Peripheral nerve injury is a common neurological condition that often leads to severe functional limitations and *** on the pathogenesis of peripheral nerve injury has focused on pathological changes at individual injury sites,neglecting multilevel pathological analysis of the overall nervous system and target *** has led to restrictions on current therapeutic *** this paper,we first summarize the potential mechanisms of peripheral nerve injury from a holistic perspective,covering the central nervous system,peripheral nervous system,and target *** peripheral nerve injury,the cortical plasticity of the brain is altered due to damage to and regeneration of peripheral nerves;changes such as neuronal apoptosis and axonal demyelination occur in the spinal *** nerve will undergo axonal regeneration,activation of Schwann cells,inflammatory response,and vascular system regeneration at the injury *** damage to target organs can occur,including skeletal muscle atrophy and sensory receptor *** then provide a brief review of the research advances in therapeutic approaches to peripheral nerve *** main current treatments are conducted passively and include physical factor rehabilitation,pharmacological treatments,cell-based therapies,and physical ***,most treatments only partially address the problem and cannot complete the systematic recovery of the entire central nervous system-peripheral nervous system-target organ ***,we should further explore multilevel treatment options that produce effective,long-lasting results,perhaps requiring a combination of passive(traditional)and active(novel)treatment methods to stimulate rehabilitation at the central-peripheral-target organ levels to achieve better functional recovery.

In this paper, we shall study the relation between generalized homology group and its coefficient group E. For any element α∈π_≠(F) and any spectrum F, we define the Hurewicz homomorphism Φ_a: E→E(F). When α is a basic element, and E,F satisfy certain conditions, it is verified that Φ_α is a splitting homomorphism. Thus Hattori-Stong’s theorem is generalized.

Moxibustion treatment for knee osteoarthritis： cumulative meta-analysis and trial sequential analysis

Objective： To evaluate the effect of moxibustion on knee osteoarthritis patients with cumulative meta-analysis, and trial sequential analysis was applied to test the authenticity of results. Methods： We searched PubMed, EMbase, The Cochrane Library, CNKI and CBM to collect RCTs about moxibustion on knee osteoarthritis patients. The selection of literature, data extraction and evaluation of eligible literature were carried out independently by two reviewers. Then Stata11.0 software was used for data analysis. Result： Totally 11 RCTs involved 1005 patients were recruited. The results of meta-analysis showed that no significant differences were found between the two groups in VAS, moxibustion is better than drug therapy in effective rate [OR = 0.40, 95%CI （0.27, 0.60）] and knee score [SMD = -0.70, 95%CI （-1.22, -0.19）]. The result of trial sequential analysis indicated that the sample size didn＇t reach the TSA Boundary on VAS, the sample size of effectiveness achieved Require Information Size. In the indicator of knee score has obtained certain re- sult before reaching the Require Information Size. Conclusion： moxibustion is superior to drug therapy on treatment knee osteoarthritis. However, large sample size and high-quality studies are still needed.

Objective:To assess the attitudes of hospitalized patients toward wearing patient clothing and identify the factors those influence their negative ***:A cross-sectional design was employed and a questionnaire survey was *** data were collected from 251 hospitalized patients between July 2015 and August ***:Around 57.8%of the participants reported that they were unwilling to wear patient *** them,60.7%knew little to nothing about the function of patient *** of these patients were unwilling to wear patient clothing because these uniforms had poor comfort(26.2%),fit(34.5%),hygiene(66.2%),and appearance(31.1%),and wearing them was psychologically uncomfortable(43.5%).Conclusions:More than half of the hospitalized patients dislike wearing patient clothing because they were unaware of its functions and were skeptical about its hygiene,comfortability,fit,and ***,these patients must be provided with comfortable,well fitting,hygienic,and aesthetically pleasing clothing.

Acupuncture Combined with Early Enteral Nutrition on Patients with Postoperative Laparoscopic Common Bile Duct Exploration:A Prospective Randomized Trial

Phenotype of Usher syndrome type Ⅱ assosiated with compound missense mutations of c.721 C>T and c.1969 C>T in MYO7A in a Chinese Usher syndrome family

·AIM: To identify the pathogenic mutations in a Chinese pedigree affected with Usher syndrome type II(USH2).· METHODS: The ophthalmic examinations and audiometric tests were performed to ascertain the phenotype of the family. To detect the genetic defect,exons of 103 known RDs-associated genes including 12 Usher syndrome(USH) genes of the proband were captured and sequencing analysis was performed to exclude known genetic defects and find potential pathogenic mutations. Subsequently, candidate mutations were validated in his pedigree and 100 normal controls using polymerase chain reaction(PCR) and Sanger sequencing.·RESULTS: The patient in the family occurred hearing loss(HL) and retinitis pigmentosa(RP) without vestibular dysfunction, which were consistent with standards of classification for USH2. He carried the compound heterozygous mutations, c.721 C >T and c.1969 C >T, in the MYO7 A gene and the unaffected members carried only one of the two mutations. The mutations were not present in the 100 normal controls.· CONCLUSION: We suggested that the compound heterozygous mutations of the MYO7 A could lead to USH2, which had revealed distinguished clinical phenotypes associated with MYO7 A and expanded the spectrum of clinical phenotypes of the MYO7 A mutations.
