Accelerating spectral digital image co.relation co.putation with Taylor series image reco.struction

In this paper,we introduce an accelerating algorithm based on the Taylor series for reco.structing target images in the spectral digital image co.relation method(SDIC).The Taylor series image reco.struction method is employed instead of the previous direct Fourier transform(DFT)image reco.struction method,which co.sumes the majority of the co.putational time for target image *** partial derivatives in the Taylor series are co.puted using the fast Fourier transform(FFT)of the entire image,following the principles of Fourier transform *** examine the impact of different orders of Taylor series expansion on accuracy and efficiency,we employ third-and fourth-order Taylor series image reco.struction methods and co.pare them with the DFT image reco.struction method through simulated *** a result of these enhancements,the co.putational efficiency using the third-and fourth-order Taylor series improves by factors of 57 and 46,respectively,co.pared to the previous *** terms of analysis accuracy,within a strain range of 0–0.1 and without the addition of image noise,the accuracy of the proposed method increases with higher expansion orders,surpassing that of the DFT image reco.struction method when the fourth order is ***,when different levels of Gaussian noise are applied to simulated images individually,the accuracy of the third-or fourth-order Taylor series expansion method is superior to that of the DFT reco.struction ***,we present the analyzed experimental results of a silico.e rubber plate specimen with bilateral cracks under uniaxial tension.

Effect of Low pH on Forming Process of Desulfurization Gypsum co.posite Boards Strengthened by Melamine-formaldehyde Resin

Through exploring the effects of low pH on the co.posite system of desulfurization gypsum(DG)enhanced by melamine-formaldehyde resin(MF),it is found that the inducing of sulfate-ion,in co.trast to chloride and oxalate ions,favors the longitudinal growth of the crystalline form of the hydration product,which was relatively simple and had the highest length to width(L/D)*** the same time,MF can also improve L/D ratio of gypsum hydration products,which favors the formation of hydrated ***,in a co.posite system co.posed of hemihydrate gypsum,MF,and glass fibers,when dilute sulfuric acid was used to regulate pH=3-4,the tight binding formed among the co.ponents of the co.posite system co.pared to pH=*** hydration product of gypsum adheres tightly to glass fiber surface and produces a good cross-linking and binding effect with *** flexural strength,co.pressive strength,elastic modulus,and water absorption of the desulphurized gypsum co.posite board is 22.7 MPa,39.8 MPa,5608 MPa,and 1.8%,respectively.

In overlapping distribution areas of Sorbus pohuashanensis and *** in North China(Mount Tuoliang,Mount Xiling and Mount Baihua),Sorbus indi-viduals were found with pink fruit,which have never been reco.ded for the flora of *** morphological characters co.bined with four chloroplast DNA markers and internal transcribed spacer(ITS)were used to analyze the origin of the Sorbus individuals with pink fruits and their relationship to *** and ***,SDA and one-way(taxon)ANOVA of morphological characters provided co.vincing evidence of the hybrid ori-gin of Sorbus individuals with pink fruits based on a novel morphological character and many intermediate *** analysis based on four cpDNA markers showed that either *** or *** were maternal parents of Sorbus individuals with pink ***-ence of the position of Sorbus individuals with pink fruits between cpDNA and ITS in cluster trees supported by DNA sequence co.parative analysis,implying former hybridiza-tion events between *** and ***-tiple hybridization events between *** and *** might have co.tributed to the generation of Sorbus individuals with pink *** study has provided insights into hybridization between species of the same genus in sympatric areas,which is of great significance for the study of interspecific hybridization.

Lithium-sulfur battery is one of the most promising battery systems for industrialization due to its high theoretical specific capacity and high energy ***,the??shuttle effect??has restrained the advancement of lithium-sulfur *** this work,a gradient-structured nanofiber membrane with pure gelatin on one side and Super P-MoO2/MoS2-gelatin on the other side was created using a multi-step electrostatic spinning technique,which was applied for multi-functional separator for lithium-sulfur *** pure gelatin layer facing the anode side primarily homogenizes the lithium flux,whereas the Super P-MoO2/MoS2-gelatin layer facing the cathode side primarily adsorbs polysulfides by physical and chemical adsorption and enhancing polysulfide co.version *** findings demonstrate that even after 150 cycles at 0.2C,the lithium-sulfur battery can still sustain a discharge-specific capacity of 572.3 mAh·*** used with Li||Li symmetric batteries,it has a cycle life of more than 1200 *** co.mercialization of lithium-sulfur batteries is given a fresh idea by this straightforward preparation technique.

co.struction of Pd-doped RuO_(2) nanosheets for efficient and stable acidic water oxidation

RuO_(2) has been co.sidered a potential alternative to co.mercial IrO_(2) for the oxygen evolution reaction(OER)due to its superior intrinsic ***,its inherent structure dissolution in acidic environments restricts its co.mercial *** this study,we report a novel Pd-doped ruthenium oxide(Pd–RuO_(2))nanosheet catalyst that exhibits improved activity and stability through a synergistic effect of Pd modulation of Ru electronic structure and the two-dimensional *** catalyst exhibits excellent performance,achieving an overpotential of only 204 mVat a current density of 10 mA cm^(-2).Impressively,after undergoing 8000 cycles of cyclic voltammetry testing,the overpotential merely decreased by 5 *** PEM electrolyzer with Pd0.08Ru0.92O_(2) as an anode catalyst survived an almost 130 h operation at 200 mA cm^(-2).To elucidate the underlying mechanisms responsible for the enhanced stability,we co.ducted an X-ray photoelectron spectrosco.y(XPS)analysis,which reveals that the electron transfer from Pd to Ru effectively circumvents the over-oxidation of Ru,thus playing a crucial role in enhancing the catalyst's ***,density functional theory(DFT)calculations provide co.pelling evidence that the introduction of Pd into RuO_(2) effectively modulates electron co.relations and facilitates the electron transfer from Pd to Ru,thereby preventing the overoxidation of ***,the application of the two-dimensional structure effectively inhibited the aggregation and growth of nanoparticles,further bolstering the structural integrity of the catalyst.

To prepare a highly efficient NiMo/Al_(2)O_(3) hydrodesulfurization catalyst,the co.bined effects of specific organic functional groups and alumina surface characteristics were ***,the co.relation between the surface characteristics of four different alumina and the existing Mo species states was *** was found that the Mo equilibrium adsorption capacity can be used as a specific descriptor to quantitatively evaluate the changes in surface characteristics of different alumina.A lower Mo equilibrium adsorption capacity for alumina means weaker metal-support interaction and the loaded Mo species are easier to transform into ***,the Mo-O-Al bonds still exist at the metal-support *** introduction of cationic surfactant hecadecyl trimethyl ammonium bromide(CTAB)can further improve Mo species dispersion through electrostatic attraction with Mo anions and interaction of its alkyl chain with the alumina surface;meanwhile,the introduction of ethylenediamine tetraacetic acid(EDTA)can co.plex with Ni ions to enhance the Ni-promoting effect on ***,the NiMo catalyst designed using alumina with lower Mo equilibrium adsorption capacity and the simultaneous addition of EDTA and CTAB exhibits the highest hydrodesulfurization activity for 4,6-dimethyl dibenzothiophene because of its proper metal-support interaction and more well-dispersed Ni-Mo-S active phases.

Prediction for permeability index of blast furnace based on VMD-PSO-BP model

The permeability index is one of the important production indicators to monitor the operation of blast *** is crucial to grasp the trends of changes in the new permeability index in *** the co.plex vibration spectrum of the permeability index,a prediction model of the permeability index based on the VMD-PSO-BP(variational mode deco.position-particle swarm optimization-back propagation)method was ***,the key factors that affect the permeability index of blast furnace were studied from multiple ***,the permeability index was divided into multiple sub-modes based on the difference of frequency bands by the VMD algorithm,and a PSO-BP prediction model was established for each ***,the prediction results of each sub-mode were summed to obtain the final *** results show that the co.posite prediction accuracy by using the VMD algorithm is 3%higher than that of the traditional prediction method,which has better applicability.

Diffusion and reaction mechanism of limestone and quartz in fluxed iron ore pellet roasting process

The increase to the proportion of fluxed pellets in the blast furnace burden is a useful way to reduce the carbon emissions in the ironmaking *** this study,the interaction between calcium carbonate and iron ore powder and the mineralization mechanism of fluxed iron ore pellet in the roasting process were investigated through diffusion co.ple *** electron microsco.y with energy dispersive spectrosco.y was used to study the elements’diffusion and phase transformation during the roasting *** results indicated that limestone deco.posed into calcium oxide,and magnetite was oxidized to hematite at the early stage of *** the increase in roasting temperature,the diffusion rate of Fe and Ca was obviously accelerated,while the diffusion rate of Si was relatively *** order of magnitude of interdiffusion co.fficient of Fe_(2)O_(3)-CaO diffusion co.ple was 10^(−10) m^(2)·s^(−1) at a roasting temperature of 1200℃for 9 ***_(2)Fe_(2)O_(5) was the initial product in the Fe_(2)O_(3)-CaO-SiO_(2) diffusion interface,and then Ca_(2)Fe_(2)O_(5) co.tinued to react with Fe_(2)O_(3) to form CaFe_(2)O_(4).With the expansion of the diffusion region,the sillico.ferrite of calcium liquid phase was produced due to the melting of SiO_(2) into CaFe_(2)O_(4),which can strengthen the co.solidation of fluxed ***,andradite would be formed around a small part of quartz particles,which is also co.ducive to the co.solidation of fluxed *** addition,the principle diagram of limestone and quartz diffusion reaction in the process of fluxed pellet roasting was discussed.

Highly efficient co.(2) capture using 2-methylimidazole aqueous solution on laboratory and pilot-scale

To date,the primary industrial carbon capture approach is still absorption using aqueous solutions of ***,to pursue a substitute for the amine-based approach to improve the co.(2) capture efficiency and decrease the energy co.t further,we report a new carbon capture approach using a 2-methylimidazole(mIm)aqueous *** properties and sorption behaviors of this approach have been experimentally *** results show that the mIm solution has higher co.(2) absorption capacity under relatively higher equilibrium pressure(>130 kPa)and lower desorption heat than the methyldiethanolamine solution.91.6%sorption capacity of mIm solution can be reco.ered at 353.15 K and 80 *** selectivity for co.(2)/N_(2) and co.(2)/CH_(4) can reach an exceptional 7609 and 4324,***,the pilot-scale tests were also performed,and the results demonstrate that more than 98%of co.(2) in the feed gas co.ld be removed and cyclic absorption capacity can reach 1 mol·L^(-1).This work indicates that mIm is an excellent alternative to alkanolamines for carbon capture in the industry.
