The Uranium exploration history of the Central African Republic(CAR)extends on two periods separated by the independence in 1960,of the ex-Ubangi-Chari,a colony of French Equatorial *** uranium research is contemporary of the French Atomic Energy Commission(CEA)implementation in this country in 1947 and done by the *** began the first *** second period started after the 1960 *** the independence,the exploration works were realized in two stages from 1947 to 1957 and from 1958 to *** first stage regarded the recognizing of uranium occurrences in the magmatic and pegmatitic *** this,three missions were organized in the east of the *** first mission took place from March to July *** second mission was realized from April to June 1949,and the third mission from November to April *** second stage had concerned the uranium research in sedimentary basins by the prospecting Mba?ki Series(January 1958-January 1960)and Fouroumbala Series(August 1959-June 1961).These series offered the chance to CEA to discover the Bakouma uranium *** this discovery in 1965,the falls of prices of the uranium provoked altered stoppings and resumptions of works with the following societies:the company of uranium ores of Bakouma(URBA)1969;Centralafrican uranium(URCA)in 1975 but dissolved in 1981;in 1989-1991,the Japanese Nuclear Power Corporation(PNC)for a deposit re-examination;URAMIN Centrafrique in 2004-2005 and AREVA Resources Centrafrique in *** last-mentioned had stopped works since 2012.

In maritime industry, personnel’s training is considered by shipping companies as a top priority matter on the list of factors affecting competitiveness in operating vessels. This paper presents the importance and the effects of training Electro-Technical Experts in the context of latest developments, particularly the advent of the “Electric Ship” and the “Communicative Ship” analyzing the feedback received from several relevant two-days seminars for “Ship Electrical and Electronic Systems for Electro-Technical Officers”, in North East European countries. The pre-test and post-test self assessment method that has been used for more efficient interaction between trainers and trainees is analyzed using t-statistics. The attendees have had diverse basic backgrounds, yet company experts Fleet Engineers on merchant or war ships. The training’s effectiveness and gain is discussed in this paper and further proposals for the Electrical and Electronic training are presented through the valuable feedback for improvement.

本文应用2008—2010年冬季黑碳浓度、已有排放数据和同时期气象资料(风速风向、边界层高度)分析了关中地区冬季平均黑碳浓度年际变化受局地排放、风速风向和边界层高度的影响。结果表明,2010年黑碳浓度明显高于2008年和2009年,其中局地... 详细信息

本文应用2008—2010年冬季黑碳浓度、已有排放数据和同时期气象资料(风速风向、边界层高度)分析了关中地区冬季平均黑碳浓度年际变化受局地排放、风速风向和边界层高度的影响。结果表明,2010年黑碳浓度明显高于2008年和2009年,其中局地排放的增加使得黑碳浓度明显增加,贡献率约为50%;2010年边界层高度的明显降低,抑制了近地面污染物的扩散,加剧了地面黑碳的累积。此外,关中地区冬季风速较小、风场以旋转风和辐合风为主,不利于污染物的扩散,会进一步加剧污染物的累积和聚集。因此,对于冬季空气质量的改善,需根据局地风场和边界层状况,合理调整主要排放源的排放量,如在不利天气条件下加强对排放的管控。

关于深埋藏、高温度条件下的砂岩储层孔隙保存研究在保存机理、适用条件、实验模拟等方面都存在着不少的争议。为了更好地剖析砂岩储层粒间孔隙保存的机理,在系统总结国内外学者近年来在砂岩粒间孔隙保存方面研究成果的基础上,阐述了颗粒包膜发育、孔隙流体超压、与外来盐体有关的热流扰动以及烃类充注等4种因素对储层质量的影响,并指出了孔隙保存机制未来的研究趋势与方向。研究结果表明:①颗粒包膜发育能够通过抑制石英增生而保存粒间孔隙,其中绿泥石膜主要集中发育在三角洲和河流相沉积环境中,砂岩粒度较粗且绿泥石膜粒表覆盖率较高的储集层易形成优质储层,其抑制石英胶结的效果优于伊利石膜,微晶石英膜则通过无定形硅与玉髓共生的纳米薄层以及微晶石英的集合来共同抑制石英增生;②孔隙流体超压主要通过抑制压实和压溶作用而成为浅层砂岩中一种主要的孔隙保存机制;③外来盐体的存在可以实现对地温的抑制,以减少砂岩储层的石英增生量,并且盐体较厚、侵位时间较早的砂岩更易保存较多的粒间孔隙;④油气充注对孔隙保存的影响程度尚难以定量评价。结论认为:目前对于影响深层砂岩粒间孔隙保存因素的分析预测仍停留在微观观测和实验模拟阶段,区域上的预测识别技术亟待进一步探索;基于孔隙保存机制认识下的砂岩储层孔隙度演化模拟是未来研究攻关的难点和重点。

Loss of genetic variability is an increasing challenge in tree breeding programs due to the repeated use of a reduced number of founder ***,in almond,little is known about the genetic variability in current breeding stocks,although several cases of inbreeding depression have been *** gain insights into the genetic structure in modern breeding programs worldwide,marker-verified pedigree data of 220 almond cultivars and breeding selections were *** coefficients,pairwise relatedness,and genetic contribution were calculated for these *** results reveal two mainstream breeding lines based on three cultivars:“Tuono”,“Cristomorto”,and“Nonpareil”.Descendants from“Tuono”or“Cristomorto”number 76(sharing 34 descendants),while“Nonpareil”has 71 *** mean inbreeding coefficient of the analyzed genotypes was 0.041,with 14 genotypes presenting a high inbreeding coefficient,over *** programs from France,the USA,and Spain showed inbreeding coefficients of 0.075,0.070,and 0.037,*** to their genetic contribution,modern cultivars from Israel,France,the USA,Spain,and Australia trace back to a maximum of six main founding *** the group of 65 genotypes carrying the S f allele for self-compatibility,the mean relatedness coefficient was 0.125,with“Tuono”as the main founding genotype(24.7%of total genetic contribution).The results broaden our understanding about the tendencies followed in almond breeding over the last 50 years and will have a large impact into breeding decision-making process *** current genetic variability is required in almond breeding programs to assure genetic gain and continuing breeding progress.

The role of HPH(Forest Logging Concession)in developing rural communities is very ***(Sumalindo Lestari Jaya)as HPH company has an important contribution in empowering local communities,especially in opening land transportation in the interior and helping to build agriculture and *** existence of Sumalindo company participates in developing forest resource management with local communities,among others,increasing livelihoods,maintaining and developing biodiversity conservation and maintaining climate *** efforts are in accordance with the regulations of the KLHK(Ministry of Environment and Forestry),that every HPH holder is required(mandatory)to obtain a certificate of“PHAPL”(Sustainable Production Natural Forest Management)and an“eco label”from the Indonesian Eco Label ***,it is recommended that the holders of HPH concessions and HTI(Industrial Timber Plantations)have an FSC(Forest Stewardship Council)certificate from the EU(European Union),and must meet three indicator elements,namely economic,social and ecological in SFM(Sustainable Forest Management).This article examines three critical questions that show the role of Sumalindo company in economic,ecological and social development and managing forest resources with the community as follows:(1)The role of Sumalindo company contributes to the development of road infrastructure in the interior;(2)The role of Sumalindo in improving livelihoods and economic and social empowerment of local communities;(3)The role of Sumalindo with local communities in managing forest resources,including maintaining and developing biodiversity conservation and maintaining climate change.
