Objective To investigate the effect of clonal hematopoiesis (CH) in remission on hematopoiesis recovery in patients with NPM1 mutated acute myeloid leukemia (AML) after chemotherapy.Methods Retrospective analysis was performed on 86 patients with NPM1^(mut) AML newly diagnosed and treated in the First Affiliated Hospital of Soochow University between July2016 and June 2019.Their clinical data and NGS test results at diagnosis were analyzed.

Objective To explore the feasibility of sirolimus as an alternative graft versus host disease (GVHD)prophylaxis in patients with kidney injury after allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (allo-HSCT).Methods Medical records of 11 patients in Peking University People’s Hospital from 1 August 2008 to 31October 2022,who received sirolimus instead of cyclosporine to prevent GVHD.

Objective To improve the technology of GuanxinⅡprescription and observe its effect on cardiac function in rats after acute myocardial infarction(AMI).Methods The extraction process of GuanxinⅡprescription was improved and optimized to obtain the filtrate and purified eluent and the main components were analyzed by high performance liquid chromatography.AMI model rats were established by ligating left anterior descending coronary artery.
