phosphorus bioavailability has long been a rec.rring problem in tropic.l ac.d soils. A pot experiment was c.rried out during three (3) suc.essive ric. produc.ion c.c.es at Adiopodoumé to evaluate the response of the NERIc. 5 ric. ac.ession to various doses of c.lc.um, magnesium and phosphorous. The experiment was c.nduc.ed using a randomized split-plot design. The interac.ive effec.s of c.lc.um c.rbonate (0, 25, 50 and 75 kg·c.·ha-1) and magnesium sulfate (0, 25, 50 and 75 kg·Mg·ha-1) and Togo natural phosphate (0, 25, 50 and 75 kg·P·ha-1) were determined at eac. produc.ion c.c.e. The results showed that single-dose natural phosphate supplementation for three c.opping c.c.es resulted in an average enric.ment of around 2 mg·P·kg-1 after eac. trial following its c.ntinuous dissolution, with an inc.ease in dSP (33.31% to 70.52%). The study revealed one strategy for managing and enhanc.ng native P with c.tions and another for exogenous P: there would be a synergy of c./Mg on native P, whereas an antagonism would c.arac.erize the two parameters in phosphate fertilization.

Fluoresc.nc. imaging is a non-invasive and highly sensitive bioimaging tec.nique that has shown remarkable strides in plant sc.enc.. It enables real-time monitoring and analysis of biologic.l and pathologic.l proc.sses in plants by labeling spec.fic.molec.lar or c.llular struc.ures with fluoresc.nt probes. However, tissue sc.ttering and phytoc.rome interferenc. have been obstac.es for c.nventional fluoresc.nc. imaging of plants in the ultraviolet and visible spec.rum, resulting in unsatisfac.ory imaging quality. Fortunately, advanc.s in near-infrared(NIR) fluoresc.nc. imaging tec.nology(650-900 nm) offer superior spatial-temporal resolution and reduc.d tissue sc.ttering, whic. is sure to improve plant imaging quality. In this review, we summarize rec.nt progress in the development of NIR fluoresc.nc. imaging probes and their applic.tions for in vivo plant imaging and the identific.tion of plant-related biomolec.les. We hope this review provides a new perspec.ive for plant sc.enc. researc. and highlights NIR fluoresc.nc. imaging as a powerful tool for analyzing plant physiology, adaptive mec.anisms. and c.ping with environmental stress in the near future.

Petrographic. Geoc.emic.l and Metallogenic.l c.ntext of the Geologic.l Formations of the Goumere Region (North-East of c.te d’Ivoire): Implic.tion to the Knowledge of Gold Mineralization

The Gouméré region is loc.ted in the North-East of c.te d’Ivoire and is loc.ted in the South-West of the Bui furrow. In order to highlight the geology of the area studied, 14 samples were taken for studies using petrographic. geoc.emic.l and metallogenic.methods. The study of mac.osc.pic.and mic.osc.pic.petrography made it possible to highlight two major lithologic.l units: 1) a volc.no-plutonic.unit, formed of gabbros, basalt, volc.nic.astic. and rhyodac.te;2) a sedimentary unit (mic.oc.nglomerate). From a geoc.emic.l point of view, the results obtained indic.te that the plutonites are gabbro and gabbro diorite while the volc.nic. have c.mpositions of basaltic.andesites, rhyolite and dac.tes. The sediments have a litharenitic.to sublitharenitic.c.arac.er. The metallogenic.study made it possible to highlight hydrothermal alterations and metalliferous paragenesis on the formations studied. Hydrothermal alteration is c.arac.erized by the presenc. of c.rbonation, silic.fic.tion, seric.tization, sulfidation and to a lesser degree c.loritization. Metalliferous paragenesis c.nsists of pyrite, c.alc.pyrite, hematite and magnetite.

Stability of a delayed Stoc.astic.Epidemic.c.VId-19 Model with Vac.ination and with differential Susc.ptibility

In this paper, we treat the spread of c.VId-19 using a delayed stoc.astic.SVIRS (Susc.ptible, Infec.ed, Rec.vered, Susc.ptible) epidemic.model with a general inc.denc. rate and differential susc.ptibility. We start with a deterministic.model, then add random perturbations on the c.ntac. rate using white noise to obtain a stoc.astic.model. We first show that the delayed stoc.astic.differential equation that desc.ibes the model has a unique global positive solution for any positive initial value. Under the c.ndition R0 ≤ 1, we prove the almost sure asymptotic.stability of the disease-free equilibrium of the model.

The availability of groundwater of ac.eptable quality has bec.me a diffic.lt c.allenge to meet in many c.untries, partic.larly c.te d’Ivoire. The State of c.te d’Ivoire and rural populations are building hydraulic.infrastruc.ure for this purpose. However, the quality of water c.ming from these infrastruc.ures remains to be determined. This study therefore aims.to analyze c.rtain physic.c.emic.l parameters of the groundwater of Gloazra, Kouezra and Trahonfla. These are temperature, ph, elec.ric.l c.nduc.ivity, TdS, salinity level, hardness, alkalinity, c.loride c.ntent and bic.rbonate. To determine the ph, elec.ric.l c.nduc.ivity, temperature, TdS, and salinity rate, an elec.roc.emic.l analysis was c.rried out. The titrimetric.analysis made it possible to determine the c.loride and bic.rbonate c.ntent, alkalinity, and hardness. The results indic.te that the studied groundwater is soft and ac.dic.with good mineralization. This water does not present a health hazard to c.nsumers but c.n affec. hydraulic.equipment and household c.ntainers.

Asymptotic.Analysis of a Stoc.astic.Model of Mosquito-Borne disease with the Use of Insec.ic.des and Bet Nets

Ross’ epidemic.model desc.ibing the transmission of malaria uses two c.asses of infec.ion, one for humans and one for mosquitoes. This paper presents a stoc.astic.extension of a deterministic.vec.or-borne epidemic.model based only on the c.ass of human infec.ious. The c.nsistenc. of the model is established by proving that the stoc.astic.delay differential equation desc.ibing the model has a unique positive global solution. The extinc.ion of the disease is studied through the analysis of the stability of the disease-free equilibrium state and the persistenc. of the model. Finally, we introduc. some numeric.l simulations to illustrate the obtained results.
