Regression Method for Rail Fastener Tightness Based on Center-Line Projection Distance Feature and Neural Network

In the railway system,fasteners have the functions of damping,maintaining the track distance,and adjusting the track ***,routine maintenance and inspection of fasteners are important to ensure the safe operation of track ***,assessment methods for fastener tightness include manual observation,aco.stic wave detection,and image *** are limitations such as low accuracy and efficiency,easy interference and misjudgment,and a lack of accurate,stable,and fast detection *** at the small deformation characteristics and large elastic change of fasteners from full loosening to full tightening,this study proposes high-precision surface-structured light technology for fastener detection and fastener deformation feature extraction based on the center-line projection distance and a fastener tightness regression method based on neural ***,the method uses a 3D camera to obtain a fastener point cloud and then segments the elastic rod area based on the iterative closest point algorithm *** co.ponent analysis is used to calculate the normal vector of the segmented elastic rod surface and extract the point on the centerline of the elastic *** point is projected onto the upper surface of the bolt to calculate the projection ***,the mapping relationship between the projection distance sequence and fastener tightness is established,and the influence of each parameter on the fastener tightness prediction is ***,by setting up a fastener detection scene in the track experimental base,co.lecting data,and co.pleting the algorithm verification,the results showed that the deviation between the fastener tightness regression value obtained after the algorithm processing and the actual measured value RMSE was 0.2196 mm,which significantly improved the effect co.pared with other tightness detection methods,and realized an effective fastener tightness regression.

Analyzing polysorbate 20(PS20)co.position and the impact of each co.ponent on stability and safety is crucial due to formulation variations and individual *** similar structures and polarities of PS20 co.ponents make accurate separation,identification,and quantification *** this work,a high-resolution quantitative method was developed using single-dimensional high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)with charged aerosol detection(CAD)to separate 18 key co.ponents with multiple *** separated co.ponents were characterized by ultra-high-performance liquid chromatography-quadrupole time-of-flight mass spectrometry(UHPLC-Q-TOF-MS)with an identical gradient as the HPLC-CAD *** polysorbate co.pound database and library were expanded over 7-time co.pared to the co.mercial *** method investigated differences in PS20 samples from various origins and grades for different dosage forms to evaluate the co.position-process ***-Q-TOF-MS identified 1329 to 1511 co.pounds in 4 batches of PS20 from different *** method observed the impact of 4 degradation co.ditions on peak co.ponents,identifying stable co.ponents and their tendencies to ***-CAD and UHPLC-Q-TOF-MS results provided insights into fingerprint differences,distinguishing quasi products.

FOUR-PARAMETER AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION TECHNOLOGY FOR co.STRUCTION VEHICLE BASED ON ELMAN RECURSIVE NEURAL NETWORK

From the viewpoint of energy saving and improving transmission efficiency, the ZL50E wheel loader is taken as the study object. And the system model is analyzed based on the transmission system of the co.struction vehicle. A new four-parameter shift schedule is presented, which can keep the torque co.verter working in the high efficiency area. The co.trol algorithm based on the Elman recursive neural network is applied, and four-parameter co.trol system is developed which is based on industrial co.puter. The system is used to co.lect data accurately and co.trol 4D180 power-shift gearbox of ZL50E wheel loader shift timely. An experiment is done on automatic transmission test-bed, and the result indicates that the co.trol system co.ld reliably and safely work and improve the efficiency of hydraulic torque co.verter. Four-parameter shift strategy that takes into acco.nt the power co.suming of the working pump has important operating significance and reflects the actual working status of co.struction vehicle.

Beam alignments based on the spectrum deco.position of orbital angular momentums for aco.stic-vortex co.munications

Given the enhanced channel capacity of wave chirality,aco.stic co.munications based on the orbital angular momentum(OAM)of aco.stic-vortex(AV)beams are of significant interest for underwater data ***,the stringent beam alignment is required for the co.xial arrangement of transceiver arrays to ensure the accuracy and reliability of OAM *** avoid the required multiple measurements of the traditional orthogonality based algorithm,the beam alignment algorithm based on the OAM spectrum deco.position is proposed for AV co.munications by using simplified *** studies of the single-OAM and OAM-multiplexed AV beams show that the error of the OAM spectrum increases with the translation distance and the deflection angle of the transceiver *** achieve an ideal arrangement,two methods of the single-array translation alignment and the dual-array deflection alignment are developed based on the least standard deviation of the OAM spectrum(SD-OAM).By decreasing the SD-OAM towards zero using transceiver arrays of 16 transmitters and 16 receivers,accurate beam alignments are acco.plished by multiple adjustments in three *** proposed method is also demonstrated by experimental measurements of the OAM dispersion and the SD-OAM for misaligned *** results demonstrate the feasibility of the rapid beam alignment based on the OAM spectrum deco.position by using simplified transceiver ring-arrays,and suggest more application potentials for aco.stic co.munications.

Landslides are co.mon hazards in reservoir areas and significantly affect dam operation and human *** the prevention and management of landslides,accurate assessment of the factors influencing their generation is *** study evaluated the key external factors influencing horizontal and vertical displacements of Luobogang Reservoir Slope in Hanyuan co.nty,*** had been monitored by a surface-displacement-monitoring system co.sisting of 118 GPS stations during *** identify the external driving factors,their influence zones,and slope responses,we analyzed 32 months of displacement measurements and other multi-source datasets using the empirical orthogonal ***,the results show that slope aging effect,rainfall,and reservoir water levels are three main driving *** horizontal displacement,aging effect is the most critical factor and predominantly affects the edges of landslides,the gob cave,and the public building *** seco.dary factor is the reservoir water level,which mainly acts on the boundary between the slope and reservoir water *** closer the slope zone is to the reservoir water,the more significant the impact *** vertical displacement,the most important factor is *** vertical displacement caused by rainfall acco.nts for 56.76% of the total vertical ***,rainfall induces elastic displacements that generally cause less damage to the *** seco.dary factor is aging effect,and the vertical displacement caused by aging effect acco.nts for 9.42%.However,seven individual zones are highly affected by slope aging effect,which is co.sistent with the distribution of public buildings.

Identification and differentiation of major co.ponents in three different “Sheng-ma” crude drug species by UPLC/Q-TOF-MS

Cimicifugae Rhizoma(Sheng ma) is a Ranunculaceae herb belonging to a co.posite family and well known in China,has been widely used in traditional Chinese *** Pharmaco.oeia of the People's Republic of China co.tains three varieties(Cimicifuga dahurica(Turcz.),Cimicifuga foetida *** Cimicifuga heracleifolia Kom.) which have been used clinically as "Sheng-ma".However,the chemical co.stituents of three co.ponents of "Sheng-ma" have never been *** this study,a rapid method for the analysis of the main co.ponents of "Sheng-ma" was developed using ultra-high performance liquid chromatography with quadrupole-time-of-flight mass spectrometry(UPLC/Q-TOF-MS).The present study reveals the major co.mon and distinct chemical co.stituents of ***,*** and *** and also reports principal co.ponent and statistical analyses of these *** co.ponents were identified by co.paring the retention time,accurate mass,mass spectrometric fragmentation characteristic ions and matching empirical molecular formula with that of the published co.pounds.A total of 32 co.mon co.ponents and 8 markers for different "Sheng-ma" co.ponents were *** findings provide an important basis for the further study and clinical utilities of the three "Sheng-ma" varieties.
