The integration of the electrochemical detection system together with microfluidic technology is an attractive choice for the construction of miniaturized components in a single *** networks fabricated on conductive substrates prevent environmental contaminants and require only a tiny(μL or nL)sample for *** coupled electrochemical detection system is particularly advantageous compared to traditional electrochemical sensing systems due to its flexibility,rapid analysis,low fabrication costs,ease of implementation and *** these electrochemical sensing platforms,biochemical assays that require complex pre-processing of biological samples can be conducted on a *** this review,a comprehensive overview of the basic concepts of microfluidics and its recent applications in the design of miniaturized electrochemical sensors for biosensing applications are presented.

Nanotechnology has emerged as a boon to the society with immense potential in varied area of research and our day-to-day life. The application of nanotechnology for the advancement of biosensor leads to an efficient nanobiosensor with miniature structure as compared to conventional biosensors. nanobiosensors can be effectively used for sensing a wide variety of fertilizers, herbicide, pesticide, insecticide, pathogens, moisture, and soil pH. Taken together, proper and controlled use of nanobiosensor can support sustainable agriculture for enhancing crop productivity.

Leukemia is one of the ten types of cancer that causes the biggest death in the *** to other types of cancer,leukemia has a low life expectancy,so an early diagnosis of the cancer is necessary.A new strategy has been developed to identify various leukemia biomarkers by making blood cancer biosensors,especially by developing nanomaterial applications so that they can improve the performance of the *** many biosensors have been developed,the detection of leukemia by using nanomaterials with electrochemical and optical methods is still less carried out compare to other types of cancer *** the acoustic and calorimetric testing methods for the detection of leukemia by utilizing nanomaterials have not yet been carried *** of the reviewed works reported the use of gold nanoparticles and electrochemical characterization methods for leukemia detection with the object of study being conventional cancer *** order to be used clinically by the community,future research must be carried out with a lot of patient blood objects,develop non-invasive leukemia detection,and be able to detect all types of blood cancer specifically with one *** can lead to a fast and accurate diagnosis thus allowing for early treatment and easy periodic condition monitoring for various types of leukemia based on its biomarker and future design controlable via internet of things(IoT)so that why would be monitoring real times.
