As important messengers of intercellular communication,exosomes can regulate local and distant cellular communication by transporting specific exosomal con-tents and can also promote or suppress the development and progression of gas-tric cancer(GC)by regulating the growth and proliferation of tumor cells,the tumor-related immune response and tumor *** transport bioactive molecules including DNA,proteins,and RNA(coding and noncoding)from donor cells to recipient cells,causing reprogramming of the target *** this review,we will describe how exosomes regulate the cellular immune respon-se,tumor angiogenesis,proliferation and metastasis of GC cells,and the role and mechanism of exosome-based therapy in human *** will also discuss the potential application value of exosomes as biomarkers in the diagnosis and treat-ment of GC and their relationship with drug resistance.

Introduction: Atypical fibroxanthoma (AFX) and pleomorphic dermal sarcoma (PDS) are one spectrum of rare cutaneous neoplasms that typically arise in sun-exposed skin of older population. AFX/PDS is essentially diagnosis of exclusion requiring Immunohistochemical work-up to exclude other types of tumors. Case Report: We present a case involving an ulcerated solitary lesion on the scalp of an elderly man. Histological examination revealed that the dermal tumor was composed of large pleomorphic, epithelioid, and spindle cells with clear cytoplasm. These cells were negative for cytokeratins, melanocytes and smooth muscle markers, but positive for CD10. These findings are consistent with a diagnosis of clear cell (CC) PDS. Conclusion: PDS is a low-grade malignancy that can recur locally and metastasize, which is distinguished from AFX by its larger size and the presence of aggressive histopathologic features including deeper invasion into the subcutaneous tissue, tumor necrosis, and lymphovascular and/or perineural involvement. Among several histopathologic variants, the CC variant is extremely rare with only two cases of PDS reported in the literature to date.

Breast cancer,a predominant global health issue,requires ongoing exploration of new therapeutic ***(PAL),a well-known cyclin-dependent kinase(CDK)inhibitor,plays a critical role in breast cancer *** its efﬁcacy is recognized,the interplay between PAL and cellular autophagy,particularly in the context of the RAF/MEK/ERK signaling pathway,remains insufﬁciently *** study investigates PAL’s inhibitory effects on breast cancer using both in vitro(MCF7 and MDA-MB-468 cells)and in vivo(tumor-bearing nude mice)*** at elucidating the impact of PAL on autophagic processes and exploring the potential of combining it with trametinib(TRA),an MEK inhibitor,our research seeks to address the challenge of PAL-induced drug ***ﬁndings reveal that PAL signiﬁcantly decreases the viability of MCF7 and MDA-MB-468 cells and reduces tumor size in mice while showing minimal cytotoxicity in MCF10A ***,PAL also induces protective autophagy,potentially leading to drug resistance via the RAF/MEK/ERK pathway *** TRA effectively neutralized this autophagy,enhancing PAL’s anti-tumor efﬁcacy.A combination of PAL and TRA synergistically reduced cell viability and proliferation,and in vivo studies showed notable tumor size *** conclusion,the PAL and TRA combination emerges as a promising strategy for overcoming PAL-induced resistance,offering a new horizon in breast cancer treatment.

Superficial angiomyxoma is a rare benign mesenchymal tumor that mainly occurs in the genital region. We report the case of a 51-year-old woman with a painless vulvar mass, well circumscribed on ultrasound. On gross finding, it was a polypoid and bilobed mass, partially encapsulated. On histological examination, it was a proliferation of non-atypical spindle cells with an abundant, myxoid stroma and numerous medium-sized blood vessels. The diagnosis was superficial angiomyxoma. The clinical features do not often lead to the diagnosis of superficial vulvar angiomyxoma. It is based on histological examination and immunohistochemistry is helpful to differentiate it from other myxoid tumors.
