A convenient protocol has been developed for the hydrogenation of metallo-protoporphyrin IX dimethyl esters （MPPDMEs） to their mesoporphyrin analogues using CoC12-NaBH4 reagent system. Metallo-porphyrin complexes were found to perform as self-catalysts in this procedure. This method provides several advantages such as safe and simple procedure, short reaction time, high yields and low cost.

Al doped ZnO(AZO)films were deposited on glass,polyethylene naphthalate(PEN)and polyethylene terephthalate(PET) at room temperature by radio frequency magnetron *** structural,surface morphology,electrical and optical properties of the AZO films were characterized by X-ray diffractometry(XRD),atomic force microscopy(AFM),Hall effect measurement and ultraviolet-visible spectrometer,*** films exhibit highly c-axis preferred orientation,and AZO film on glass exhibits compressive stress while that on plastic substrates presents tensile *** electrical property of the AZO film on glass is the best among the films on three kinds of *** value of the figure of merit for the AZO film on PEN is much better than that of the AZO film on PET and is close to that of AZO on glass in the wavelength range of 500-900 nm.

Most previously reported Mesoproterozoic (1600-1000 Ma) fossils are from silicified carbonates, and they are commonly small in size (15-20 μm, ranging from coccoids to fila- ments in morphology. Many of them can be interpreted as cyanobacteria. Carbonaceous shales represent another source of palaeontological information of the Mesoproterozoic biosphere. Sphaeromorphic and acanthomorphic acritarchs, as well as filamentous fossils, are common in many Mesoproterozoic shales. Here we report an unusual assemblage of tubular fossils from the Meosproterozoic Ruyang Group in Shanxi, North China. Some of these tubes are branched. Others bear annular-helical thickening that might be represented by one extinct algae to adapt to a desiccating environment.

Machine learning models for exploring structure-property relation for hydroxyapatite nanoparticles(HANPs)are still lacking.A multiscale multisource dataset is presented,including both experimental data(TEM/SEM,XRD/crystallinity,ROS,anti-tumor effects,and zeta potential)and computation results(containing 41,976 data samples with up to 9768 atoms)of nanoparticles with different sizes and morphologies at density functional theory(DFT),semi-empirical DFTB,and force field,*** geometric descriptors are set for the explainable machine learning methods to predict surface energies and surface stress of HANPs with satisfactory *** avoid the pre-determination of features,we also developed a predictive deep learning model within the framework of graph convolution neural network with good *** with DFT accuracy are achievable for largesized nanoparticles from the learned correlations and scale functions for mapping different theoretical levels and particle *** simulated XRD spectra and crystallinity values are in good agreement with experiments.

AIM: To explore the preventive and therapeutic effects of Faecalibacterium prausnitzii(F. prausnitzii) supernatant on dextran sulfate sodium(DSS) induced colitis in ***: Forty C57BL/6J male mice were randomlydivided into four groups: control group, model group, treatment group, and prevention group. Mice were weighed daily. On day 10, the colon length was measured, the colorectal histopathologic damage score(HDS) was assessed, and plasma interleukin(IL)-17 A, IL-6, and IL-4 levels were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. The expression of transcription factor retinoic acid-related orphan receptor-γt(RORγt) and IL-17 A in colon inflammatory mucosa tissue were determined by immunohistochemical assay, and the expression levels of RORγt m RNA, IL-17 A m RNA, and IL-6 m RNA were detected by real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction(PCR). The proportion of Th17 in mononuclear cells in spleen was assayed by fluorescence activated cell sorter. RESULTS: When compared with the model group, the colon length(P < 0.05) and body weight(P < 0.01) in the treatment and prevention groups were significantly increased, and the colon HDS was decreased(P < 0.05 and P < 0.01). There was no statistical difference between the treatment group and prevention group. After treatment with F. prausnitzii supernatant, the plasma levels of IL-17 A and IL-6(P < 0.05), the protein and m RNA expression of IL-17 A and RORγt, and the Th17 cell ratio of spleen cells(P < 0.01) were significantly decreased compared to the model group. Plasma IL-4 level in the prevention group was significantly higher than that in the model group(P < 0.05), but there was no significant difference between these two groups in the expression of IL-6 in both the plasma and colon mucosa ***: F. prausnitzii supernatant exerts protective and therapeutic effects on DSS-induced colitis in mice, probably via inhibition of Th17 differentiation and IL- 17A secretion in the plasma and colon muco

Abstract A compact frequency notched microstrip slot antenna for ultra-wideband （UWB）/2.4 GHz-band wireless local area network（WLAN） applications is proposed. The antenna is similar to a conventional microstrip slot antenna; however, by introducing a cross wide slot and a meandered-slotted stub, both compact size and frequency notched function can be achieved. It has been studied both numerically and experimentally for its impedance bandwidth, surface current distribution, radiation patterns, and gain. As will be seen, an operation bandwidth of over 4.6：1 ranging fi＇om 2.39 to 11.25 GHz for return loss lower than -10 dB having a frequency notched band ranging from 4.75 to 5.85 GHz has been achieved, and good radiation performance over the entire frequency range has also been achieved.

Coretop sediment samples covering water depth from 247 to 1474 m in the Northwestern Indian Ocean were analyzed. 6 species of Uvigerina among 77 species and 11 species-complexes were found in all 26 samples. They are Uvigerina auberiana d’Orbigny, Uvigerina hispida Schwa-ger, Uvigerina peregrina Cushman, Uvigerina proboscidea Schwager, Uvigerina spinicostata Cushman and Jarvis, and Uvigerina sp. Characteristics of Uvigerina are (1) high abundance due to rich food supply and less competitors; (2) low diversity because only those eurytopic / opportunistic forms can survive environment of low dissolved oxygen value; (3) various test shapes and ornamentations which are controlled by respiration or gas exchange of the cell; and (4) abundance of Uvigerina is well related with environmental factors such as water depth, oxygen content and productivityor food supply.
