent carbon ***,the obtained fractions of C10 and C12 were simulated to obtain 1-decene and 1-dodecene,*** was a traditional distillation and a diferential pressure thermal coupling distillation *** separating 95.0%purity 1-decene and 1-octene,the direct DWC process and diferential pressure thermal coupled distillation are an excellent combination,which can reduce the energy by 33.1%(i.e.,11,286 kW)and total annual cost by 15.9%(i.e.,3.96×10^(6)$)compared with traditional distillation.

Rheological mechanical properties and its constitutive relation of soft rock considering influence of clay mineral composition and content

Rheological mechanical properties of the soft rock are afected signifcantly by its main physical characteristics-clay *** this study,taking the mudstone on the roof and foor in four typical mining regions as the research object,frstly,the clay mineral characteristic was analyzed by the X-ray difraction ***,rheological mechanical properties of mudstone samples under diferent confning pressures are studied through triaxial compression and creep *** results show that the clay mineral content of mudstone in diferent regions is diferent,which leads to signifcant diferences in its rheological properties,and these diferences have a good correlation with the content of montmorillonite and illite-montmorillonite mixed *** the montmorillonite content as an example,compared with the sample with 3.56%under the lower stress level,the initial creep deformation of the sample with 11.19%increased by 3.25 times,the viscosity coefcient and longterm strength decreased by 80.59%and 53.94%,***,based on the test results,the damage variation is constructed considering the montmorillonite content and stress level,and the M–S creep damage constitutive model of soft rock is ***,the test results can be ftted with determination coefcients ranging from 0.9020 to 0.9741,which proves that the constitutive relation can refect the infuence of the clay mineral content in the samples *** study has an important reference for revealing the long-term stability control mechanism of soft rock roadway rich in clay minerals.
