The chiral 2×2 charge order has been reported and confirmed in the kagome superconductor rbV3Sb5,while its interplay with superconductivity remains elusive owing to its lowest superconducting transition temperature Tc of about 0.85K in the AV3Sb5 family(A=K,rb,Cs)that severely challenges electronic spectroscopic ***,utilizing dilution-refrigerator-based scanning tunneling microscopy down to 30 mK,we observe chiral 2×2 pair density waves with residual Fermi arcs in *** find a superconducting gap of 150eV with substantial residual in-gap *** spatial distribution of this gap exhibits chiral 2×2 modulations,signaling a chiral pair density wave(PdW).Our quasi-particle interference imaging of the zero-energy residual states further reveals arc-like *** discuss the relation of the gap modulations with the residual Fermi arcs under the space-momentum correspondence between PdW and Bogoliubov Fermi states.

An evolutionary autoencoder for dynamic community detection

dynamic community detection is significant for controlling and capturing the temporal features of networks. The evolutionary clustering framework provides a temporal smoothness constraint for simultaneously maximizing the clustering quality at the current time step and minimizing the clustering deviation between two successive time steps. Based on this framework, some existing methods, such as the evolutionary spectral clustering and evolutionary nonnegative matrix factorization, aim to look for the low-dimensional representation by mapping reconstruction. However, such reconstruction does not address the nonlinear characteristics of networks. In this paper, we propose a semi-supervised algorithm(sE-Autoencoder) to overcome the effects of nonlinear property on the low-dimensional representation. Our proposed method extends the typical nonlinear reconstruction model to the dynamic network by constructing a temporal matrix. More specifically, the potential community characteristics and the previous clustering, as the prior information,are incorporated into the loss function as a regularization term. Experimental results on synthetic and realworld datasets demonstrate that the proposed method is effective and superior to other methods for dynamic community detection.

EndoN treatment allows neuroblasts to leave the rostral migratory stream and migrate towards a lesion within the prefrontal cortex of rats

The binding properties of neural cell adhesion molecule are modulated by a polysialic acid moiety. This plays an important role in the migration of adult born neuroblasts from their area of origin, the subventricular zone, towards the olfactory bulb. Polysialisation increases the migration speed of the cells and helps to prevent the neuroblasts from leaving their migration route, the rostral migratory stream. Here, we evaluated the potential of intraventricular application of endoneuraminidase-N, an enzyme that specifically cleaves polysialic acid from neural cell adhesion molecule, in a rat model for structural prefrontal cortex damage. As expected, endoneuraminidase-N caused the rostral migratory stream to become wider, with a less uniform cellular orientation. Furthermore, endoneuraminidase-N treatment caused the neuroblasts to leave the rostral migratory stream and migrate towards the lesioned tissue. despite the neuroblasts not being differentiated into neurons after a survival time of three weeks, this technique provides a solid animal model for future work on the migration and differentiation of relocated neuroblasts and might provide a basis for a future endogenous stem cell-based therapy for structural brain damage. The experiments were approved by the local animal care committee(522-27-11/02-00, 115;Senatorin für Wissenschaft, Gesundheit und Verbraucherschutz, Bremen, Germany) on February 10, 2016.

Monitoring the 2008 cold surge and frozen disasters snowstorm in South China based on regional ATOVS data assimilation

In January 2008, South China experienced extremely low temperatures, heavy snowstorms, and severe frosts (2008 Frost disaster, for short), which led to (partial) failures of observations from ground stations and ground radars resulting in a lack of necessary emergency information. To compensate for the failure of ground observations and to provide timely disaster information, the National Satellite Meteorological center of China (NSMC) established a snow storm monitoring system for the 2008 Frost disaster, which was based on the WrF Three dimension Variational Assimilation and Forecast system (with NOAH as the land surface sub-process model) cooperatively developed by NSMC and the National center for Atmospheric research (NCAr), US. This system made full use of ATOVS and NCEP data to provide estimates of snow water equivalent every 6 hours during the storm. In this study, the ATOVS assimilation based snowstorm monitoring scheme was explored in detail, while the modeled results with and without ATOVS assimilation were compared against related observations. results showed that the coupling of ATOVS assimilation into the proposed monitoring system evidently delineates weather characteristics of the snowstorm process more accurately, and demonstrated the feasibility of the system for snowstorm monitoring and forecasting. Through theoretical analyses and case discussion, this study proposes a reliable and practicable scheme to provide timely and accurate information on snow spatial distribution and temporal development for disaster mitigation, and illustrates a new application of ATOVS data.

development of a Qualitative near Infrared Screening Method for Quality Consistency Assessment of Virgin Sunflower Oil

Near infrared spectroscopy offers advantages in the analysis of vegetable oils such as rapidity, relative cost-effectiveness, and usually no need for sample preparation. Virgin Sunflower oils were used as reference standards to develop spectra library for qualitative identification and validation of the method. This model was validated by correct classification method using positive and negative control samples. Various market samples of virgin sunflower oil were purchased and compared with spectra library. The results of spectral analysis of reference library and market samples were correlated using Mahalanobis distance method. Analysis involved 22 market samples. When these samples were matched against calibration samples, 4 samples out of 22 which are about 18.2% were not matched by the reference model. These market samples had Mahalanobis distance values between 4.2 and 6.7, which are greater than maximum permissible value of 3. Some of adulterants mentioned were Korie oil and pumpkin seeds oil.

In situ revealing the reconstruction behavior of monolayer rocksalt CoO nanosheet as water oxidation catalyst

The reconstruction during oxygen evolution reaction (OEr) significantly affects the electronic and local geometry structure of metal sites in *** with well-investigated cobalt-based materials,the reconstruction of rocksalt CoO with purely Co^(2+) in octahedral (Oh) coordination has not been revealed in ***,monolayer Co O supported on reduced graphene oxide (r GO) was synthesized via a one-pot hydrothermal strategy with calcinating in Ar *** structure evolution of twodimension (2d) Co O/r GO during OEr was revealed by in situ X-ray absorption spectroscopy (XAS).The transition from Co O toward Co3O_(4) already occurred at open circuit potential,further enhanced at 1.23 V (***).The Co Ox(OH)ywas determined as the active phase at 1.53 V,displaying a tetrahedral Co coordination defective spinel Co_(3)O_(4) with the Co-O shell that featured the (oxy)hydroxide,not the standard Co *** OEr,the irreversible transition from CoO to Co_(3)O_(4) was *** contrast,in situ raman spectra revealed a reversible amorphization process on Co_(3)O_(4)/r GO under operation ***,this study indicated that the reconstruction behavior could be more effectively revealed by XAS using 2d materials.

Lorentz violation constrained by triplicity of lepton families and neutrino oscillations

In this paper we postulate an algebraic model to relate the triplet characteristic of lepton families to Lorentz violation. Inspired by the two-to-one mapping between the group SL（2, C） and the Lorentz group via the Pauli grading （the elements of SL（2, C） expressed by direct sum of unit matrix and generators of SU（2） group）, we grade the SL（3,C） group with the generators of SU（3）, i. e. the Gell-Mann matrices, then express the SU（3） group in terms of three SU（2） subgroups, each of which stands for a lepton species and is mapped into the proper Lorentz group as in the case of the group SL（2,C）. If the mapping from group SL（3,C） to the Lorentz group is constructed by choosing one SU（2） subgroup as basis, then the other two subgroups display their impact only by one more additional generator to that of the original Lorentz group. Applying the mapping result to the dirac equation, it is found that only when the kinetic vertex -γμθ^μ is extended to encompass γ5γμθ^μ can the dirac-equation-form be conserved. The generalized vertex is useful in producing neutrino oscillations and mass differences.

在钙钛矿太阳电池的制作过程中,通过改善旋涂方法和条件,可大大提高钙钛矿吸收层的结晶性以及太阳电池的光电转换性能。与常规的一次性旋涂方法相比,采用连续二次旋涂方法制作的钙钛矿薄膜更加致密,结晶性明显提高。旋涂时前驱液和衬底的温度会影响钙钛矿层的晶体结构,温度为60℃时,钙钛矿的平均晶粒尺寸约为500 nm,且晶粒之间致密排列,导致光学带隙增加。采用连续二次旋涂方法,在加热温度为60℃时制作的钙钛矿太阳电池的光电转换效率达到14.7%,其中短路电流密度、开路电压和填充因子分别为18.9 mA/cm^2、1.13 V和69%。与常规钙钛矿太阳电池相比,开路电压提高约100 mV。依据暗态J-V测试结果,二次旋涂工艺条件下,该光伏器件的反向饱和电流密度约为10^-5m A/cm^2,比一次旋涂工艺降低3个数量级。

Photometrically estimating the spatially-resolved stellar mass-to-light ratios for low-redshift galaxies

The stellar mass-to-light ratio(M_*/L) of galaxies in a given wave band shows tight correlations with optical colors, which have been widely applied as cheap estimators of galaxy stellar masses. These estimators are usually calibrated using either broadband spectral energy distributions(SEds) or spectroscopy at galactic centers. However, it is unclear whether the same estimators provide unbiased M_*/L for different regions within a galaxy. In this work we employ integral field spectroscopy from the Mapping Nearby Galaxies at Apache Point Observatory(Ma NGA) survey. We also examine the correlations of spatially resolved M_*/L obtained from full spectral fitting, with different color indices, as well as galaxy morphology types, distances to the galactic center, and stellar population parameters such as stellar age and *** find that the(g-r) color is better than any other color indices, and it provides almost unbiased M_*/L for all the SdSS five bands and for all types of galaxies or regions, with only slight biases depending on stellar age and metallicity. Our analysis indicates that combining multiple colors and/or including other properties to reduce the systematics and scatters of the estimator does not work better than a single color index defined by two bands. Therefore, we have obtained a best estimator with the(g-r) color and applied it to the Ma NGA galaxies. Both the two-dimensional map and radial profile of M_*/L are reproduced well in most cases. Our estimator may be applied to obtain surface mass density maps for large samples of galaxies from imaging surveys at both low and high redshifts.

Genetic Analysis of Embryo, Cytoplasm and Maternal Effects and Their Environment Interactions for Isoflavone Content in Soybean [Glycine max (L.) Merr.]

Soybean seed products contain isoflavones （genistein, daidzein, and glycitein） that display biological effects when ingested by humans and animals. These effects are species, dose and age dependent. Therefore, the content and quality of isoflavones in soybeans is a key factor to the biological effect. Our objective was to identify the genetic effects that underlie the isoflavone content in soybean seeds. A genetic model for quantitative traits of seeds in diploid plants was applied to estimate the genetic main effects and genotype x environment （GE） interaction effects for the isoflavone content （IC） of soybean seeds by using two years experimental data with an incomplete diallel mating design of six parents. results showed that the IC of soybean seeds was simultaneously controlled by the genetic effects of maternal, embryo, and cytoplasm, of which maternal genetic effects were most important, followed by embryo and cytoplasmic genetic effects. The main effects of different genetic systems on IC trait were more important than environment interaction effects. The strong dominance effects on isoflavone from residual was made easily by environment conditions. Therefore, the improvement of the IC of soybean seeds would be more efficient when selection is based on maternal plants than that on the single seed. Maternal heritability （65.73%） was most important for IC, followed by embryo heritability （25.87%） and cytoplasmic heritability （8.39%）. Based on predicated genetic effects, Yudou 29 and Zheng 90007 were better than other parents for increasing IC in the progeny and improving the quality of soybean, The significant effects of maternal and embryo dominance effects in variance show that the embryo heterosis and maternal heterosis are existent and uninfluenced by environment interaction effects.
