It is important to identify atmospheric environmental drivers of childhood asthma because asthma is the most common chronic disease in children *** provided an overview of the impacts of exposure to atmospheric environmental factors(e.g.,meteorological factors and air pollutants)on childhood asthma,based on a series of studies with the cutting-edge environmental epidemiological methodology in Shanghai,***,we found that the prevalence of asthma among the children aged 3–7 years had increased by approximately 7 fold,from 2.1%in 1990 to 14.6%in *** meteorological factors(*** mean temperature,temperature difference,air pressure,air pressure difference,precipitation,relative humidity,sunshine and wind speed)and air pollutants(PM10,PM2.5,NO2,SO2 and O3)were significantly associated with childhood asthma(p<0.05),but meteorological factors appeared to play more important roles than air pollutants in the occurrence of asthma *** also found that temperature variability was significantly associated with the elevated relative risk of daily outpatient visits for childhood asthma(p<0.05).Furthermore,we conducted a systematic review on climate change adaptation measures and childhood asthma and found that there were a number of adaptation measures proposed for childhood asthma in response to climate change,including vulnerability assessment,improving ventilation and heating,enhancing community education,developing forecast models,and early warning ***,the effectiveness of most adaptation measures,except for improving ventilation and heating in winter,have not been explored and *** asthma is sensitive to the variation of atmospheric environmental conditions,it is critical to develop and implement appropriate climate change mitigation and adaptation strategies as global heating becomes apparent.

Alzheimer’s disease(AD)is the most common neurodegenerative disease in the elderly ***,the complexity of AD pathogenesis leads to discrepancies in the understanding of this disease,and may be the main reason for the failure of AD drug ***,many ongoing preclinical and clinical studies will continually open up avenues to unravel disease mechanisms and guide strategies for AD diagnosis and drug *** example,immunotherapeutic strategies targeting amyloid-β(Aβ)and tau proteins were once deemed almost certainly effective in clinical treatment due to the excellent preclinical ***,the repeated failures of clinical trials on vaccines and humanized anti-Aβand anti-tau monoclonal antibodies have resulted in doubts on this ***,a new anti-Aβmonoclonal antibody(Aducanumab)has been approved by the US Food and Drug Administration,which brings us back to the realization that immunotherapy strategies targeting Aβmay be still ***,immunotherapies based on other targets such as tau,microglia and gut-brain axis are also under *** research is still needed to clarify the forms and epitopes of targeted proteins to improve the accuracy and effectiveness of immunotherapeutic *** this review,we focus on the immunotherapies based on Aβ,tau and microglia and their mechanisms of action in *** addition,we present up-to-date advances and future perspectives on immunotherapeutic strategies for AD.

This paper describes an application study of Magneto-Rheological(MR)grease damper to a structure with three *** fuid is known as one of successful smart materials whose rheological properties can be varied by magnetic feld strength,and has been applied to various kinds of device such as dampers,clutches,engine mounts,***,ferromagnetic particles dispersed in MR fuid settle out of the suspension after a certain interval due to the density difference between the particles and their career *** overcome this defect,we have developed a new type of controllable working fuid using grease as the career of magnetic *** of thickener in grease is expected to hold the magnetic particles and prevent them from settled *** or little sedimentation was observed in MR grease whose characteristics could be controlled by the magnetic feld *** grease was introduced into a cylindrical damper and its performance was *** a result,it was confrmed that the damping force of MR grease damper could be controlled by the applied electric current to the coil in the cylinder of ***,vibration response of a three-story model structure equipped with MR grease damper was investigated experimentally,and it was shown that MR grease damper worked effectively as a semi-active damper.

With the development of knowledge graphs, a series of applications based on knowledge graphs have emerged. The incompleteness of knowledge graphs makes the effect of the downstream applications affected by the quality of the knowledge graphs. To improve the quality of knowledge graphs, translation-based graph embeddings such as TransE, learn structural information by representing triples as low-dimensional dense vectors. However, it is difficult to generalize to the unseen entities that are not observed during training but appear during testing. Other methods use the powerful representational ability of pre-trained language models to learn entity descriptions and contextual representation of triples. Although they are robust to incompleteness, they need to calculate the score of all candidate entities for each triple during inference. We consider combining two models to enhance the robustness of unseen entities by semantic information, and prevent combined explosion by reducing inference overhead through structured information. We use a pre-training language model to code triples and learn the semantic information within them, and use a hyperbolic space-based distance model to learn structural information, then integrate the two types of information together. We evaluate our model by performing link prediction experiments on standard datasets. The experimental results show that our model achieves better performances than state-of-the-art methods on two standard datasets.

A lot of authenticated quantum dialogue protocols are springing up. Many of them have the problem of information leakage, or suffer from Man-In-TheMiddle attack. Some protocols can guarantee security, but have relatively low efficiency. Based on the above situation, we present a novel authenticated quantum dialogue protocol by using Bell states and entanglement *** this protocol, we adopt Einstein-Podolsky-Rosen(EPR)pairs to detect eavesdropping and transmit secret messages. We employ polarized photons to achieve authentication of users’ identity information. Compared with other quantum dialogue schemes with authentication, our protocol has several advantages. The transmitted particles are passed once and do not carry any secret messages. The proposed protocol can overcome the drawback of information leakage and resist against typical attacks. The efficiency is acceptable.

This paper presents a novel approach for checking route oscillation of border gateway protocol（BGP） quickly,by which the privacy of routing policies of autonomous system（AS） can be ***,route update chain tag（RUCT） is constructed to track the forwarding of update report,and local routing library is made to record the changing history of update *** route oscillation can be identified by analyzing correlative state of RUCT and local routing *** characteristic of this approach is that an arbitrary AS can check route oscillation alone only by sharing its network ID,which greatly respects the pri-vacy of routing policies for each *** paper shows that both looping in RUCT and consecutive positive-negative report in local record are sufficient conditions for route *** experiments demonstrate the availability and efficiency of the proposed approach.

Dynamic soaring,which harvests energy from the wind,can enhance Unmanned Aerial Vehicles'(UAVs')range and ***,energy harvesting efficiency issues hinder UAV applications,which can be addressed by wing ***,this study investigates the influence of albatross wing morphing during dynamic *** constructing a parametric model,the shape of the albatross wing can be modeled and achieve morphing based on *** the video data,this paper summarizes the typical wing morphing patterns of the albatross and notices that changes primarily occur during the leeward descent *** paper first analyzes the aerodynamic performance of different wing morphing patterns and finds that the drag coefficient can be reduced by 7.75%with a suitable morphing *** paper also explores the drag coefficient reduction mechanism and finds that downwash airflow decreases by 30.32%after wingtip ***,the lift-to-drag ratio shows minimal variation under different morphing patterns,within 2%.From the stability perspective,this study finds that the neutral point position changes after *** maximum longitudinal static margin change is 4.9%,enhancing longitudinal stability by increasing the restorative moment *** lateral neutral point is 4.87%closer to the center of gravity,decreasing the roll and yaw *** can be observed that wingtip anhedral significantly increases the stability of the ***,a flight simulation is carried out to study the morphing influence on trajectory and energy *** results show that maximum energy gained is improved by 47.99%,and endurance is increased by 13.05%.The results also indicate that the effects of wing morphing are global rather than limited to the phase of morphing ***,based on the results,this paper proposes wing morphing regularity about the wingtip for *** bends downward can significantly increase the UAVs'stability and reduce drag,but the

In recent years,the hybrid shish-kebab structure with excellent physical properties and functionalities has attracted much attention because it provides a way of blending nanofibers with different properties into polymer matrix in a regular *** is often not easy to induce the formation of the hierarchically ordered structure for the semi-crystalline polymer in heterogeneous shish-kebab structure.A poly(lactic acid)(PLA)/poly(ε-caprolactone)(PCL)heterogeneous shish-kebab structure,i.e.,the PCL crystals periodically crystallized onto PLA nanofibers,was successfully created and the interfacial crystal morphology of the PLA/PCL heterogeneous shish-kebab structure was observed using scanning electron microscopy and atomic force *** aqueous solution was applied to modify the surface of the PLA nanofibers to produce adsorption sites and carboxyl *** total reflectance Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(ATR-FTIR)and X-ray diffraction(XRD)results demonstrated that the formation of the heterogeneous shish-kebab structure was mainly due to the hydrogen bonding interaction between the kebab and shish interface,and the growth process of the kebab crystals also promoted the crystallization of the shish *** heterogeneous nanostructure of biodegradable polymers will have great applications in tissue engineering and regenerative medicine.
