Improved Isolation Forest Algorithm for Anomaly test Data Detection

Five types commercial vehicles equipped with advanced emergency braking pedestrian system(AEBSed) from different Chinese manufacturers was tested and evaluated in accordance with the traffic industry standard JT/T 1242-2019 performance requirements and test procedures for commercial vehicle *** test results show that the braking efficiency of the system is relevant to the time to collision(TTC) and the execution strategy of the braking *** braking stability and reliability of the same system vary greatly due to the quality of the matching braking *** system based on millimeter wave radar and camera information fusion is worse than that of pure vision technology due to the effect of fusion algorithm and other ***,we point out some problems existing in the test and evaluation of commercial vehicle under a single test scenario and put forward some relevant suggestions.

The cigarette detection data contains a large amount of true sample data and a small amount of false sample data. The false sample data is regarded as abnormal data, and anomaly detection is performed to realize the identification of real and fake cigarettes. Binary particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to improve the isolation forest construction process, and isolation trees with high precision and large differences are selected, which improves the accuracy and efficiency of the algorithm. The distance between the obtained anomaly score and the clustering center of the k-means algorithm is used as the threshold for anomaly judgment. The experimental results show that the accuracy of the BPSO-iForest algorithm is improved compared with the standard iForest algorithm. The experimental results of multiple brand samples also show that the method in this paper can accurately use the detection data for authenticity identification.

The pollution characteristics of surfactant substances in fine particles(PM_(2.5))in spring were studied in the Beibu Gulf Region of China,68 samples of PM_(2.5)were collected at Weizhou Island in Beihai City from March 12 to April 17,*** Anionic Surfactant Substances(ASS)and Cationic Surfactant Substances(CSS)in the samples were analyzed using Byethyl Violet Spectrophotometry and Disulfide Blue Spectrophotometry,*** with the data from backward trajectory simulation,the effects of air pollutants from remote transport on the pollution characteristics of surfactant substances in PM_(2.5)in the Beibu Gulf Region were analyzed and *** results showed that the daily mean concentrations of ASS and CSS in spring in the Beibu Gulf Region were 165.20 pmol/m^(3)and 8.05 pmol/m^(3),and the variation ranges were 23.21–452.55 pmol/m^(3)and 0.65–31.31 pmol/m^(3),accounting for 1.82‰±1.65‰and 0.12‰±0.11‰of the mass concentration of PM_(2.5),*** concentrations were lower than those in comparable regions around the *** was no clear correlation between the concentrations of ASS and CSS in PM_(2.5)and the mass concentrations of PM_(2.5).Tourism and air transport had a positive contribution on the concentrations of *** concentration of surfactant substances in PM_(2.5)was significantly impacted by wind speed and wind *** temperature,air pressure and precipitation had little effect on the concentrations of surfactant *** substances in PM_(2.5)significantly impacted *** also showed that the main sources of surfactant substances were from the southern China and Southeast Asia.

Bacterial fruit blotch caused by Acidovorax citrulli is a serious threat to cucurbit industry *** pathogen is seedtransmitted,so seed detection to prevent distribution of contaminated seed is crucial in disease *** this study,we adapted a quantitative real-time PCR(qPCR)assay to droplet digital PCR(ddPCR)format for *** detection by optimizing reaction *** performance of ddPCR in detecting *** pure culture,DNA,infested watermelon/melon seed and commercial seed samples were compared with multiplex PCR,qPCR,and dilution plating *** lowest concentrations detected(LCD)by ddPCR reached up to 2 fg DNA,and 102 CFU mL–1 bacterial cells,which were ten times more sensitive than those of the *** testing artificially infested watermelon and melon seed,0.1%infestation level was detectable using ddPCR and dilution plating *** 26 positive samples were identified in 201 commercial seed samples through ddPCR,which was the highest positive number among all the *** detection sensitivity achieved by ddPCR demonstrated a promising technique for improving seed-transmitted pathogen detection threshold in the future.

The preparation of reference samples for refractoriness under load （ non-differential, with rising temperature） of refractories was discussed. According to features and application of reference samples, quartz glass was chosen as a stand-by reference material for uniformity and stability tests. Then, the true value was fixed by gathering the testing results from many labs with stable testing levels and reliable testing results in China. The testing results from these labs were used for normality test by Shapiro-wilk method; and for abnormality value test by Grubbs method, for equal observation test by Cochran method. After confirming no abnormality values among the testing results from the labs. the average values of reference samples were calculated and the uncertainty was appraised. The results show that the standard value of reference samples is 1 386 ℃ and the expanded uncertainty is 12 ℃.

The distance measurement accuracy is directly related to the safety margin of forward collision warning system（FCWS）warning time,which affects the safety of vehicles and *** measurement accuracy of a commercial vehicle equipped with different FCWS sensing schemes was tested and analyzed according to relevant regulations and standards on the basic of the analysis of the distance measurement principle of FCWS sensor *** test results show that the distance measurement accuracy of millimeter wave radar and camera information fusion has the preferable ***,we pointed out some problems existing in the test and evaluation of distance measurement accuracy for commercial vehicle FCWS and put forward some feasible suggestions.

The procedures of ultrasonic extraction and clean-up were optimized for the determination of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) in marine sediments. Samples were ultrasonically extracted, and the extracts were purified with a miniaturized silica gel chromatographic column and analyzed with high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) with a fluorescence detector. Ultrasonication with methanol-dichloromethane (2:1, v/v) mixture gave higher extraction efficiency than that with dichloromethane. Among the three elution solvents used in clean-up step, dichloromethane-hexane (2:3, v/v) mixture was the most satisfactory. Under the optimized conditions, the recoveries in the range of 54.82% to 94.70% with RSDs of 3.02% to 23.22% for a spiked blank, and in the range of 61.20% to 127.08% with RSDs of 7.61% to 26.93% for a spiked matrix, were obtained for the 15 PAHs studied, while the recoveries for a NIST standard reference SRM 1941b were in the range of 50.79% to 83.78% with RSDs of 5.24% to 21.38%. The detection limits were between 0.75 ng L-1 and 10.99 ng L-1for different PAHs. A sample from the Jiaozhou Bay area was examined to test the established methods.

Obesity is associated with numerous metabolic disorders,and dietary polyphenols have been confirmed to have beneficial effects on the metabolism in ***,the effect of 3-(3’,4’-dihydroxyphenyl)propanoic acid(DHPA)and 3’,4’-dihydroxyphenylacetic acid(DHAA),two main metabolites of dietary polyphenols,on obesity remains poorly *** this study,DHPA and DHAA were found to alleviate obesity,as well as regulate insulin resistance,lipid metabolism,and oxidative stress response in high-fat diet(HFD)***,the 16S rRNA sequencing and UHPLC-Q-TOF/MS demonstrated that DHPA and DHAA only slightly disturbed the intestinal microbiome,but significantly altered the urine metabolome of HFD mice mainly by regulating pentose and glucuronate interconversion,tyrosine metabolism,pentose phosphate and tricarboxylic acid(TCA)cycle as indicated by metabolic pathway analysis based on Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes(KEGG)*** analysis revealed that the differential metabolites are strongly associated with body weight,blood glucose,insulin level,and superoxide dismutase(SOD)enzyme *** results revealed that DHPA and DHAA exert their anti-obesity effect by regulating important metabolites in the glucose,lipid and tyrosine metabolism pathways.
