The dynamic capacitated location allocation problem in the military supportive network（DCLAP-MSN） is a representative of combinative optimization problems,and its optimization process is *** this reason,a dynamic capacitated location allocation model is provided ***,a hybrid heuristic algorithm which combines genetic algorithm,repair algorithm of solutions and greedy search,is proposed as the solving *** optimization performance is improved by effectively integrating the repair algorithm of solutions and greedy search with genetic *** experiment results indicate that the proposed algorithm is a feasible and effective method for the problem.

Application of a novel constrained wavelet threshold denoising method in ensemble-based background-error variance

A more efficiem noise filtering technique is needed in ensemble data assimilation, to improve traditional spectral filtering methods that cannot reflect the local characteristics of spatial scales. In this paper, we present the design of a novel constrained wavelet threshold denoising method （CWTDNM） by introducing an improved threshold value and a new constraining parameter. The proposed method aims to filter noise swamped over different scales. We prepared an ideal experiment object based on the two-dimensional barotropic vorticity equation. A suitable wavelet basis function （i.e., Dbl 1） and the optimal number of decomposition levels （i.e., five） were first selected. The results show that, given the wavelet coefficients are constrained by the parameter, the CWTDNM can produce better filtering results with the smallest root mean square error （RMSE） compared to similar methods. In addition, the filtering accuracy of 10 ensemble sample variances using the CWTDNM is equivalent to that estimated directly from 80 ensemble samples, but with the runtime reduced to approximately one-seventh. Furthermore, a large peak signal-to-noise ratio, which implies a low RMSE, suggests that the proposed method suitably preserves most of the information after denoising.

Infanticide is killing of a child<12 months of age by a mother who has not fully recovered from the effects of pregnancy,giving birth and lactation,and suffers some degree of mental ***,in India,infanticide means unlawful destruction of a newly bom child and is regarded as murder in law and is punishable under section 302 completely neglecting postpartum psychiatric state of mothers5 *** studies have indicated a high incidence of postpartum depression in mother of developing as well as developed *** lack of awareness in medical fraternity,legal experts,and society leads to miscarriage of *** this article,we have compared legal status of infanticide in various countries vis-a-vis India and thus tried to arrive at a more humane and pragmatic approach in cases of infanticide keeping in mind the psychological state of mother,gender inequality,weak public health infrastructure,and the prevalent practice of homicide of unwanted/female child.A psychiatric or medical assessment model of mother by panel of experts in case of infanticide should be *** and awareness of postpartum psychiatric illness among medical professionals,legal persons,and society is an important aspect.

Although dense interconnection datacenter networks(DCNs)(e.g.,Fat Tree) provide multiple paths and high bisection bandwidth for each server pair,the widely used single-path Transmission Control Protocol(TCP)and equal-cost multipath(ECMP) transport protocols cannot achieve high resource utilization due to poor resource excavation and *** this paper,we present LESSOR,a performance-oriented multipath forwarding scheme to improve DCNs' resource *** adopting an Open Flow-based centralized control mechanism,LESSOR computes near-optimal transmission path and bandwidth provision for each flow according to the global network view while maintaining nearly real-time network view with the performance-oriented flow observing *** and comprehensive simulations show that LESSOR can efficiently improve the network throughput,which is higher than ECMP by 4.9%–38.3% under different *** also provides 2%–27.7% improvement of throughput compared with ***,LESSOR decreases the average flow completion time significantly.

Boson sampling is a promising candidate for demonstrating quantum supremacy. The validation that involves judging whether a quantum setup outputs photons following the boson sampling model is an essential task in the experiments. However, the current validation methods may result in an incorrect conclusion being reached in realistic experiments, in which no ideally identical photons exist. Accordingly, this study proposes a slope-based approach, which is an extended Bayesian validation, to model the degree of photon indistinguishability. Through numerical simulations and performance evaluations, we demonstrate that the proposed approach can correctly validate boson sampling against the distribution of classical particles. In addition to offering a useful approach for validation, our research indicates that physicists should pay more attention to the quality of photon indistinguishability in boson sampling experiments.

A novel electrode material based on chemically modified graphene （CMG） with aminophenyl groups is covalently functionalized by a nucleophilic ring-opening reaction between the epoxy groups of graphene oxide and the aminophenyl groups of p-phenylenediamine. Palladium nanoparticles with an average diameter of 4.2 nm are deposited on the CMG by a liquid-phase borohydride reduction. The electrocatalytic activity and stability of the Pd/CMG composite towards formic acid oxidation are found to be higher than those of reduced graphene oxide and commercial carbon materials such as Vulcan XC-72 supported Pd electrocatalysts.

Methotrexate, which is used to treat many malignancies and autoimmune diseases, affects brain functions including hippocampal-dependent memory function. However, the precise mechanisms underlying methotrexate-induced hippocampal dysfunction are poorly understood. To evaluate temporal changes in synaptic plasticity-related signals, the expression and activity of N-methyI-D-aspartic acid receptor 1, calcium/calmodulin-dependent protein kinase II, extracellular signal-regulated kinase 1/2, cAMP responsive element-binding protein, glutamate receptor 1, brain-derived neurotrophic factor, and glial cell line-derived neurotrophic factor were examined in the hippocampi of adult C57BL/6 mice after methotrexate （40 mg/kg） intraperitoneal injection. Western blot analysis showed biphasic changes in synaptic plasticity-related signals in adult hippocampi following methotrexate treatment. N-methyI-D-aspartic acid receptor 1, calcium/calmodulin-dependent protein kinase II, and glutamate receptor 1 were acutely activated during the early phase （1 day post-injection）, while extracellular signal-regulated kinase 1/2 and cAMP responsive element-binding protein activation showed biphasic increases during the eady （1 day post-injection） and late phases （7-14 days post-injection）. Brain-derived neurotrophic factor and glial cell line-derived neurotrophic factor expression increased significantly during the late phase （7-14 days post-injection）. Therefore, methotrexate treatment affects synaptic plasticity-related signals in the adult mouse hippocampus, suggesting that changes in synaptic plasticity-related signals may be associated with neuronal survival and plasticity-related cellular remodeling.
