Background A deterioration in the meat quality of broilers has attracted much more attention in recent years.L-malic acid(MA)is evidenced to decrease meat drip loss in broilers,but the underlying molecular mechanisms are still ***’s also not sure whether the outputs obtained under experimental co.ditions can be obtained in a co.-mercial ***,we investigated the effects and mechanisms of dietary MA supplementation on chicken meat drip loss at large-scale *** Results showed that the growth performance and drip loss were improved by MA *** metabolome revealed that L-2-aminoadipic acid,β-aminoisobutyric acid,eico.apentaenoic acid,and nico.inamide,as well as amino acid metabolism pathways co.nected to the improvements of meat quality by MA *** transcriptome analysis further indicated that the effect of MA on drip loss was also related to the proper immune response,evidenced by the enhanced B cell receptor signaling pathway,NF-κB signaling pathway,TNF signaling pathway,and IL-17 signaling *** We provided evidence that MA decreased chicken meat drip loss under co.mercial *** and transcriptome revealed a co.prehensive understanding of the underlying ***,MA co.ld be used as a promising dietary supplement for enhancing the water-holding capacity of chicken meat.

The extraction ability of palladium(Ⅱ) from acidic media with cyclic sulfoxide derivatives-α Dodecyl tetrahydrothiophene 1 Oxide (DTMSO), α octyl tetrahydrothiophene 1 Oxide (OTMSO) and α butyl tetrahydrothiophene 1 Oxide (BTMSO) was investigated. The extracting efficiency of cyclic sulfoxide derivatives decreased with the increasing of acidity in the lower acidity, and the efficiency became stable with the change of acidity in the higher acidity. The extraction reaction of palladium(Ⅱ)with DTMSO is exothermic, and extraction reaction of palladium(Ⅱ)is endothermic when OTMSO or BTMSO were used as extracting reagents. The co.rdination number was studied by slope method. The results indicate that co.rdination number is 2, and the co.position of co.plex is (PdCl 2)·2RTMSO. FT IR spectra were used to analyze the structure of co.plex and co.rdinated atom in co.plex, Pd is co.rdinated with both oxygen and sulfur atom in S=O group in sulfoxide derivatives.

Objective:To investigate and thoroughly understand the physical examination results of retired employees from a certain unit in Beijing,analyze their bone mineral density(BMD),and identify risk factors that may indicate *** provides a reference for the individualized prevention,identification,and co.trol of osteoporosis among retired ***:The bone mineral density and potential factors of 148 retired employees from a unit in 2023 were analyzed and categorized into osteoporosis and non-osteoporosis *** factors from the physical examinations of the two groups were ***’s co.relation analysis was used to determine the co.relation between key factors and *** key factors were included in a regression analysis.A multivariate binary logistics regression was employed to identify risk factors indicative of ***:co.relation analysis revealed that gender,age,and ECG ST-segment length were significantly associated with *** analysis showed that for each additional year of age,the likelihood of developing osteoporosis increased by 1.058 times;females were 2.865 times more likely to develop osteoporosis co.pared to males;the longer the ECG ST-segment,the higher the likelihood of ***:Gender,age,and ECG ST-segment length are significantly associated with *** indicators can provide reference points for early identification,early intervention,and reducing the incidence of osteoporosis in clinical settings.

In the 1st quarter of 2008 that has just elapsed, driven by both domestic and international factors, the price trend of soybean was fluctuating further as co.pared with 2007. Due to holidays, the price trend of soybean had been relatively stable in the first two months; however, since March 2008, affected by the reco.d-high soybean futures price of 1,500 US cents/bushel in international markets, the soybean spot price had also hit an all time high of RMB 5,600/ton in domestic market and then dropped greatly under the pressure of macro-policy of the State and is currently maintaining at about RMB 4,6004,800/ton. Now let＇s review the price trend of soybean in the past quarter and analyze the main co.tributing factors in order to help predict its price trend in the 2nd quarter.

Heterogeneous microstructure-induced mechanical responses in EH420 shipbuilding steel welded joint by electro-gas welding processed have been systematically studied by scanning electron microsco.y,electron backscatter diffraction and mechanical *** with the co.rse-grained heat-affected zone(CGHAZ),the weld metal presents higher toughness(129.3 J vs.37.3 J)as it co.tains a large number of acicular ferrites with high-angle grain boundaries(frequency 79.2%)and special grain boundary∑3(frequency 55.3%).Moreover,co.rse austenite grains in CGHAZ and slender martensite–austenite co.stituents between bainite laths may likely facilitate crack *** ferrites and tempered pearlites formed at the junction of the fine-grained heat-affected zone and the intercritical heat-affected zone induced a softened zone with an average hardness of 185 HV0.5,which is the main reason for the occurrence of tensile fracture.

In order to monitor the fabrication process, an infrared imaging system was established to detect the shunted regions in crystalline silico. solar *** temperature of the shunted region was obviously higher than that of the non-shunted region when the cell was biased under direct voltage due to the Joule heat effect, and the shunted region co.ld be detected by infrared *** shunts caused by seven different reasons can be identified using metallurgical microsco.y, scanning electron microsco.y, and energy dispersive X-ray *** for diminishing shunts are *** methods are beneficial for the optimization of the cell fabrication processes and the improvement of the cell performances.

With the aim of visualizing the real-time simulation calculation of water delivery system (WDS), a structural drawing-oriented (SDO) simulation technique was presented, and applied to Zhangjiuhe Diversion Project, which is a long-distance water delivery system co.structed for draw- ing water from the Zhangjiuhe River to Kunming city. Taking SIMULINK software as simulating plat-form, the technique established a visual dynamic simulation model for the system. The simulation procedure of the system was simplified,and the efficiency of modeling was also enhanced acco.ding to the modularization and reutilization of the simulation program. Furthermore, a self-optimization model was presented. Based on the digital simulation models, the on line co.trolled optimization link was added, and the input data can be co.tinually optimized acco.ding to the feedback information of simulating output. The system was thus optimized automatically. Built upon MATLAB software, simulation optimization of the Zhangjiuhe Diversion Project was achieved, which provides a new way for the research of optimal operation of WDS.

Research on wind-induced responses of a large-scale membrane structure

The wind-induced responses of a large-scale membrane structure, Expo Boulevard, are evaluated in this study. To obtain the wind pressure distribution on the roof surface, a wind tunnel test is performed. A brief analysis of wind pressure on the membrane roof is co.ducted first and then an analysis of the wind-induced responses of the structure is carried out using a numerical integral method in the time domain. In the process of calculation, the geometrical nonlinearity is taken into acco.nt. Results indicate that mean, RSM and peak values of the structure responses increase nonlinearly while the approaching flow velocity increases. Strong nonlinear characteristics are observed in the displacement responses, whereas the responses of nodal stress and cable axial force show minimal nonlinear properties when the membrane structure is subjected to wind loads. Different values of the damping ratio only have a minimal impact on the RSM response of the structure because the background co.ponent is a dominant part of the total dynamic response and the resonant co.ponent is too small. As the damping ratio increases from 0.02 to 0.05, the RMS responses of vertical displacement, nodal stress and cable axial force decrease by 8.1%, 6.7% and 17.9%, respectively. Since the mean co.ponent plays a significant role in the wind-induced response, the values of the gust response factor are not high for Expo Boulevard.

After a review on the co.ventional separation process of rare earths （RE）, hyperlink extraction technology was introduced and a potential process was proposed for clean separation of RE. A great amount of acid, base and water was co.sumed in the co.- ventional RE separation process which included the procedures of raw material dissolving, extraction separation and precipitation. Therefore hyperlink extraction technology had been developed, by which the repeated co.sumption of acid and base co.ld be avoided during the extraction process. And based on the theory and successfid applications of the hyperlink extraction technology, we pro- posed the integral hyperlink process in which the intermediate acid resulted in individual procedures would be recycled and reused after being treated. The proposed process would make it feasible to co.sume no chemicals except for oxalic acid, and so co.ld be a promising clean separation technology with a significant reduction on co.sumption and emission.
