By anchoring Tb^(3+)ions on its free carboxyl groups of the nanocaged NiMOF,a dual-emission self-calibrating sensor of Tb^(3+)@NiMOF was fabricated through coordination post-synthetic modification(PSM)*** Tb^(3+)ions as the secondary fluorescent signal and sensing active sites,Tb^(3+)@NiMOF presents great potentials in visually and efficiently monitoring EPI in serum,with high sensitivity and selectivity,fast response,excellent recyclable,and the low detection limit(LOD,3.06 ng/mL).Furthermore,a tandem combinational logic gate based intelligent detection system was constructed to improve the practicability and convenience of epinephrine(EPI)detection in serum by comparing the light emitted colour with the series standard colour cards preset in the *** work provides a promising approach of developing metal-organic frameworks(MOFs)based self-calibrating sensors for intelligent detection of bioactive molecules.

An efficient mass transfer process is a critical factor for regulating catalytic activity in a photocatalytic desulfurization ***,a phosphotungstic acid(HPW)active center is successfully composited with a quaternary ammonium phosphotungstate-based hexadecyltrimethylammonium chloride ionic liquid(CTAC-HPW)by the ion exchange method for the photocatalytic oxidative desulfurization of dibenzothiophene *** keggin structure of HPW and highly mass transfer performance of organic cations synergistically enhanced the photocatalytic activity towards the effective convertion of dibenzothiophene(DBT)with the excitation of visible *** deep desulfurization(<10 mg·kg^(-1))is attained within 30 min,and well stability is demonstrated within 25 ***,the CTAC-HPW photocatalyst projects well selectivity to interference from coexisting compounds such as olefins and aromatic hydrocarbons and universality of dibenzothiophenes,for example,4-methyldibenzothiophene(4-MDBT)and 4,6-dimethyldibenzothiophene(4,6-DMDBT).Ultimately,a possible photocatalytic desulfurization mechanism is proposed according to the Gaschromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS),proving that the final product is the corresponding *** trapping experiment and electron spin resonance(ESR)analysis confirmed that h^(+)and,COOH played critical roles in the oxidation *** work offers a practicable strategy for efficiently converting DBT to DBTO_(2) with added value.

Aim: To explore the application effect of external diaphragm pacemaker combined with active respiratory circulation technology in pulmonary rehabilitation of perioperative lung cancer patients. Methods: A total of 98 lung cancer patients admitted to our hospital from April 2020 to November 2021 were selected as the observation objects, and then divided into a control group and an observation group using the random number table method, with 49 cases in each group. The control group received routine admission guidance and active respiratory circulation training, while the observation group was supplemented with external diaphragm pacemaker on the basis of the control group. The intervention effect was evaluated by blood gas indicators, pulmonary function indicators, diaphragm function indicators, sputum comfort degree, and activity tolerance indicators before and after intervention. Results: Before intervention, there were no significant differences in blood gas analysis indicators, pulmonary function indicators, diaphragm function indicators, sputum comfort degree, and activity tolerance indicators between the two groups (P > 0.05). After intervention, the improvement degree of the above indicators in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusions: The application of external diaphragm pacemaker combined with active respiratory circulation technology in pulmonary rehabilitation of perioperative lung cancer patients is significant, which can effectively improve the pulmonary function, blood gas function, and diaphragm function of lung cancer patients after surgery, and improve the activities of daily living and quality of life of patients.

Background and purpose Recent observational studies have reported that serum total homocysteine(tHcy)is associated with intracranial aneurysms(IAs).However,the causal effect of tHcy on IAs is *** leveraged large-scale genetic association and real-world data to investigate the causal effect of tHcy on IA *** We performed a two-sample Mendelian randomisation(MR)using publicly available genome-wide association studies summary statistics to investigate the causal relationship between tHcy and IAs,following the recommendations of the Strengthening the Reporting of Observational Studies in Epidemiology-MR ***,a propensity score matching(PSM)analysis was conducted to evaluate the detailed effects of tHcy on risk of IA formation by utilizing real-world multicentre data,including 9902 patients with and without IAs(1:1 matched).Further interaction and subgroup analyses were performed to elucidate how tHcy affects risk of IA *** MR analyses indicated that genetically determined tHcy was causally associated with IA risk(OR,1.38,95%CI 1.07 to 1.79;p=0.018).This is consistent with the more conservative weighted median analysis(OR,1.41,95%CI 1.03 to 1.93;p=0.039).Further sensitivity analyses showed no evidence of horizontal pleiotropy or heterogeneity of single nucleotide polymorphisms in causal *** to the PSM study,we found that,compared with low tHcy(≤15μmol/L),moderate tHcy(>15-30μmol/L)(OR 2.13,95%CI 1.93 to 2.36)and high tHcy(>30μmol/L)(OR 3.66,95%CI 2.71 to 4.95)were associated with a higher IA risk(p trend<0.001).Subgroup analyses demonstrated significant ORs of tHcy in each subgroup when stratified by traditional cardiovascular risk ***,there was also a synergistic effect of tHcy and hypertension on IA risk(p interaction<0.001;the relative excess risk due to interaction=1.65,95%CI 1.29 to 2.01).Conclusion Both large-scale genetic evidence and multicentre real-world data support a causal as
