Regulation the electronic density of solid-state electrolyte by donor–acceptor(D–A)system can achieve highly-selective Li^(+)transportation and conduction in solid-state Li metal *** study reports a high-performance solid-state electrolyte thorough D–A-linked covalent organic frameworks(COFs)based on intramolecular charge transfer *** other reported COFbased solid-state electrolyte,the developed concept with D–A-linked COFs not only achieves electronic modulation to promote highly-selective Li^(+)migration and inhibit Li dendrite,but also offers a crucial opportunity to understand the role of electronic density in solid-state Li metal *** introduced strong electronegativity F-based ligand in COF electrolyte results in highlyselective Li^(+)(transference number 0.83),high ionic conductivity(6.7×10^(-4)s cm^(−1)),excellent cyclic ability(1000 h)in Li metal symmetric cell and high-capacity retention in Li/LiFePO_(4)cell(90.8%for 300 cycles at 5C)than substituted C-and N-based *** is ascribed to outstanding D–A interaction between donor porphyrin and acceptor F atoms,which effectively expedites electron transferring from porphyrin to F-based ligand and enhances Li^(+)***,we anticipate that this work creates insight into the strategy for accelerating Li^(+)conduction in high-performance solid-state Li metal batteries through D–A system.

Trap-assisted charge recombination is one of the primary limitationsof restricting the performance of organic solar cells. However, effectivelyreducing the presence of traps in the photoactive layer remains ***, wide bandgap polymer donor PTzBI-dF is demonstrated as an effectivemodulator for enhancing the crystallinity of the bulk heterojunction active layerscomposed of D18 derivatives blended with Y6, leading to dense and orderedmolecular packings, and thus, improves photoluminescence quenching *** a result, the photovoltaic devices exhibit reduced trap-assisted charge recombinationlosses, achieving an optimized power conversion efficiency of over 19%.Besides the efficiency enhancement, the devices comprised of PTzBI-dF as athird component simultaneously attain decreased current leakage, improved chargecarrier mobilities, and suppressed bimolecular charge recombination, leading toreduced energy losses. The advanced crystalline structures induced by PTzBI-dFand its characteristics, such as well-aligned energy level, and complementaryabsorption spectra, are ascribed to the promising performance *** findings suggest that donor phase engineering is a feasible approach to tuning the molecular packings in the active layer, providingguidelines for designing effective morphology modulators for high-performance organic solar cells.

Pulmonary arterial hypertension （PAH） is a major type of PH that is defined by a mean pulmonary arterial pressure higher than 25 mm Hg at rest or 30 mm Hg during exercise （Kovacs et al., 2009）.

Macroautophagy is an evolutionarily conserved intracellular degradation system used by life ranging from yeasts to mammals. The core autophagic machinery is composed of ATG （autophagy-related） protein constituents. One particular member of the ATG protein family, Atg7, has been the focus of recent research. Atg7 acts as an Ellike activating enzyme facilitating both microtubule-associated protein light chain 3 （LC3）- phosphatidylethanolamine and ATG12 conjugation. Thus, Atg7 stands at the hub of these two ubiquitin-like systems involving LC3 and Atg12 in autophagic vesicle expansion. In this review, I focus on the pleiotropic function of Atg7 in development, maintenance of health, and alternations of such control in disease.

Pulmonary hypertension （PH） is a progressive and devas- tating disease of various causes that is associated with structural and functional disorder and inappropriately increased pressure of pulmonary small- to medium-sized vasculature. Extensive pulmonary vascular remodeling with narrowing lumen is well characterized in all forms of PH, which is hemodynamically defined by a mean pulmonary artery pressure exceeding 25 mmHg at rest （schermuly et al., 2011; Mehari et al., 2014）. The morbidity and mortality of PH continues to increase due to no cure （Mehari et al., 2014）; however, our understanding of the mechanism and therapeutics underlying PH remains far from complete. There are many competing hypotheses for how PH develops in a genetic or sporadic way （schermuly et al., 2011 ）.

Background Clinical studies suggest that the dysfunction of T cells and B cells may play an essential role in the pathogenesis of idiopathic nephrotic syndrome(INs),but laboratory evidence is ***,this study explored T-cell receptor(TCR)and B-cell receptor(BCR)profiling in children with idiopathic nephrotic *** High-throughput sequencing technology was used to profile the TCR and BCR repertoires in children with *** blood was collected from ten INs patients,including five vinculin autoantibody-positive patients and five vin-culin autoantibody-negative patients,before and after *** and BCR libraries were constructed by 5'-RACE and sequenced by a DNBsEQ-T7 sequencer,and sequence analyses were performed using ReseqTools,FastP,MiXCR,and *** The TRA(T-cell receptorα),TRG(T-cell receptor y),and IGH(immunoglobulin heavy chain)repertoires of the INs group were occupied by highly abundant clonotypes,whereas small clonotypes occupied the healthy group,especially TRA.A significant increase in the shannon-Weaver index was observed for the TRA and TRG repertoires after treatment in vinculin autoantibody-negative patients,but a significant increase in the IGH repertoire after treatment was observed in vinculin autoantibody-positive *** frequency of some V-J pairs was significantly enriched in steroid-sensitive nephrotic syndrome *** usage frequency of the V and J genes was skewed in patients,which seemed not related to immunosuppressive ***,after effective treatment,dynamic changes in the size of the individual clonotype were *** T-cell and B-cell immunity contribute to the pathogenesis of different INss.
