Electroactive anticorrosion coatings are specialized surface treatments that prevent or minimize corrosion. Thestudy employs strategic thermodynamic equilibriumcalculations to pioneer a novel factor in corrosion protection.A first-time proposal, the total acidity (TA) potential of the hydrogen (pH) concept significantly shapes medicalmagnesium alloys. These coatings are meticulously designed for robust corrosion resistance, blending theoreticalinsights and practical applications to enhance our grasp of corrosion prevention mechanisms and establisha systematic approach to coating design. The groundbreaking significance of this study lies in its innovativeintegration of the TA/pH concept,which encompasses the TA/pH ratio of the chemical environment. This approachsurpasses convention by acknowledging the intricate interplay between the acidity and pH levels within thecoating formulation, thereby optimizing metal-phosphate-based conversion coatings and transforming corrosionmitigation strategies. To authenticate the TA/pH concept, the study comprehensively compares its findings withexisting research, rigorously validating the theoretical framework and reinforcing the correlates among TA/pHvalues and observed corrosion resistance in the coatings. The influence of mutations that occur naturally inthe detergent solution on persistent phosphorus changes is shown by empirical confirmation, which improvescorrosion resistance. This realization advances the field ofmaterials and the field’s knowledge of coated generation,particularly anticorrosion converter layers.

Augmented Reality is a technique that allows users to overlap digital information with their physical world.The Augmented Reality(AR)displays have an exceptional characteristic from the Human–Computer Interaction(HCI)perspective.Due to its increasing popularity and application in diverse domains,increasing user-friendliness and AR usage are critical.Context-aware is one approach since an AR application can adapt to the user,environment,needs and enhance ergonomic principles and functionality.This paper proposes the Intelligent Contextaware Augmented Reality Model(ICAARM)for Human–Computer Interaction systems.This study explores and reduces interaction uncertainty by semantically modeling user-specific interaction with context,allowing personalised interaction.Sensory information is captured from an AR device to understand user interactions and context.These depictions carry semantics to Augmented Reality applications about the user’s intention to interact with a specific device affordance.Thus,this study describes personalised gesture interaction in VR/AR applications for immersive/intelligent environments.

Quality and yield are the primary concerns in kiwifruit breeding,but research on the genetic mechanisms of fruit size,shape,and ascorbic acid(ASA)content is currently very limited,which restricts the development of kiwifruit molecular breeding.In this study,we obtained a total of 8.88 million highly reliable single nucleotide polymorphism(SNP)markers from 140 individuals from the natural hybrid offspring of Actinidia eriantha cv.‘White’using whole genome resequencing technology.A genome-wide association study was conducted on eight key agronomic traits,including single fruit weight,fruit shape,ASA content,and the number of inflorescences per branch.A total of 59 genetic loci containing potential functional genes were located,and candidate genes related to single fruit weight,fruit length,ASA content,number of inflorescences per branch and other traits were identified within the candidate interval,such as AeWUSCHEL,AeCDK1(cell cycle dependent kinase),AeAO1(ascorbic oxidase)and AeCO1(CONSTANS-like 4).After constructing an RNAi vector for AeAO1 and injecting it into the fruit of cv.‘Midao 31’to interfere with the expression of the AeAO1 gene,the results showed that the activity of ascorbic oxidase in the fruit of‘Midao 31’significantly decreased,while the content of ASA significantly increased.This study provides valuable insights into the genetic basis of variation in A.eriantha fruit traits,which may benefit molecular marker-assisted breeding efforts.

Influences of the tank liquid lateral sloshing and mass time-varying on high clearance self-propelled sprayer ride comfort

To explore the influence of the lateral sloshing and the time-varying mass of the liquid in the tank on the ride comfort of the high-clearance sprayer,a spring-mass-damping equivalent mechanics that can describe the lateral sloshing of the liquid under different filling ratios was constructed based on the equivalent criterion.The Fluent was used to simulate the moment acting on the wall of the tank by the lateral sloshing of the liquid,and then the parameters of the equivalent mechanical model are obtained by fitting and solving.Comparative analysis of Fluent simulation and bench test on lateral sloshing of tank liquid under different filling ratios.The results show that the lateral sloshing trend of the tank liquid level obtained from the Fluent simulation and the bench test was consistent,which proved the accuracy of the Fluent fluid simulation process and the correctness of the required equivalent mechanical model parameters.Incorporating a liquid sloshing equivalent model,a four-degree-of-freedom vertical dynamic model of the sprayer half-car was established.Subsequently,the performance of the sprayer was systematically analyzed and compared under the excitation of a bump road and a random E-level road.This investigation took into account varying liquid filling ratios of 10%,50%,and 90%.The focus lay on evaluating the vertical acceleration of the sprayer body,dynamic deflection of the suspension,and dynamic load on the tires in response to these road conditions.This analysis is conducted independently of the liquid sloshing factor.The results show that the lateral sloshing of the liquid medicine significantly reduces the ride smoothness of the machine,and makes the vibration response of the machine produce a certain hysteresis effect.With the reduction of the quality of the liquid medicine in the spray tank,the vibration amplitude of the sprayer body gradually decreases,the hysteresis effect is also gradually weakened.The results presented in this study offer a theoretical foundation for the analysis of ride

Dust removal from pyrolytic vapors at high temperatures is an obstacle to the industrialization of the coal pyrolysis process.In this work,a granular bed with expanded perlites as filtration media was designed and integrated into a 10 t·d^(–1)coal pyrolysis facility.The testing results showed that around 97.56%dust collection efficiency was achieved.As a result,dust content in tar was significantly lowered.The pressure drop of the granular bed maintained in the range of 356 Pa to 489 Pa.The dust size in the effluent after filtration exhibited a bimodal distribution,which was attributed to the heterogeneity of the dust components.The effects of filtration bed on pyrolytic product yields were also discussed.A modified filtration model based on the macroscopic phenomenological theory was proposed to describe the performance of the granular bed.The computation results were well agreed with the experimental data.

The development of smart education has led to the integration of emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence with education.It is a prerequisite for teachers to have high information literacy for conducting education and teaching work.This study conducted a questionnaire survey on 412 teachers in a certain area.The results showed that teachers’information literacy is above the middle level,and there are significant differences in information literacy between teaching experience and educational background.The evaluation showed that information ethics,information awareness,and information application have a significant positive impact on professional development,and information knowledge and information awareness have a positive predictive effect on information ethics.

The oxygen-containing compounds in Fischer Tropsch synthetic oil greatly affect the downstream deep processing of hydrocarbons,and effective removal is ***-pared to traditional removal technologies such as hydrogenation deoxygenation,solvent extraction,and extraction distillation,adsorption deoxygenation technology has the advantages of low cost,mild operating conditions,easy removal and recovery,and mini-mal impact on oil quality.Therefore,adsorption deoxygenation technology has devel-oped rapidly in various removal processes and has become a research hotspot in the cur-rent Fischer Tropsch oil deoxygenation.Adsorbents are the core of adsorption deoxygen-ation technology.Therefore,this article briefly introduces the adsorption mechanism and summarizes the research progress of adsorbents widely used in recent years,such as silica gel,alumina,molecular sieves,and metal organic frameworks,in adsorbing oxygen-containing compounds in Fischer Tropsch synthetic oils.And provide reference sugges-tions for further adsorption and deoxygenation directions in the future.

Harvesting bio-kinetic energy using a triboelectric nanogenerator(TENG) is one of the promising routes to solve the sustainable energy supply problem for wearable electronics. However, additional materials, complex fabricating processes or specific mechanical structures are needed for existing TENGs to harvest bio-kinetic energy. Besides, they need to be tightly attached to the human body, which may result in detachment and malfunction under tense human motion. Herein, an intrinsic epidermal electrode-based TENG(E-TENG) is proposed to harvest human walking energy. The wearing shoes and ground are used as tribo-materials, and the human epidermis is used as the back electrode of the E-TENG. Compared with the traditional TENGs,the E-TENG does not need any additional tribo-materials and complex mechanical structures. Under optimal conditions, the voltage output of E-TENG can reach 914 V. E-TENG has been used as a self-powered warning sensor and pedometer sensor for demonstration. Furthermore, E-TENG based self-powered wireless sensor system has been developed using a newly designed micro energy electronic switch(MEES). Ambient ultraviolet intensity, temperature and humidity information can be monitored and then transmitted to mobile phone every 3.5 min, demonstrating great potential for widespread wearable applications.

Although various anti-inflammatory medications,such as ephedrine,are employed to manage cough-variant asthma,their underlying mechanisms are yet to be fully understood.Recent studies suggest that exosomes derived from airway epithelial cells(AECs)contain components like messenger RNAs(mRNAs),micro-RNAs(miRNAs),and long noncoding RNA(lncRNA),which play roles in the occurrence and progression of airway inflammation.This study investigates the influence of AEC-derived exosomes on the efficacy of ephedrine in treating cough-variant asthma.We established a mouse model of asthma and measured airway resist-ance and serum inflammatory cell levels.Real-time polymerase chain reaction(RT-qPCR),Western blotting,and enzyme-linked im-munosorbent assay(ELISA)analyses were used to assess gene and protein expression levels.Exosomes were isolated and character-ized.RNA immunoprecipitation(RIP)and RNA pull-down assays were conducted to examine the interaction between hnRNPA2B1 and lnc-TRPM2-AS1.In the ovalbumin(OVA)-challenged mouse model,ephedrine treatment reduced inflammatory responses,air-way resistance,and Th1/Th2 cell imbalance.Exosomes from OVA-treated AECs showed elevated levels of lnc-TRPM2-AS1,which were diminished following ephedrine treatment.The exosomal lnc-TRPM2-AS1 mediated the Th1/Th2 imbalance in CD4^(+)T cells,with its packaging into exosomes being facilitated by hnRNPA2B1.This study unveils a novel mechanism by which ephedrine ameli-orates OVA-induced CD4^(+)T cell imbalance by suppressing AEC-derived exosomal lnc-TRPM2-AS1.These findings could provide a theoretical framework for using ephedrine in asthma treatment.
