Online advertising click-through rate(CTR) prediction is aimed at predicting the probability of a user clicking an ad,and it has undergone considerable development in recent *** of the hot topics in this area is the construction of feature interactions to facilitate accurate *** machine provides second-order feature interactions by linearly multiplying hidden feature ***,real-world data present a complex and nonlinear ***,second-order feature interactions are unable to represent cross information *** drawback has been addressed using deep neural networks(DNNs),which enable high-order nonlinear feature ***,DNN-based feature interactions cannot easily optimize deep structures because of the absence of cross information in the original *** this study,we propose an effective CTR prediction algorithm called CAN,which explicitly exploits the benefits of attention mechanisms and DNN *** attention mechanism is used to provide rich and expressive low-order feature interactions and facilitate the optimization of DNN-based predictors that implicitly incorporate high-order nonlinear feature *** experiments using two real datasets demonstrate that our proposed CAN model performs better than other cross feature-and DNN-based predictors.

The open science movement has gained significant momentum within the last few *** comes along with the need to store and share research artefacts,such as publications and research *** this purpose,research repositories need to be established.A variety of solutions exist for implementing such repositories,covering diverse features,ranging from custom depositing workflows to social media-like *** this article,we introduce the FAIREST principles,a framework inspired by the well-known FAIR principles,but designed to provide a set of metrics for assessing and selecting solutions for creating digital repositories for research *** goal is to support decision makers in choosing such a solution when planning for a repository,especially at an institutional *** metrics included are therefore based on two pillars:(1)an analysis of established features and functionalities,drawn from existing dedicated,general purpose and commonly used solutions,and(2)a literature review on general requirements for digital repositories for research artefacts and related *** further describe an assessment of 11 widespread solutions,with the goal to provide an overview of the current landscape of research data repository solutions,identifying gaps and research challenges to be addressed.

Numerical evaluation on sub-Nyquist spectrum reconstruction methods

This paper considers the problem of exponential practical stabilization of a continuous-time linear time-invariant system in the presence of bounded network delay and process noise. We utilize a model-based periodic event-triggered control strategy which can extract the information contained in the sampling time instants to save quantization bits. Sufficient estimation error conditions to guarantee the prescribed convergence rate are investigated, and appropriate event-triggered control strategies that ensure the desired performance are implemented in this paper. Compared with the time-driven strategies, our method can break the conventional lower bound of the bit rate condition. Simulations are provided to illustrate the proposed strategies.

1 Introduction As wireless technology continues to expand,there is a growing concern about the efficient use of spectrum *** though a significant portion of the spectrum is allocated to licensed primary users(PUs),studies indicate that their actual utilization is often limited to between 5%to 10%[1].The underutilization of spectrum has given rise to cognitive radio(CR)technology,which allows secondary users(SUs)to opportunistically access these underused resources[2].However,wideband spectrum sensing,the key of CR,is limited by the need for high-speed analog-to-digital converters(ADCs),which are costly and *** spectrum sensing(CSS)addresses this challenge by employing sub-Nyquist rate *** efficiency of active transmission detection heavily depends on the quality of spectrum reconstruction.

1 Introduction The fact that the spectrum resource is underutilised in certain bands has motivated the dynamic spectrum access(DSA)approach,which enables unlicensed secondary users(SUs)equipped with cognitive radio(CR)devices to access the spectrum without causing significant interference to primary users(PUs).Nowadays,the increasing bandwidth for wireless communication in millimetre-wave and Terahertz frequency bands puts higher requirements on the performance of spectrum sensing technique,the primary enabler of DSA.

In this paper, the robust centralized fusion Kalman filtering problem is studied for a class of networked multisensor systems with packet dropouts, uncertain noise variances and linearly correlated noises. The measurement noises and process noises are linearly correlated. By augmentation of the state and measurement, the original system is converted into a stochastic parameter system with uncertain noise variances. Further, using the fictitious noises approach, the original system is converted into one with constant parameter and uncertain noise variances. According to the minimax robust estimation principle, based on the worst-case centralized fusion system with the conservative upper bounds of the noise variances, the robust centralized fusion time-varying Kalman predictor is presented. By use of the Lyapunov equation approach, and introducing a matrix, the robustness of the proposed fused predictor is proved in the sense that its actual prediction error variance is guaranteed to have the corresponding minimal upper bound for all admissible uncertainties. The accuracy relations among the robust local and fused time-varying Kalman predictors are proved. Simulation results show the effectiveness and correctness of the proposed results.

Polymer-based thermally conductive composites have attracted tremendous interest in thermal management of ***,it remains challenging to achieve high thermal conductivity partly because the difficulty to obtain favorable distribution and orientation of conductive fillers within the polymer ***,networked boron nitride(BN)conductive pathway was realized within the poly(lactic acid)(PLA)matrix,via regenerated cellulose(RC)-assisted assembly of BN on Pickering emulsion interface based on the noncovalent interaction,followed by solvent evaporation and *** strong noncovalent interactions between BN and RC were found critical to enhance the wettability and stability of BN in aqueous media with a lowest mass ratio of 1:40 of RC and *** obtained PLA/BN composites feature a thermal conductivity of 1.06 W/(m K)at 28.4 wt%BN loading,representing an enhancement of 430%comparing to neat PLA,and the crystallinity of the composites could increase significantly from11.7%(neat PLA)to 43.7%.This simple,environmentally friendly and effective strategy could be easily extended for effective construction of thermally conductive composites.
