In order to realize high precision of environment parameters detection in irrigation applications,a sensor and sensor network(SSN) ontology based data fusion method is *** SSN sub-ontology for soilstate monitoring is revised,which includes the sensing devices hierarchies and measurement properties selection according to the detection feature *** for sensor data processing,a tuning data method by data pool filtering and clustering is adopted,as well as a useful data fusion method for multi-sensor *** testing results show that both the accuracy and efficiency of the proposed method are higher after related filtering and clustering process,which enables a thorough monitoring for intelligent irrigation systems and can be extended into environment monitoring and control applications.

Cell membrane-camouflaged nanoparticles possess inherent advantages derived from their membrane structure and surface antigens,including prolonged circulation in the bloodstream,specific cell recognition and targeting capabilities,and potential for ***,we introduce a cell membrane biomimetic nanodrug platform termed MPB-3BP@CM *** microporous Prussian blue nanoparticles(MPB NPs)serving as both a photothermal sensitizer and carrier for 3-bromopyruvate(3BP),these nanoparticles are cloaked in a genetically programmable cell membrane displaying variants of signal regulatory proteinα(SIRPα)with enhanced affinity to *** a result,MPB-3BP@CM NPs inherit the characteristics of the original cell membrane,exhibiting an extended circulation time in the bloodstream and effectively targeting CD47 on the cytomembrane of colorectal cancer(CRC)***,blocking CD47 with MPB-3BP@CM NPs enhances the phagocytosis of CRC cells by ***,3BP,an inhibitor of hexokinase II(HK2),suppresses glycolysis,leading to a reduction in adenosine triphosphate(ATP)levels and lactate ***,it promotes the polarization of tumor-associated macrophages(TAMs)towards an anti-tumor M1 ***,integration with MPB NPs-mediated photothermal therapy(PTT)enhances the therapeutic efficacy against *** advantages make MPB-3BP@CM NPs an attractive platform for the future development of innovative therapeutic approaches for ***,it introduces a universal approach for engineering disease-tailored cell membranes for tumor therapy.

The simplified flow of drilling process in the soil hardening or oil rig site was experimentally investigated. Two flow models were used. One is the concentric cylinders with helical protrusion at the inner cylinder. The other is the concentric plain wall cylinders with axial flow. The radius ratio and aspect ratio of both models are the same with 0. 65 and 48,respectively. The mud is the typical fluid seen in the soil hardening processes. We used the water and the mud for the working fluid. We used the optical PIV for the water flow measurement and echo PIV for the mud flow. In case of the water study,the dominant vortical structures appeared in both the protrusion and plain model with axial *** case of mud flow,the vortices shown in the water model disappeared and the push and pull-up motion by the protrusion is dominant. We believe this information can be useful to understand the flow physics of drilling process in the complex fluid flow.

Organic compounds have the advantages of green sustainability and high designability,but their high solubility leads to poor durability of zinc-organic ***,a high-performance quinone-based polymer(H-PNADBQ)material is designed by introducing an intramolecular hydrogen bonding(HB)*** intramolecular HB(C=O⋯N-H)is formed in the reaction of 1,4-benzoquinone and 1,5-naphthalene diamine,which efficiently reduces the H-PNADBQ solubility and enhances its charge transfer in *** situ ultraviolet-visible analysis further reveals the insolubility of H-PNADBQ during the electrochemical cycles,enabling high durability at different current ***,the H-PNADBQ electrode with high loading(10 mg cm^(-2))performs a long cycling life at 125 mA g^(-1)(>290 cycles).The H-PNADBQ also shows high rate capability(137.1 mAh g^(−1)at 25 A g^(−1))due to significantly improved kinetics inducted by intramolecular *** work provides an efficient approach toward insoluble organic electrode materials.

Analyzing distributions for travel time data collected using radiofrequency identification technique in urban road networks

Travel time distribution studies are fundamental for supporting transportation system reliability studies, particularly for urban road networks. However, such studies are generally based on travel time data sets with limited sample sizes, which provide inconsistent findings. In this paper, a large amount of travel time data collected from the emerging radio frequency identification(RFID) technique are used to conduct empirical investigations and estimations of travel time distributions, and three major findings are determined. First, travel time data are shown to have a complex statistical structure: the travel time distribution is in general peaky, multi-modal, and skewed to the right, which cross validates findings shown in previous publications. Second, unimodal distribution models are shown to be unable to capture the complex statistical dynamics embedded in the travel time data; therefore,a multistate distribution model is more appropriate for modeling travel time distributions. In this respect, a three-component gaussian mixture model(GMM) is tested and results consistently outperform those of unimodal distribution models. Finally, the aggregation time interval is shown to have a trivial effect on the shape of travel time distributions: the travel time distribution is stable under different aggregation time intervals. Future work is recommended to investigate further travel time variabilities and travel time distribution estimations.

Synthesis of Spherical (Y,Gd)BO_3:Eu^(3+)Phosphor Using W/O Emulsion System

Spherical （Y, Gd）BO3：Eu^3＋ phosphor particles with a narrow size distribution（2 -4 μm） was obtained by firing the Y-Gd-Eu-BO3 precursor prepared in a W/O style emulsion system. In the W/O emulsion system, kerosene, used as oil phase, was mixed with Span 80 and Tween 80 compounds which were employed as the emulsifier with an HLB （hydrophile-lipophile balance） value of 5.2- 5.3. Both rare earths （Y, Gd and Eu） nitrate and boric acid solution or ammonia solution were used as aqueous phase. The synthesis conditions, such as emulsion composition, emulsifying style, precipitation reaction process, reaction temperature, morphology control, and so on, were investigated, and the optimum synthesis conditions for preparing spherical （Y, Gd）BO3：Eu^3＋ phosphor was obtained. The phosphor was characterized by XRD, SEM, laser particle size analysis, emission and excitation spectrum under vacuum ultraviolet （VUV）, and so on. The phosphor synthesized using the water-in-oil emulsion method with median diameter （D50） of 2 - 4 μm shows agreeable photoluminescence （PL） property and sphericity. The main emission peak appears at about 593 nm, which corresponds to ^5D0→^7F1 transition （magnetic-dipole transition） of the Eu^3＋ ion. The cell parameters and powder diffraction data were indexed. The structure of the phosphor belongs to the hexagonal system with space group P63/m.

Since the elucidation that sugar-lectin interactions contribute to the understanding of ‘‘Glycomics' ', how to construct glycosensors with rapid response, excellent sensitivity and selectivity is of intense research interest. Herein, we report the design of three NIR emissive glyco-probes based on diketopyrrolopyrrole(DPPs) conjugated with two(DPPG), four(DPPF-G) and six(DPPS-G) galactose groups. All three molecules could probe lectins with excellent sensitivity and selectivity. The increase of glyco-DPP emission in NIR region upon interaction with lectin is due to the aggregates formation induced by sugar-lectin interactions, which have been verified by dynamic light scattering(DLS) and scanning electronic microscope(SEM) *** to the multiple glyco-ligands on DPPS-G, it has been successfully used to stain Hep G2 cells through interactions between galactose and asialogly-coprotein(ASGP-R), which are overexpressed on the surface of Hep G2 cells.
