Solution-processed Cu（In,Ga）Se2（CIGS） solar cells suffer from serious carrier recombination and power conversion efficiency（PCE） loss because of the poor film properties and easy formation of ***, we propose Ag&Se co-selenization strategy to enhance the crystallization and passivate harmful defects of the CIGS films. The formation of Ag-Se phase during the selenization process enables the formation of large grains and suppresses the deep level defects. It is found that Ag doping can enlarge the depletion region width, lower the Urbach energy and prolong the carrier lifetime. As a result, a champion solution-processed CIGS solar cell presents a high efficiency of 16.48% with the highly improved opencircuit voltage（VOC） of 662 m V and fill factor（FF） of 75.8%. This work provides an efficient strategy to prepare high quality solution-processed CIGS films for high-performance CIGS solar cells.

We demonstrate that Mycobacterium tuberculosis recombinant leucine-responsive regulatory protein （rLrp） inhibits lipopolysaccharide （LPS）-induced tumor necrosis factor alpha （TNF-a）, interleukin-6, and interleukin-12 production and blocks the nuclear translocation of subunits of the nuclear-receptor transcription factor NF-KB （Nuclear factor-kappa B）. Moreover, rLrp attenuated LPS-induced DNA binding and NF-κB transcriptional activity, which was accompanied by the degradation of inhibitory IκBα and a consequent decrease in the nuclear translocation of the NF-κB p65 subunit. RLrp interfered with the LPS-induced clustering of TNF receptor-associated factor 6 and with interleukin-1 receptor-associated kinase 1 binding to TAKI. Furthermore, rLrp did not attenuate proinflammatory cytokines or the expression of CD86 and major histocompatibility complex class-II induced by interferon-gamma in the macrophages of Toll-like receptor 2 deletion （TLR2-/-） mice and in protein kinase b （Akt）-depleted mouse cells, indicating that the inhibitory effects of rLrp were dependent on TLR2-mediated activation of the phosphatidylinositol 3-OH kinase （PI3K）/ Akt pathway. RLrp could also activate the PI3K/Akt pathway by stimulating the rapid phosphorylation of PI3K, Akt, and glycogen synthase kinase 3 beta in macrophages. In addition, 19 amino acid residues in the N-terminus of rLrp were determined to be important and required for the inhibitory effects mediated by TLR2. The inhibitory function of these 19 amino acids of rLrp raises the possibility that mimetic inhibitory peptides could be used to restrict innate immune responses in situations in which prolonged TLR signaling has deleterious effects. Our study offers new insight into the inhibitory mechanisms by which the TLR2-mediated PI3K/Akt pathway ensures the transient expression of potent inflammatory mediators.

Changes of Anti-tuberculosis Herbs Formula during Past Three Decades in Contrast to Ancient Ones

Objective:To investigate the evolution of herbal medicine in treating tuberculosis(TB)and encourage anti-TB drug discovery and ***:In this study,477 ancient traditional Chinese medicine formulae were collected from the Dictionary of Traditional Chinese Medicine Prescriptions and 172 modern Chinese medicine formulae(from 1986 to 2016)were collected by searching 4 databases:Wan Fang Data Knowledge Service Platform,China national Knowledge Infrastructure Database(CNKI),China Science and Technology Journal Database(VIP)and Chinese Bio-medical Literature and Retrieval System(Sino Med)in *** restricted the search to publications in *** data analysis was done using the Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System version 2 ***:There were 425 herbs in the 477 ancient formulae and 257 herbs in the 172 modern *** of the top 30 herbs were shared by both modern and ancient *** are Radix Ophiopogonis,Astragalus membranaceus,Fritillaria cirrhosa,Dried rehmannia glutinosa,Poria cocos,Angelica sinensis,Prepared rehmannia glutinosa,Platycodon Root,Radix paeoniae alba,Schisandra chinensis,Bighead atractylodes rhizome,Rhizoma anemarrhenae,Cortex lycii radicis and Radix *** two groups of herbs with a high correlation coefficient were found in both modern and ancient prescriptions,the Dried rehmannia glutinosa with Radix ophiopogonis,and Radix ophiopogonis with Prepared rehmannia *** were 9 and 15 core herb combinations in modern and ancient prescriptions,respectively,but no one was found simutaniously in both modern and ancient ***:Although there were wide variations in the herb groups and herb combinations in the formulae,half of the top 30 herbs were found in both modern and ancient *** core herb combinations in modern and ancient prescriptions could help us to improve the priscription for treatment of TB.

For space-based gravitational wave （GW） detection,the main noise source for massive black hole binaries （MBHBs） is attributed to approximately 10～7double white dwarf binaries in the *** a GW source,the amplitude of the detector response,recorded by a space-based gravitational wave detector,exhibits a modulation effect with a year period when observing the source from various orbital *** the adverse conditions mentioned above,where there is a strong foreground noise and annual modulation in the signals,we employed the wavelet transform and the strong-amplitude relevant orbital position search methods,which allows the weak MBHB sources to achieve higher locating *** detail,for two MBHB sources of lower intensity,the precision of luminosity distance,represented by the ratio ?DL/DLat the 95%confidence level,is enhanced by factors of ～*** angular resolutions,denoted by??s,are enhanced by a factor of ～*** improvements increase the number of detectable GW sources,facilitate multi-messenger follow-up observations and provide constraints on the cosmological constant.
