Bulging Performance and Quality Control of Aluminum Alloy Tailor-welded Overlapping sheets Based on Interface Friction

In order to s.l.e the problem of poor formability caused by different materials and properties in the process of tailor-welded sheets forming,a forming method was proposed to change the stress state of tailor-welded sheets by covering the tailor-welded sheets with better plastic properties overlapping *** the same time,the interface friction effect between the overlapping and tailor-welded sheets was utilized to control the stress magnitude and further improve the formability and quality of the tailor-welded *** this work,the bulging process of the tailor-welded overlapping sheets was taken as the research *** alloy tailor-welded overlapping sheets bulging specimens were studied by a combination of finite element analysis and experimental *** res.l.s show that the appropriate use of interface friction between tailor-welded and overlapping sheets can improve the formability of tailor-welded sheets and control the flow of weld seam to improve the forming *** increasing the interface friction coefficient on the side of tailor-welded sheets with higher strength and decreasing that on the side of tailor-welded sheets with lower strength,the deformation of the tailor-welded sheets are more uniform,the offset of the weld seam is minimal,the limit bulging height is maximal,and the forming quality is optimal.

Zynamite®, a special extract from Mangifera indica, exerted stimulatory properties on the central nervous system during a pilot study. The question arose if Zynamite®?would have a similar action on the central nervous system as caffeine. Two well established animal models were used: a) quantitation of spectral power of field potentials in the freely moving rat and b) induction of long term potentiation (lTP) in the hippocampus slice preparation ex vivo after one week of daily administration. In the presence of 25 mg/kg of Zynamite®, predominantly alpha2 and beta1 spectral frequencies were attenuated in all brain areas during the first hour after administration. Exactly this pattern of frequency changes had been observed in earlier studies with i.p. administration of caffeine. Discriminant analysis confirmed this similarity by projection of Zynamite®?and 0.5 mg/kg caffeine into close neighborhood and showing identical colours, which points to a similar mechanism of action in this analysis. In addition, when Zynamite®?was combined with very low doses of caffeine synergistic effects were observed. since alpha2 waves are under the control of dopamine, activation of this neurotransmitter system might be responsible for the stimulating property of Zynamite®. These res.l.s are corroborated by the res.l.s from the ex vivo study using the hippocampus slice in vitro to follow changes in excitability in the presence of 0.5 mg/kg of caffeine, 25 mg/kg of Zynamite®?or their combination in comparison to Placebo after daily administration for one week. Both caffeine and Zynamite®?increased lTP. lTP relates to space and time dependent memory. From these studies it is evident that both caffeine and Zynamite®?act in similar ways on brain electrical activity, and have potential to improve cognitive function. This work shows, after a brief introduction to Riemann zeta function , the demonstration that all non-trivial zeros of this function lies on the so-called “critical line”,, the one Hardy demonstrated in his famous work that infinite countable zeros of the above function can be found on it. Thus, out of this strip, the only remaining zeros of this function are the so-called “trivial ones” . After an analytical introduction reminding the existence of a germ from a generic zero lying in , we show through a Weierstrass-Hadamard representation approach of the above germ that non-trivial zeros out of cannot be found.

Bound states in the continuum （BICs） are perfectly localized resonances despite embedding in the continuum ***,an is.l.ted BIC is very sensitive to the structure ***,we report merging acoustic BICs in a single open resonator,robust against the structure *** find that both symmetry-protected BIC and Friedrich-Wintgen BIC are sustained in a single coupled waveguide-resonator *** varying the height and length of the resonator,these two BICs move toward each other and merge into a single one at a critical *** to an individual BIC,the merged BIC is robust against fabrication error because its Q-factor is proportional to Δl-4,whereΔl embodies the structure *** essence of this extraordinary phenomenon is perfectly explained by the two-and three-level approximations of the effective nonHermitian ***,we present direct experimental demonstrations of the moving and merging of BICs in a coupled 3D waveguide-resonator,which are evidenced by the vanishing of the linewidth of Fano resonance in the transmission *** res.l.s may find exciting applications in designing high-quality acoustic sources,sensors and filters.

BACKGROUND life-long removal of gluten from the diet is currently the only way to manage celiac disease(CeD). Until now, no objective test has proven useful to objectively detect ingested gluten in clinical practice. Recently, tests that determine consumption of gluten by assessing excretion of gluten immunogenic peptides(GIP) in stool and urine have been developed. Their utility, in comparison with conventional dietary and analytical follow-up strategies, has not been fully *** To assess the performance of enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ElIsA) and point-of-care tests(PoCTs) for GIP excretion in CeD patients on gluten-free diet(GFD).METHODs We conducted an observational, prospective, cross-sectional study in patients following a GFD for at least two years. Using the Gastrointestinal symptom Rating scale questionnaire, patients were classified at enrollment as asymptomatic or symptomatic. Gluten consumption was assessed twice by 3-d dietary recall and GIP excretion(by ElIsA in stool and PoCTs(commercial kits for stool and urine) in two consecutive samples. These samples and dietary reports were obtained 10 day apart one from the other. Patients were encouraged to follow their usual GFD during the study *** Forty-four patients were enrolled, of which 19(43.2%) were symptomatic despite being on a GFD. Overall, 83 sets of stool and/or urine samples were *** out of 44 patients(25.0%) had at least one positive GIP test. The occurrence of at least one positive test was 32% in asymptomatic patients compared with 15.8% in symptomatic patients. GIP was concordant with dietary reports in 65.9% of cases(Cohen′s kappa: 0.317). PoCT detected dietary indiscretions. Both ElIsA and PoCT in stool were concordant(concomitantly positive or negative) in 67 out of 74(90.5%) samples.
